Why the End of the Age of the Human Intellect Severed From the Rest of Life Joyfully Pulsating in the Work of Creation Is Now Coming

The answer to this question is simple

Because under the strengthened pressure of the Light from the nearness of the Ray of Parzival this end must now come

It is the lawful fulfilment of the promise which was given by the Light for the liberation of the human spirits on Earth from the evil influence of Lucifer

Liberated will be all those who bear within themselves the prerequisites for it

It is a matter of course that this time will thus bring many manifestations bound up with it, which must come

And in the present it is indeed being fulfilled through the accelerated events

It is because the Alphar, these faithful servants of God, these wondrous weavers of forms and happenings in the materialities, have already prepared the ways for the completion of the victorious working of the Light on Earth

The ways are open, because at this time they are made possible by quite exceptionally woven threads which afford a further accelerated development in gross materiality within the framework of the Laws of Creation

This disposition of the threads will in the near future bring an unexpected collapse of human intellectuality, which will gradually show itself visibly as severed from the very essence of the pure spiritual life in the work of Creation

Part of this is also already beginning to manifest now

Whoever wishes to see it may behold it in many events of the present happening

But whoever does not wish to see it either still stands himself under the dominion of the intellect, or in fear of the great changes he spiritually covers his eyes and ears

Rather may it be said that such a man utterly stifles the healthy intuitive perceiving within him

Such men wish to let the inner core of their spirit go on sleeping

That, however, is a great error, for in the time to come they thereby literally draw to themselves nothing but collapse and ruins

The answer to the question how it is possible that something such as the crumbling of the existing certainties of the intellect is taking place can once again easily be given

It is because the intellect, in the wilfulness of its false direction, is still wholly severed from the human spirit, a manifestation of which is among other things the gross material laying waste of the originally harmonious life on Earth, which of necessity stands in direct opposition to the Laws of Creation

And this manner in which men assert intellectuality is now being driven by the heightened streaming of the Light to the point of complete disinheritance from all life on this Earth

No one else could accomplish such a thing but the Just All-Wisdom of God alone, which through the Ray of Parzival pours into all the threads around men

The Ray of Parzival is that which in these last years ever more accelerates all the happening

And through its nearness above the Earth the Ray of Parzival will also bring it about that everything now discharges itself in accelerated fashion above mankind, and it will strike all those who through their homogeneity remain merely narrowly material creatures, without the ability to use the intuitive perceiving of their inward spiritual spark

Today, however, it still holds true that many men do not perceive the manifestations of this end of the intellectuality severed from genuine life

This is possible only because, without men being aware of it, the greatest part of them is closely bound up with intellectuality, and is therefore steeped, figuratively speaking, in the same brew of thoughts in which all the rest of the happening of society lies

For the present time this condition is well-nigh imperceptible, precisely because it has been part of the life of each one of us from the very hour of birth

Intellectuality is a lasting threat to everyone in that it is a manner of thinking and acting literally engraved into human consciousness on Earth

It is the consequence of the plan of Lucifer, who by this road penetrated deeply into all the thinking and acting of earthman

Only with a certain distance, from the moment of the approaching collapse of material intellectuality, will men be able to perceive ever more clearly the deviation lying therein, and with their intuitive perception they will recognise the unworthy role of their spirit, which in unwarranted willingness has hitherto submitted, and for the time being still submits, to the dictatorship of the intellect

The greater part of mankind accepts this state of the spirit subjected to the pressure of intellectuality, inasmuch as the spiritual inner core in man, in its foolish willingness, already in childhood makes its own that manner of living which is fostered by just those people who for all their acting and reflecting use with all their strength nothing but their ponderous intellect

The dominion of intellectuality, lasting through thousands of years, has seized the whole world and seeped into the consciousness of human thinking to such a degree that it cannot even be observed in its consequences, which are nevertheless well-nigh annihilating for the spiritual intuitive perceiving of man

For the time being most men perceive this only at the edge of their awareness, and not with that sharpness reaching into all the consequences which a clearly used intuitive perception ought rightly to observe therein

That, however, is but the clearest proof that such men are a necessary part of today's rank and all-pervading intellectuality

The collapse of material intellectuality

All that is bound up with it can today still be depicted only with effort

That is because it reaches into absolutely everything connected with human life

Today the intellect pervades every vibration of what men think, how they reflect and what they do

It is therefore evident that the approaching change will in some way touch everyone who dwells in an earthly body

Under the pressure of the Light this will show itself ever more in manifestations as wholly unhealthy, chaotic, yet in part also as icily unfeeling, evil thinking and acting, which however will be regarded by the homogeneous men of the intellect as something right, as something that is welcomed and celebrated by society and that is called progress

The ferment of the happening which is now unfolding throughout the whole of mankind will bring it to the surface

Material intellectuality will also show itself as the very substance of much malice and hatred among men who hold differing opinions and other conceptions of life

It is the driving of intellectuality into its fruits everywhere where it stands in men above their capacity for pure and simple intuitive perceiving

In the end this rankly overgrown stump of human material intellectuality will collapse, and at the very close it will become pitiable in its repeated manifestations of helplessness and despair

But at the same time, everywhere where the capacity for intuitive perceiving still dwells in men, there at that hour a great liberation will come about

Blessed are those men who even now are working within themselves to attain this state of liberation

They will be ready to receive the new recognition of themselves, of the world and of the whole work of Creation, for in them a longing will burn, fanned by the spreading spiritual enlightenment which is coming

This will bring an unprecedented widening of the mutual helping of men in their striving to free themselves from everything past that bears the seal of lifeless intellectuality

Everywhere where for some time yet men may still perceive a fresh stirring of the intellect, there at once, as a counterweight to such conduct, the strength of intuitive striving will be set to work to find a harmonious way out

In this alone there will lie a great blessing for many men, for it will be precisely that work of the spirit which is to be exercised here on Earth in place of the barren manner of intellectual reasoning hitherto

To work with the spirit, however, does not mean merely to acquire knowledge of spiritual things

It means at the same time, with all the widening of one's view of the connections in the work of Creation and of the Creator, to work at re-attuning one's volition solely in the direction of the good

It is needful that this permeate man wholly and stand in absolutely everything as the fundamental kind of attunement

Therefore the call goes forth again and again that the fundamental basis in man shall be the volition of all-embracing good

However much this call is still made light of by many, and perhaps also opposed with the objection that for a mature spirit the presence of a rough severity is important, which belongs to the spirit that is called, yet here it holds true that in the present state of the complete intellectuality of mankind the first condition is that the attunement of all-embracing good shall be the foundation in the exercise of all thinking and acting in all the duties and rights of man

Rather let a man be reckoned by others as childlike-simple and childlike-pure in his reflections than that he should remain forever intellectually afflicted in dogmatically rigid deliberation as to how other men ought rightly to stand in this or that matter

Unless a fervent intuitive perception glows within him at the same time, he should not even use the words that he wishes to do good to others through severity

In today's way of understanding the concept of severity it is predominantly the intellect that always steps into the foreground in the thinking of man, not the intuitive perception

Therefore that severity almost always lacks wisdom and the necessary depth of the knowledge of all the connections, which alone makes it possible to seek true help for one's fellow-men

The fundamental basis is to be a kindly, patient and humble pure goodness towards all fellow-men

Thereby the way can begin to unfold towards man's gradual release from all the worn ruts of intellectuality, of censoriousness, condemnation, cunning, untruthfulness, dissembling and much else besides, which is inseparably bound up with the meanness hitherto inherent in the intellect, which so hinders the spirit in the possibility of a free, unfettered and joyful soaring in every moment of the present

Only upon this foundation is all the knowledge and understanding of the work of the Grail Message to be joined

In any other disposition of man, thus above all in a materially intellectual grasp of it, higher knowledge will bring about nothing but an inevitable curse, for to have the knowledge of the Grail Message and yet to act wrongly, that is unfeelingly and haughtily, condemning all who do not have this knowledge, or even lying in wait against those who likewise hold the Grail Message in their hands, can in the end bring nothing other than the experiencing of the downfall of one's own human worth in the hour when, under the pressure of the Light, the whole intellectual edifice which still has influence in this earthly world of men collapses

It is something unworthy when those who are meant to belong to the people of God's children rail against their fellow-men merely because their intellect drives them to it in the delusion that they have a right to it, that in their delusion it makes them great, or even that they thereby pursue their own self-assertion

No such right holds good, nor ever did hold good, and the origin of it all lies solely in intellectuality

Nor has the size of the throngs of followers of individual groups any significance in this

Likewise no earthly right enforced by earthly power has the least value therein, if at the same time there is no accord with the Laws of Creation, which however always exhort the spiritual species to conciliation and harmony

For human striving there holds solely and only the condition of conciliation and harmony, if there is to be any speaking of a building up in the vibrations of the Will of God

But today we may see almost everywhere the very opposite

It is therefore but a renewed following of all the evil results of the world religions

Neither the Creator nor the Sons sent by Him ever asked such a thing of the human spirit, nor do They ask it today

It is therefore no sign of true faithfulness to God, but is solely and only a manifestation of the continuation of the tempting principle of Lucifer

It is thus the work of the intellect

From this nothing good can arise, and it will also show itself in the painful reciprocal experiencing of all who work only intellectually, in the delusion that this is true service to the Light

In the end it must of necessity return to all who therein seek to display the glitter of their own intellectuality above others

The words which wrap it about so that it may sound well are but a feeble covering, which may perhaps pass among men on Earth, but the Laws of God always look only to the actual core in every motive within man

He who humbles himself will be exalted

Such is the call from the Light to this mankind

But against this call too the intellect still stands with its reservations, and again and again it hones the sharpness of its intentions, without admitting even for a moment that this is a continuation of what we may clearly find in the history hitherto, which plainly bears witness to the long and desperate straying of mankind

Now, however, to the astonishment of the majority, this will at last change

Everything that has hitherto worked so perniciously among men will crash down

In the end nothing but ruins will remain of it all

Not ruins primarily material, but the ruins of all the future plans built by men upon the existing intellectuality

Everything new, and thus everything drawing near to the Earth in the time to come, is to be woven by men out of the foundations of the purest volition of all-embracing good

That is now a great challenge for everyone

Therefore it was also said that the measure of the ruins depends upon those who have recognised how urgent a task it is for them to dig a way through towards an all-embracing disposition of good within them

That is the way of heroism which needs to be trodden by those who are to be the first to become men thinking and acting anew on Earth

To become new in the spirit of the Word of the Grail Message means to live fully in accord with the Laws of Creation

And this is possible only when in the inner being and in the thoughts of man there vibrates a complete cleaving to the pure and beneficent volition of the inner core

Enthusiasm for the Light and confidence in finding a way out in all that comes is to be the fundamental strength of the spirit which longs for connection with all the help now drawing near to the Earth through the nearness of the Ray of Parzival

It is that homogeneous wave-vibration of the great rescue and liberation and building up promised by the Creator for all who long to become free of the baleful state of intellectuality hitherto

When the Son of Man appears above the Earth for mankind, then for many it will already be too late

Therefore now is the time for the utmost striving to enter upon the way of all-embracing good, for all those who long to pass through the ferment of the age, so that they may be preserved as worthy human spiritual beings on this Earth

That is something which bears within it the great condition of the repeatedly recalled all-embracing nature of the good in the inner being of man

That alone bears within it the promise of the preservation of dignity and of nobility of character

All else will be swept away together with the collapse of the intellectual manner of living hitherto, the consequence of which will be the inevitable derailment of men in their lives, even to the degree of a horrifying loss of all their dignity

These too are the ruins of which there is speaking

Ruins, however, need not arise at all wherever the inner being of man remains anchored in a pure vibrating with the manifestations of the all-embracing goodness which is described in the Beatitudes of Jesus

Of these Beatitudes there has already been speaking many times in the texts of THE WAY OF THE GRAIL

That is because therein lies the condition leading to the union of man's inner being with the recognition of all the connections which are contained in the Grail Message

This great recognition of the Word of Truth belongs only to a use in the manner willed by God, that is, in a manner which is to be an entirely new approach to life

The Word of Truth cannot bear interest in the old manner of thinking, which is heavily marked by intellectuality

The soil within needs to be entirely new

And this newness lies in the condition of a pure vibrating in attunement to the all-embracing volition of good

And although this is spoken of yet again today, it remains for no small number of readers still an alien sound without content of its own

That is because the intellect works away at it again and again, so that a weakening of the vibration of the spiritual inner being is achieved, which in the end has not room enough for it to flare up as a reborn enthusiasm to become a good and pure human being from the very ground, and that unconditionally

That is the reef which prevents man from working in pure childlikeness and goodness towards everything that comes to him from without

And yet it is precisely the most important thing, if the human spirit is at last to stand firm therein, even though for its expression here on earth it uses as a support an earthly body with a brain and thereby with the cultivated faculty of the intellect, which in everything thrusts itself forward ahead of the perceiving through intuition

That which is the fulfilment of all the ancient promises from the Light is now coming to pass

It is the condition of the developmental advance for this Earth, for now the time of the enlightenment of the human spirit is to come

From the Light this promise will be fulfilled, and already everything is hastening towards the great turning point in the hitherto course of all things small and great which form the content of the life of men on Earth

It is guided by the hands of the animistic servants, who work at it in the most zealous exertion of their powers for the exalted service of God

This change is therefore a certainty, for it is already fully woven into the developmental threads of this Earth

Individual men, however, have the possibility to decide with what they themselves within them will approach this change

On the one side there stands the promise of liberation and the way out of all the spiritual distress hitherto, on the other side the necessary condition for it is the removal of all the baleful influences of the rank intellectuality of mankind

The ascent of the new is conditional upon a resolute and complete forsaking of the old

Nothing in between can remain any longer, for to stay halfway is the same as not to take the needed decisive step towards the new

Half-heartedness means to remain in hesitation, still under the influence of the deliberations of the intellect

But upon all existing hesitation there already speeds along appointed paths the answer which will remove all doubts

Hesitation in this matter concerning the liberation of the spirit, however, of necessity increases the measure of the ruins of human spiritual dignity and nobility of character

In the case of many men these ruins are not necessary at all

The present happening should therefore be for all human spirits alive within, who already stand ahead of the rest of mankind, a strong impulse towards a great upsurge of the volition of all-embracing good

For every such striving an unprecedented abundance of help from the Light is now descending to this Earth

May this help then be used by the greatest possible number of spiritually awakened men
