Valhalla – the Pouring of Blessed Animistic Power Into the Materialities

Even as every place in the work of Creation, so also the exalted Valhalla receives at the time of the influx of Power from the Grail her portion of life-giving refreshment

At this time all the high animistic ones come to Valhalla, that they may be present at the moment when in the midst of the hall, upon the raised place before the seat of O-dio-nar, before the steps of his mighty working, the clear fire in the great bowl of Life, which burns unceasingly in the highest hall of Valhalla, is once more strengthened

This happening is a distant reflection of the high event which takes place in the heights of the Primordial Creation in the Grail

In sacred mystery the circle of the exalted servants joins itself together, adorned for this hour in the most magnificent raiment

White robes alternate with the silver gleam of scaled armour, of swords and slender spears, here send forth their scent the blossoms of the most lovely kinds of fragrance, the whole animistic castle is adorned with silvery myrtle, and the high alabaster columns are wound about on high with tenderly green vine leaves

Through the mighty space there bears itself a peculiar roaring sound in which is mirrored the tone "Hóóumm", a tone which holds within itself a joining choir of voices of manly depth and of womanly tender brightness

As though thousands of trombones, trumpets, clarinets and flutes sounded in one moment in a harmonious chord, over which there reigns a deep sound like the earthly tone of E flat

It is the hymn of the high animistic ones, in which is contained from them everything – thanks, devotion, joy, strength, and over all there arches in this tone the fervent extolling of the Father of all and of His Son, the first servant of the Grail, Parzival

Then, in the highest moment of the union of all the servants in a single attunement, Phermos descends into the midst of Valhalla as the messenger proclaiming the event now fulfilling itself upon the summit of Creation in the castle of the Grail

After the appearing of Phermos in the halls of Valhalla, O-dio-nar steps in the festive hour to the bowl of Life, in order with the raising of his hands to greet the Power which enters into Valhalla

Then a high flame flares upwards through the vault of Valhalla, and like a joining pillar of light it is lost to all present high in the heights of the heavens

An exalted thanks, joined with a proud expression of joy, floods through the servants present

As though in a single moment everything in Valhalla grows luminous and shines out to a blinding radiance

Everything is as though grown young again and awakened to a new existence

Valhalla receives at that time in full draughts the powers which flow down to her from the heights of Creation

A loud thundering is heard, and flashes of lightning darting forth from the body of O-dio-nar fly through the space and vanish deep in the lowlands of the gardens of Asgard, where they work as the joyful tidings of the influx of refreshing Power from God the Father

The gentle Herferide, standing beside O-dio-nar, raises her hands over the bowl of Life, and in answer to her blessing there descends of a sudden in all places from above a golden rain bearing within itself the particles of life-giving seeds of the animistic kind

These sink downwards and drink themselves into the planes in which, after a short time, blessing then springs up for all the animistic servants working in the universes of the world communities

The renewal of the powers in Valhalla is the mightiest festive moment for all the animistic servants in the Subsequent Creation

The new power, re-formed by the individual servants in the halls of Valhalla, streams onwards to the ever more branching ranks of further and further servants subordinate to them

The powers plunge into the depths of the materialities and quicken them even as the power in the working of the individual animistic servants is renewed

Thus at last the inflowing power penetrates through many a division and branching also to the places of this universe here, in order to refresh Erda and with her the hosts of faithful servants serving here together

And precisely at the time of the summer solstice, when Apollo lights and warms the northern hemisphere of the planet earth with the longest time of his shining, a festival is made ready here for all the animistic beings who work in every place in the world of nature

Every tree, every flower, every blade of grass, every least piece of moss or leaf of fern is carefully cleansed and adorned, for at that time there comes the festival of all the little servants, of the flower elves, of the root gnomes and of many further servants working in nature, for at this time the animistic stewards and the animistic stewardesses of the lands come to them, in order together to hand over to them the portions of the Power which in the just working of the Will of God is made ready for every creature in Creation, for its refreshment, if it opens itself to this Power

At this time, in the early evening, it is also made possible through a certain particular working of a rustling, which the animistic beings here call the sacred tone of the gardens of Asgard, that all of them, the small and the greater animistic beings, may go further from their place of working than is otherwise usual for them

They may gather in the beginning dusk of evening upon the meadows, upon the heights of forest clearings, upon the summits of the mountains, upon the wild pastures, upon the banks of rivers and lakes, by the shores of the seas, in order together in festive attunement to receive the Power which the Father of all sends them

To the hosts gathering by degrees there come ever higher and higher representatives of the animistic ones, and at last there step to these places the stewards, who bring vessels filled with the refreshing drink of life blessed by Valhalla

For each one his portion for refreshment is made ready in this drink

This refreshing drink is never exhausted until all to the very last have been gifted

One by one the hosts of little servants step to those exalted forms who share in the distributing of the refreshing, luminous drink

Each receives a draught, a little drop for his strengthening and refreshment, and in sacred attunement lets it enter into his animistic body

As by a miracle this body, be it small or great, then shines out and streams through in its glorious forms

Each of the servants has of a sudden the look of grown-young clarity upon himself and above all in the features of his countenance

The shining eyes of the little elves work as the loveliest small lights of joy and of pure childlikeness

After the distributing of the Power all grows still, and the exalted animistic ladies, who in the course of the distributing of the Power draw near to the places, speak the simple words of a prayer of thanks

Again it is possible in quiet gradation, yet in a higher key than it was in Valhalla, to hear that "Hóóuhmm"

In this tone it is possible to catch a glorious ringing choir which, across the distance of whole worlds, joins itself with the halls of Valhalla and draws itself through the whole of Creation in the direction upwards to the heights in the Primordial Creation

Thereafter everything for yet a little moment grows wholly still, and each one for a while is gathered inwardly within himself in union with his service, which in new resolve he wills to fulfil in his most glorious fulfilment

When this moment of animistic sacredness has died away, then suddenly all breaks forth into an unimaginable jubilation and joy which is bound up only with the kind of the animistic servants

All at once everything dances in great rejoicing, and out of the surrounding spaces there draw near to the living round also some animals, which until then stood aside in quiet watching at a distance

There are roe deer, hinds, a stag, and here too a hedgehog and a squirrel dart by, an owl comes flying, and yet many further kinds of animals stand aside in shyness before the round of the little animistic ones, and they may be known by their eyes shining into the darkness, lit by the shine of the rising moon

Only almost with the break of day, when tender veils of mist spread over the land, does all grow quiet, and the partakers return in joyful strengthening to their places of working, because they know that soon that particular, exceptional hour will pass in which they were permitted to go from their service without there arising for them therefrom the danger of their perishing

The gnomes and the elves, the exalted wise devas, returning to their homes in the flowers and the trees, bear in their palms the little drops of Power which they were permitted to receive in order to lay them upon the leaves, the mosses and the closed cups of the blossoms edging their way

These little drops, like dew, are made ready that the animals may drink them, which are thereafter led to these places, that they too may be partakers in the exalted festival of the pouring of Power from Valhalla for the animistic world

Thus it comes to pass that from time to time such a place may be shown also to some man to whom grace is granted, and he may then receive this little drop for himself, for the refreshment or the healing of his animistic body

Many a legend and tale speaking precisely of the finding of the leaves of fern and of other plants in this night hour of the summer solstice describes how a particular grace was granted to men to experience something singular, where there is speech of the regaining of full health, or of a brief opening of clairvoyance, or directly of the treasure of a certain enlightenment in the recognition of great outlooks of wisdom

All this, however, is solely and only the consequence of the glorious happening which takes place in nature, when at the given time the Power blessed by O-dio-nar in the halls of Valhalla comes to these places of the universe

There is in this time something full of mystery, and for man a greater union opens itself with the world of the animistic servants working around us

Glorious is the recognition of God's All-Wisdom, which makes it possible that all this becomes reality every year

Even as the animistic world has its time of receiving the Power, so also the human spirit may open himself to the Power streaming from the heights of Creation

The time of his exalted union lies somewhat earlier, for for the animistic servants there is here a streaming led in currents of its own, which lie aside from the spiritual

The way which the animistic needs is that wherein the Power streaming from the heights drinks itself in by degrees and in its dividing and branching passes through the denser layers of the Subsequent Creation

The human spirit has within himself the capacity to receive the Power through his spiritual kind, and may therefore be in part a partaker in the happenings which take place above the Subsequent Creation

Therefore it is made possible for him to receive the refreshing Power from the Grail at the May Festival itself of the Holy Dove

This supreme union is the most precious thing which the spirit can experience, for therein is contained for him also his own spiritual renewal

The Power sunk into Creation, however, endures and works onwards, and thus every man here on earth may for a certain time receive the heightened radiation which comes by degrees to all creatures

Man can and shall draw from this Power strengthening for himself

The condition for this is for him his own opening of himself to this Power, and this comes to pass through purity of the inner being, through the childlike acceptance of the recognition that the Creator, the Holy God, is the giver of all life, and that without Him Alone there is nothing
