At last something is to be changed from which the whole of mankind has long been ailing, and that including all those who have in their hands the work of the Grail Message as the foundation of the Truth about all happenings in the work of Creation
The hitherto existing boundaries of human thinking are still set upwards far too narrowly to encompass more completely the necessary knowledge of the Truth
The most important thing still remains above these boundaries, for the old manner of thinking prevents the knowledge of the Truth from becoming more a part of a more living comprehension and thereby from entering down more effectively into the world of men
Today all the striving of men to gain more clarity and truthfulness in the knowledge about Creation mostly remains encircled by the existing forms of thinking, in which there lies a strong ponderousness
Also the bias towards one's own self-assertion, superficiality and the narrow circle of the homogeneous, which is usually a part of groups of people who unite only in order to confirm to themselves the unity of their comprehension
Out of this there always arises a severance from the greatness of Creation, out of which a distorted sense of man's being is formed
Such a thing brings to the spirit the danger of stumbling and here and there leads finally even to his complete fall
Upon such a wrong comprehension there then grows almost always a disproportionate impression of one's own greatness, which is alas a quality of the human spiritual species if here on Earth it is closely bound up with intellectual cleverness
The intellect always sees itself as the most important part of all being
And the intellect can influence the spiritual spark in the inner being of man to such a degree that it finally regards itself as the highest and most valuable created being in the whole universe
Man then regards himself as the most precious one next after God
We can behold this in many forms of the human endeavours to exalt individuals or even whole nations in history
Also out of this there is all too often formed a fanaticism of every kind
In connection with an unhealthy religious rapture we may then find the most varied forms of sectarianism
All this excludes the possibility that the knowledge of the Truth could enter into human comprehension freely, unhinderedly, and thus purely objectively with the necessary refreshing quality, as the presupposition for the right anchoring in thinking for the subsequent application in life
We may say that the Truth still remains for the greatest part distant from the human striving hitherto, for it is too great for the boundaries of present-day thinking
It is because its extent, which human comprehension cannot even in part picture to itself, falls far outside the present conceptual world of men on Earth
There is very much which men do not know in the least, of which they have no awareness, and for which they therefore have no concepts either, and yet it is a part of the great life of Creation, for it too has arisen out of the Truth
If only for a moment the existing boundaries of human knowledge were to fall and the Truth could draw near even in only a slightly wider extent, then the whole human view of the world would have to change at once
The possibility of beholding all that lies beyond the horizon would make plain the work of Creation as a glorious space of life in which everything swings in a lasting weaving of harmony
The mutual complementing of all the activities of the most varied forms of life, of which present human thinking has no inkling, would step forth as a testimony of the greatness of God, out of which everything has arisen and in which everything swings
The mutually interpenetrating radiations of the forces entering into the forms of life, where everything has its kind of expression, would call forth an enlightenment which would forever change the understanding of the All-Wisdom of God
Today men have no deeper knowledge about the forms of the animistic species which fill the spheres, bringing bliss through their shapes and through the perfectly and permanently complementing forming of spheres and worlds
Men know nothing even about the other world parts of materiality, which already in their differences confirm the manifoldness of the animistic creating
The shapes of the stars and of the heavens, as well as the properties of matter, are so different in kind from the part of Ephesus here that human comprehension could not encompass the possibilities lying therein
The kinds of incarnation and of the renewed loosening, as well as the meaning and the content of the temporary existence in the materialities of both the spiritual and the animistic servants, would at first call forth mistrust, then thousands of questions would appear, and only at the end would come the childlike simple jubilation in the understanding of how little mankind still knows about God's creating in the individual planes of the great work of Life
Then there would emerge, at least in a part of men, the today forgotten experience of shame, because all the imagined greatness of the present findings would have to fade quickly in relation to a knowledge even only a little wider
Shame and disgrace would quickly spread over mankind if the narrow boundaries of the knowledge of thought were to fall already today, which will come only through the mediators who will be permitted to receive it
For this knowledge it is always necessary to step out of the boundaries of the narrow understanding of God and of His work
And because men have not wanted to, or until now, apart from isolated exceptions, have not been able to step out of their boundaries, the Truth remains for them for the greatest part ungraspable
Therefore there have arisen, and even today there still arise, many blunders whenever men try to squeeze anything new out of the Truth into the old boundaries which are already formed, so that it may become more graspable for them
Thereby, however, distortions arise and many times even deformities in the mental images of God's work of Creation, and even of God Himself
Therefore mankind cannot for a long time attain to that refreshing which is otherwise a self-evident part of every knowledge of the Truth
The knowledge of the Truth is in the materialities here conditioned by purity and liveliness in intuitive perceiving
It demands the highest movement of the spiritual perceiving of the inner being
For the spiritual species this means in the earthly world the demand of constant wakefulness
It summons the thinking consciousness to the highest degree of mobility, for only thus can deep inner peace come along with the knowledge of the Truth, and along with it also the influx of sufficient forces for the upbuilding which is necessary for the ascent of human society on Earth
The Truth about God and about His Holy Will, fulfilling itself in the effects of the Laws of Creation, demands the highest movement forward in absolutely all perceiving and intuitive perceiving in the direction upwards towards the superterrestrial heights
That is the necessary condition which stands permanently before every man
Therefore one cannot make do with the hitherto existing manner of inert thinking, moving only within the boundaries of previously formed shapes which were valid for earthly mankind for centuries and millennia
If there is to be talk of progress and of development, which in other words means the great spiritual enlightenment, then the demand of mobility applies first of all to the manner of human thinking
And alas, in this the present endeavour of so many people who have the Grail Message in their hands lags most of all
Far too many people soon give up in their endeavour the movement forward and remain in the expectation that someone will come who will first break for them the path leading in the right direction, that is upwards to the Light, so that only then may they themselves set out hesitantly to climb it in following it
Men wait for the bringing of changes which, however, need to arise out of the liveliness of the spiritual spark in man in co-operation with the animistic Vaenen – the weavers of the forms of thought, and also with the Alphar
These weavers form every endeavour of man for true knowledge into reality, that is, into the happenings of the visible world here in gross matter
The change needs first to arise out of the highest mobility in the ethereal world, to which belong the receptivity of intuitive perceiving and the thoughts surrounding this Earth
Sensitively and receptively the spirit is to tread forward in its most wakeful discerning of the Truth
The understanding is connected with the realization that everything must be new
The new in this rests in the first place in the recognition within the inner being of man and in the humble acceptance of the fact that it is he who is developing and who therefore has by no means grasped in its wholeness the great volume of all that lies in the living Truth itself about Creation
Only pure humility makes man more open to learning again and again from every moment of the experiences of his being, which can and shall be placed in accord with the Truth into the wholeness of knowledge
This makes man of itself more creative, for through the acquiring of an unclouded perceiving he is at once immediately connected with the weavers of the threads of the further course of things
They are attracted by his living humility and devote as much of their art as possible so that new images of thought may be formed in the grasping of the Truth by the human spirit
This alone brings bliss in every moment, for thereby for both sides, for man as well as for the weavers, a much higher streaming of the Aether may be found therein
Such a man becomes more conscious, and at the same time a patient and kindly creator of a better development on Earth, for his knowledge of the Truth swings in a creative kind of effect
He may thus be connected with an ever higher guidance of the luminous helpers, if his inner being has ripened to free itself from the most oppressive forms, that is, from the forms of judging and condemning other people and the whole world, and to lay his forces into the building of the new in every moment of his being
This, however, only few are able to do, for it requires lasting effort and also a certain kind of mature art of the spirit
He who goes ever higher towards the Light creates, helps and builds
Thereby he frees himself from the narrow boundaries which thus remain here only for those who are indolent
The animistic helps him on his way in a manner corresponding to the degree which he manifests in that he knows about the weavers and leans upon their help in the trust that they always fulfil the Will of God through their resulting manifestations
Thereby such a man finds himself in a protecting current and his way is determined for him in the best possible direction, which always brings progress and ascent
He becomes a mediator of peace and of harmony which is penetrated by a high force of the spiritual kind
The liveliness of the inner being forms, independently of the existing world of thought that still runs on by inertia, only new forms of thought swinging in purity, and thereby it shapes the foundations of the future happenings
So simple it is, and at the same time it demands of man so very much which he does not yet know how to do
To be wholly detached from the hitherto existing forms of thinking, which will always form for him only those narrow boundaries for comprehension
That is so difficult, so very difficult for all the thinking hitherto, that upon it all the endeavour of many people has so far come to grief
The old penetrates again and again into what is already in part new, and thereby forces are mixed which weaken one another to such a degree that nothing really refreshing can arise, and thus such endeavours do not receive the strengthening for a lasting continuance
Even the best endeavour hitherto must always come to grief upon this in the end, for the liveliness for the comprehension of the reach of the Truth is lacking to such a degree that it could weave itself ever more into the course of the threads as the necessary blessing for the exalted upbuilding of a new human world on Earth
To accept the understanding of the extent of the Truth is bound up with the acknowledgement that man, with his best volition, will hardly attain a thousandth part of its actual content
And here it is necessary to remark that those narrowed boundaries of comprehension which are valid today make of the mentioned thousandth part only a small fraction of true knowledge
So sad it is
Yet this realization breaks off the sharp point of intellectual pride, which is an obstacle to any kind of pure receiving
The endeavour of men hitherto for a change in the application of the recognized Truth strikes against the boundaries of thinking formed by human ways in the past
Nevertheless this can be changed by the constant exertion of effort in moving the boundaries of comprehension
So much could be said about the blessing which rests in the widening of these boundaries, but men would not bear it, for it would at once bring a clash with the rigidity of ingrained dogmas
Only gradually will all this dissolve and change in the approach of the spiritual enlightenment of mankind, so that the outlook which by right belongs to the human spirit may through clarity be much higher than it is today
But we are already within reach of these changes
Therefore precisely the CIRCLES OF THE PEACEFUL are to be prepared to shake many ingrained boundaries which have formed as deposits of a rigid, inert taking over of everything past
One of these boundaries is the hitherto existing conception of life as a struggle for a place in the sun
The concept of struggle is generally still taken over from the nature of the animistic influence of another kind, to which it rightly belongs
The difference lies in the fact that the animistic does not form for itself, out of the struggle for life and death, the necessity of redeeming the arisen threads of guilt out of pain and suffering, as is the case with the spiritual species
Long ago the understanding of struggle should have been recast by men into a creative activity arising in the inner being on the basis of the wish to support everything and thereby to raise it as a whole
In the spiritual conception struggle means one thing only – the untiring, keen pressing forward in the endeavour for the purely creative subduing of spaces in order to raise them and thereby to ennoble them
Also the defending of the already ennobled spaces against any fall from the height already attained
Exactly thus, and lastingly, do all the servants who serve God work, that is, those who swing unswervingly in the Light
In the observing of the Laws of Creation a state of lukewarmness and of slowing down could then never set in, for the inner drive towards the shaping of the new would always be a sufficiently strong source of new power
And if everything were kept in movement in accord with the Laws of Creation, then more and more strengthening would always come both from the spiritual leaders out of the Primordial Creation, and active support would also come from the High animistic, which men have likewise still not rightly recognized
The concept of struggle for everything spiritual in the planes of the Subsequent Creation therefore never contains pain, death and destruction, but solely and only the ennobling and the raising higher of everything which the human will may touch
In order, however, that this will may receive strengthening from the Light, it needs to swing fully in accord with the development which is willed by a higher will, that is, by the Will of God working in the whole work of Creation
The attaining of this accord and the maintaining in it of a lasting co-swinging demands the highest exertion of all the spiritual faculties in man
It requires the constant overcoming of all the obstacles which set themselves in the way as the new, higher knowledge penetrates into the vibrations of everything old
The overcoming of obstacles again does not mean a clashing with what is old, but for nine tenths it consists in the building up of an entirely new approach to life with everything that belongs to it
In the first place these are the intuitive vibrations of the inner being and the forms of thought shaping themselves out of it
In this direction the primary work needs to be accomplished by those who long to be helpers in the transformation of the earthly world towards a higher knowledge of the Truth
It is very much work of a spiritual kind, in its result, however, also of a purely earthly kind
Everything is to be worked through in the most honest effort, for in Creation nothing can of itself fall into man's lap
In effort the spirit grows and gains strength, and thereby it only gains for itself in its independence and in its freedom of mind
These are the most precious gifts which can come to the human spirit
If, therefore, there is talk of struggle, then it is to be perceived as the inner wrestling of man with his own inclination towards lukewarmness and superficiality in all reflecting and thinking about life and about all else that concerns the knowledge of the superterrestrial happenings in Creation
The boundaries which so far narrowly constrict human comprehension need to be moved a great deal further towards a more complete understanding of the Truth
That will be a part of the approaching spiritual enlightenment on Earth
And this enlightenment will come about through the connection with the Ray of Parzival
In this it is necessary to behold in the first place the awareness of the urgent need of the independence and the freedom of every human spirit who longs for the connection with the Ray of Parzival
The connection is possible only through the inner longing volition of the human spirit on his personal plane, through his highest liveliness
Otherwise no connection can come about, for the degree of high radiance swinging in the Ray of Parzival is the condition of it
Man can recognize and understand the Truth more only through the strengthening which comes to him through the radiation of the Ray of Parzival
That is the new which is now to come about as the most natural change in the fundamental attunement of man
The will for the connection with the Light, in which the spirit of itself, in the plea for the fulfilment of the longing to serve the Light, finds in the weaving of the threads on the part of the Alphar the connection with the Divine radiation, that is, there comes to him a living connection with the Ray of Parzival
With the Ray of Parzival every man can connect himself, if he fulfils the condition of genuine purity and of a true longing for the service to the Light
This condition opens the boundaries for a higher knowledge and understanding of the Truth
The greater the number of such people on Earth, the more swiftly will the promised spiritual enlightenment draw near
He who rightly receives this can devote his endeavour to the moving of the boundaries of thought in every moment of his being
There is no force which could now hinder him in this from without
Only he himself, through his love of ease and his lukewarmness, makes for himself obstacles and impossibilities in the progress upwards
Therefore this should be a reason for a joyful surging up of the forces of the spirit towards the great enlightenment
