In every bud of a plant the growth of new life lies hidden

In every seed there lies concealed the opportunity for the development of the forms and shapes of life out of the incoming power

In every basic particle of a cell there is contained a whole made ready for its unfolding

So it is everywhere where the animistic forces work, whose work is, among other things, also the visible world of nature

The visible world of nature is only a small part of the great working of the animistic

Gross materiality is only the outermost step of the manifestations of the animistic weaving, which is many times greater in its permeation of all the planes belonging to the Subsequent Creation

Men, observing the happenings of nature, suppose that all the development of life manifests itself only in that visible multiplying and growth of earthly organisms

Yet everywhere where the earthly sight of men today observes as yet nothing at all, there precisely is already contained now that new building-up out of the Light for the transformation of the human world

The power of the changes out of the Light has long lain hidden in the seeds of the astral archetypes, for which, just as the breath of Siphe brings the quivering of spring into the world of nature after the winter, the Ray of Parzival, in union with the volition of pure human spirits in earthly bodies, now makes possible the awakening of the conditions for the development of an entirely new life on earth

And it is precisely for these seeds of the new development that the renewed time of spring has come from the Light

In the gross material world the awakening of new life is to arise in absolutely every division of forms

Above all the happening the Light now arches, and with every day it penetrates further into all the particles and details of which the whole is composed

In all the finer worlds there now spread great forces of an unprecedented kind, which bear within them the power to awaken all that is new and is to arise for the creatures upon this planet, which, like a magnet for life, circles in the great universe

It proceeds out of the blessing of the Holy Will of God, which is contained in it as bringing the fulfilment of the promise of the great awakening of new life for all those who prove themselves pure in their inner being, so that they may be permitted to be near it

Just as the springtime currents of life set quivering the awakening to new life in seeds, buds and cells that have for a certain time been deeply asleep, so now it quivers through the seeds in the astral world around the earth, so that everything which the hands of the Alphar long ago prepared, in joyful following of the Will of the Creator, in the archetypes of what is now designated as new, may awaken and come forth in its germinating, and thereafter, gaining strength, may enter into the bursting into bloom of new forms of the earthly world

And there is much of it, so very much, which now, in the awakening through the Ray of Parzival, will come to life

The promise of many happenings is in this respect almost indescribable, for the present way of thinking of men would not accept it, but on the contrary in rejection men would set themselves against it, since they have so far not grasped that creative power which was laid into their spiritual spark and which, in harmonious union with the Light, can accomplish enormous things resembling miracles

Because human thinking on earth has grown unaccustomed to this manner of harmonious and trustful union with the Light and has withdrawn exceedingly far from it, many would still stand mistrustfully in it today, and with the cleverness of their intellect would perhaps even have mocking remarks to the effect that to expect such a thing as is described from the Light is childishly naive

That they would thereby only mark themselves as incapable of trust in the Light is the least of it, for worse would be that that creative power, resting in part in their humanly spiritual kind, which with a right and pure use could be a great help towards the ascent, would under the influence of the intellect be working as a brake against everything that is now to come from the Light

It is therefore better that men still know almost nothing of it today, for then their intellect cannot concentrate upon it in order to dissect it and cut it into pieces in its doubts, which would certainly arise in it if any more exact pictures of what is approaching were mentioned even now

Thus it suffices for all those who are able to receive it purely that many things in the finer astral archetype around the earth and around the life upon it are in a great movement, which is constantly strengthened by the Ray of Parzival standing near, and that this will now go on until the moment when the first seeds awaken, so that out of them there may burst forth into space a life which will shake everything that has been until now and which for the coming age on earth is designated as old

But even those who of themselves are too comfortable to reflect upon everything can surely now behold it in the headlong events in which it ferments and shakes in everything as never yet before on a worldwide scale

No part of life on earth will now be spared it, for the transformation now in progress must take place on all the continents, in all the nations and in every man, just as it must also pass through every part of the world of nature, which is prepared for the coming happening far better than mankind

By the hands of the Alphar a new world is already prepared today, which at a certain time will awaken out of the seeds into the very shape of new forms, so that it may then flow over into the visible world of the outward forms of life

Above the narrowed space of human thinking there now rules the quickening of all that is new, which will soon penetrate into the very vibrations of the inspirations of individual men chosen for it, so as to fill this so poor and comfortless world which men call civilisation and human educational progress

Soon it will emerge from the coming development how very little men know about the world in which they find themselves and which they consider subject to them in the assumption that they have come to know it and have mastered it

Today's mankind does not know even a tenth of what it could and should know, precisely so that it might be regarded from the Light as swinging in harmony with the real progress which unfolds out of the continuance of the whole of the Subsequent Creation and of all the parts of the worlds contained in it

This true knowledge is connected with the linking to the higher planes in which the guiding thoughts and inspirations are formed for the genuine progress willed by the Creator for all creatures in the work of Creation

It is just this connection with the inspiring currents from the heights that is not cultivated and maintained by men here on this earth, and therefore this comfortless state is here, which is the result of the long sifting of a limited fragment of knowledge already sifted a thousand times over, which earthly science appropriates to itself

But this knowledge has its bounds and must remain separated from the real inspirations which can reach up into the heights of Creation, in which lasting peace and harmony rule among all the inhabitants

From these happily blessed inhabitants of Creation, eternally bathing in the luminous currents, earthmen in particular should receive many recognitions for the solving of all the cares and difficulties which hold whole generations of mankind in their grip

With the right maintaining of the connection with the spiritual regions of the Light this could have been something natural, and mankind would never have had to sink so deep as it has fallen in its closing itself to everything higher

But it came to that, and therefore a frosty age of spiritual misery and privation had to spread over the earth and above the earth

Men themselves, in their majority, chose this direction through their volition and through directing themselves in their existence only towards low and material goals

Thereby everything had to wither, and all the seeds of blessing and of true ascent remained closed, for the environment of cold that had set in did not permit them to germinate

Everything that had been prepared for the support of men as ways leading to the attainment of success and happiness had to close itself here too in the earthly, for the conditions of the narrowed human volition, spread through the influence of the tempter, were not favourable to it

Then everything had to come to a halt and fall asleep, without anything helpful for mankind being able to come forth from it

The buds of the promise of a better world remained firmly closed, for the cold of the human inner being did not permit them to open in the gifts which lay hidden in them

Yet if only for a certain time there were born, at least in a part of the men on earth, a fervent longing for a higher and more luminous existence, strongly enough for it to penetrate into their outward conduct among one another, then the buds would at once begin to yield out of their gifts the seeds of prospects of a happier life, and these would swiftly begin to germinate for the strengthening and the comfort of many

So many gifts have always hovered above this mankind, but the soil in the human world of thought did not permit even a part of it to begin sprouting for help

Thus for a long time men held in their hands the keys to the ascent, without knowing the least of it, that precisely in the fulfilment of the Words of Christ the direction of the way out of all distress was given them

If they had walked through their life in the simple fulfilling of the Words of Jesus, then many helps would gradually have come to them from the Light, which would have given them satisfaction through healing, and thereby also a fulfilling happiness for the whole of earthly life

It would be so because through a life fulfilling the Words of Christ they would have formed for themselves an ever wider and stronger connection with the regions of the Light in the heights of Creation

And from these very places a multitude of inspirations would be permitted to stream down to the earth, which, like seeds, would bring the way out of all human cares, as many of them as there are on earth

For everything there is a way out in the work of Creation, out of all situations it is possible to find the path of ascent which bears within it accord with the weaving of the Laws of the Will of God

And so it is now exactly the same, and it is not true that the solving of things must go by complicated and thorny paths filled with obstacles, difficulties and pains

In good volition, which holds within it perseverance and the sincere longing to walk always only in the currents of the Light, lies the way today also for all the small and great cares of men

As soon as the soil is sufficiently warmed through by the fervent volition of man, the buds of the promise of a better development at once draw near to their bursting open

The state of being warmed through, however, can be attained only through fervour, which permanently penetrates the pure volition of the human spirit

This, however, is alas for the majority of men today something troublesome, for into the way of such striving the intellect always swiftly sets itself with thoughts of doubt and mistrust

Therefore it does not go so easily for men today, and with many it does not go at all to begin with this, that in their inner being the will to a pure and good volition should flare up

The doubts of the intellect, that in such an attitude of theirs they will only be exploited by others and will thus suffer harm, are always stronger than the inner call of the spirit, who views it with simple childlikeness

It seems like a vain endeavour to almost everyone

Therefore a liberating reinforcement now comes for all who strive earnestly, so that in this they may no longer sink back again shortly after they have decided to strive towards what is better

The Ray of Parzival, like the lightning flash of Thonorun, forces a passage from above downward through the world of thought, so that all who are awakened may lay hold of the first rays of the Light which along with it draw near to the earth

And as the Light arches ever more strongly above the earth, everything is exposed to a higher degree of radiation

This brings a warming through of the spheres of the thought-planes around the earth, and on the one hand these are set into movement, whereby they press strikingly strongly upon mankind, while at the same time all the thought-forms are exposed to an ever greater heat, in which nothing that is not homogeneous with the Light can stand

And beside this happening there then warms up, in the astral world of the builders of life, the layer in which the seeds of the new development are laid together with the buds of the promise of all that is right and is to come

This means that everywhere where in men there glows an inner longing for the Light, manifesting itself in pure thinking about others and about the whole world, the inspirations for the new life can now draw near

Inspirations which will bring help in many new recognitions about life in its right ordering, to which men will gradually adapt themselves, so that the complete harmony may at last be attained which is required for the beginning of the time of the Kingdom of God on Earth

For this time everything surely needs to adapt itself in its new ordering

It is precisely in this new ordering that the way out is contained for everything existing among men themselves, and also between men and the world of the animistic servants, where discord and tension have long prevailed

But it concerns many other things as well, of which men today are not yet even able to think that they will become a part of life on earth

But it will happen, and surprisingly it will bring freshening and refreshment in all its transformations, which bring the coming spring of new life

It concerns the whole way of life, into which that simple and pure needs to enter again as the foundation of the new building-up

Everything complicated will be blown away, and it depends only upon men by which way this will be attained

It can be reached through the peaceableness and the willingness of men in taking up again a simple way of life

A simple way of life does not mean one poor in experiencing, but it is a life more direct in its tending towards the true spiritual goal of human life

In such a tending everything else is now to be only that which follows after, for the striving of the spirit to seek the way to the goal leads through the learning to understand the Will of God in the work of Creation

In the most genuine striving it is, in all healthiness and simplicity, to penetrate into everything that men do

Not, however, in such a way that in the first place others are judged by man as to how they stand in it, but so that first there comes alive in the inner being of man the pure volition to recognise for himself, fully independently, everything connected with the work of God, and to hold accord and peace with it, and to act and live accordingly

Only in such an open approach to life will the quivering of inspiration be able then to flow in also from those seeds and buds of promise, so that these may join themselves to the life of man as something supporting and refreshing him

In this that spring of new life will manifest itself, for it will bring a change into the whole perceiving and experiencing of everyday life

Everything can and also is to be far simpler and plainer than it now appears to man

The complications which the intellect has formed with its snares of mistrust, fear and uncertainty in so much that belongs to life can be washed away, and the soil out of which they grew made luminous through the beneficence of trust and happiness

In simplicity lie the strength and the true beauty for all human activity

Before all men there now stands a great demand, which will appear as the hardest thing they are to give up

This demand lies in simplicity of thinking and of reflecting about everything in life

For this the inner spiritual ability of trust in the Light and in its helps needs to assert itself more in the inner being of man

This is, and for a certain time still will be, the cause of a great inner struggle in many men

That is because the intellect will insinuate to them that simplicity in thinking is a step backward and that a danger lies hidden in it

In reality it is only a danger for the intellect itself, for its appropriation of influence over all endeavour in the seeking of ways forward through life

Through the intellect it is then a danger for the very promoter and true controller of this instrument, for Lucifer

Whoever wishes to grasp this rightly can come to no other result than that this step is a necessary part of the liberation of the human spirit from his subjection here on earth

Simple, pure, straightforward thinking without twists and ulterior motives is the way to the liberation of the individual and of the whole of mankind

Only upon the attainment of a certain progress in this can man be surrounded by the gifts which slumber in the astral seeds destined for the new building-up on earth

In these seeds lies the finding of all the ways out of the hitherto difficulties of today's state, which for the greatest part mankind brought upon itself by walking along the false paths of the tempter

The spring of new life, however, hovers above it as a promise for all the pains of the world of men

The quivering which grows stronger brings the awakening of the seeds of inspirations and recognitions, which will prove to be the remedy for all human complications

They are seeds whose foundation is straightforwardness, simplicity and true beauty for everything that is to germinate out of them in this earthly world

Men, seek the connection with the shoots of these seeds, for in them lies all the inspiration and power needed for the victory of the reborn humanly spiritual generation upon this earth

There lies in it more than anyone yet suspects

Whole discoveries of a revolutionary kind, beside which the hitherto intellectual striving of earthly science appears as a trifling groping

These discoveries bring the connection with the hitherto separated continuation of the other planes of the work of Creation

The way for the streaming of inspirations and discoveries which so far could find no path to the earth is opening

The only condition for this is that the earthly world, in the knowledge of Truth and in its simple acceptance into its everyday life, should become a spiritually enlightened world

If the world walks along the paths of pure humanity, then so much will come to the earth that a great progress in all directions of the basic needs of the life of men will become a part of every day

The world of today, which many suppose to be, for a certain part of mankind, the attainment of the highest prosperity and luxury, will then appear as an age of penury and misery

That is because men will be blessed not only in the earthly, but in the spiritual

Above all this will be because their riches will flow out of the complete harmony with the work of Creation

Where the threads of fate no longer arise out of pain and suffering, there a blessing of a degree hitherto unknown on earth can flow to the hands of the Vaenen and of the Alphar

Therein lies the knowledge of a great wisdom, of which all men need to learn

And also already the smallest children
