The Maturity of the Humanly Spiritual Species

Man is far from being as insignificant as he often tries to designate himself

He is neither weak, nor unfree, nor lacking in independence

For that reason he is also not free of responsibility for all his intuitive perceiving, his thinking and his acting

It is only he who strives for such a thing, so as to appear as a tiny victim of fate, and this especially in those moments when he is threatened with being called to account by the Justice of God for the way he expresses himself in Creation

At the same time, however, man is also not so all-important in the work of Creation as other people not seldom suppose and as they, in their conceit, often act accordingly

Between them and the Creator there is an unsurveyable multitude of beings and of planes which are far more radiant than men themselves

The description of the relation between God and man to be found in the Bible therefore forms distorted notions, to the harm of many

The value also lies not in the origin, but in the purity of being

The human spirit is immeasurably precious and beneficial for the remaining life, if he strives for accord with the whole of the work of Creation

Accord with Creation forms the path for the right activity of every individual man

It is therefore possible to speak of an important balanced centre in which the humanly spiritual species in the Subsequent Creation is to stand with its activity

In its development it is wholly subject to the effects of the Laws of Creation which work at the forming of the great Harmony

Whoever expends all his effort to attain accord with the Will of God, that is, with that omnipresent Harmony, always has benefit from it for his inner ascent to the Light

This may be called maturity, or also an acquired wisdom which becomes his precious spiritual possession if he strives for such a thing

Spiritual progress will in the end always show itself in the earthly too as that so much sought-after abundance and beneficence in everything that the hands of a mature human spirit touch

It is a certain kind of high art of living when a man attains complete balance in everything and, directing his gaze in lasting reverence to the Creator, walks happily through his life without suffering want in anything

Such a thing is not only possible, but in reality it is a natural phenomenon if the human spirit, at a certain degree of maturity, is able to free himself from the greatest part of the past threads of fate, and above all when he no longer gives the weavers of these threads cause to form any new burdening threads

This comes about when such a man is wholly permeated by an intuitive receptivity in which a sufficient quantity of experiences is reflected, out of which the conscious wisdom of perceiving every moment of the present is formed

The mature spirit, in that he always acts in the present towards the rest of the world justly, kindly and with a living interest in all the happening around him, keeps alertness and mobility in his pure thinking and acting, whereby he enables the Vaenen to stretch his threads of fate ever more upward only, towards the Light

Thus his path through Creation is formed

And it is given by the Laws of Creation that a certain part of the threads filled with light may interweave even into gross materiality itself and thus cut for the mature spirit a way filled with blessing and happiness already here in the earthly world

Formerly this very often meant an early collision with those people who for some reason placed themselves on the side working against the Light

It always led to their being provoked, and thereby they became a bridge for the malicious intervention of the darkness into the lives of pure and honourable people

Because such a thing is always an expression of injustice committed and of the spiritual suffering growing out of it, from which the necessity of a reciprocal expiation arises, these attacks of the darkness upon the more luminous spiritual inhabitants of the planet Earth always took place at the price of a great karmic burdening of all the people hostile to the Light who took part in them

Out of this many threads of fate arose which must in the end be expiated

Therefore even today various difficulties befall many people which are to lead them to reflect upon their own change for the better

People striving towards the Light, who through millennia received many blows from fellow-men who persecuted them, therefore often bear within themselves, even in the present time, fears about freely and openly professing themselves to God and to His all-wise ordering of the work of Creation

It lies deep within their soul as an inscribed experience painfully engraved from earlier incarnations on Earth

Therefore they are afraid of being more visible, for within they bear the imprint of the crimes suffered upon themselves in the time of the heaviest rule of the darkness on Earth

Now, however, it is otherwise, and still further into the time to come it will become a wholly visible manifestation of proof, when the animistic servants will show where the true blessing of the Light rests upon this or that truly pure man

Such a thing will be brought to life with an unprecedented clarity and visibility

The longing of men to live purely and fervently in accord with the Harmony of the work of Creation will thus cease to be a cause for the inflicting of suffering on the part of other people, for all people far from the Light will no longer be able to come to the Earth, or, if here and there such a one appears, his volition will swiftly be made visible and through the reciprocal working of the threads of fate it will turn against him himself even before he can cause harm to any of his fellow-men

It must be added here that such a thing will come about only where there really are no longer any threads out of the past which would make such a thing possible

Of such people there are, alas, very few on Earth today

Therefore difficulties may here and there arise even for those people who otherwise visibly strive for good

Their own threads of fate still permit the possibility that something ugly may draw into their close proximity

A vibration of anger, of coarseness or of malice, or of fear and of unwarranted anxiety, in which a change of the radiation of the blood comes about, may likewise open access to a man from the side of other people, so that in that moment something evil may draw near from them

Even though it be only for a brief moment, a breach of the otherwise firm protection of an inwardly pure man may come about

Therefore great heed should be paid that the luminous protection here mentioned may not be weakened in a man even for a moment

If this protection is strong enough, everything ill-disposed always glides aside and swiftly turns against its originator

The world invisible to earthly eyes now stands under a wholly different degree of pressure and of speed in the release of all the stirrings within man

Very little now suffices, and for example a surge of malice immediately brings into effect happenings of which men outwardly have not the slightest inkling

Furies and harpies lie in wait at this time in close proximity around all men

The Light then protects only those who are inwardly peaceful and pure

The other people are wholly delivered up to the many influences which are the direct expression of the working of the Laws of Creation

If men reflect deeply enough upon this outlook so as to perceive it intuitively, there will rise before their gaze the picture of a world in which, in every particle of the stirring of the soul, the expression of the working Will of God acts strongly and justly, which is fulfilled in the first place through the animistic hands of the weavers of fate

When men become aware of it, a change will immediately come about in a great part of them

They will pay more heed to the inner stirrings of the soul and to their thoughts, where today, to the harm of many, a complete and boundless licence still rules which springs from ignorance of the finer happenings around man

To no one does anything happen without a cause

With the perceiving of this knowledge, all the hitherto existing grounds for grumbling and for complaints about the injustice which, according to many, rules over this world will gradually vanish from men

All these superficial reflections and this idle talk of today will become a thing of the past

No one will any longer be able to appeal to such a thing

People weak in spirit and immature are understandably startled by such a thing, for until now, in many of their own failures in life, they could always appeal to the adversity of the surrounding world, to the work of the darkness working against their happiness in life, as to something that does not spring from a cause of their own

But this too will understandably soon come to an end, for in it also that falsity and dissimulation will swiftly show itself, which for the most part merely covered over indolence and love of comfort and could until now be wrapped in grand talk about an outward enemy who attacks all those who strive towards the Light

It will gradually come to light in how many places this was so and where it served only as an excuse for one's own lukewarmness

Now every striving of people filled with Light can be brought freely and fully to visible expression

The condition for this to happen rightly is the maturity of the spirit and the art of enduringly balancing all the influences working around man in such a way that for every luminous striving passable ways to visible realisation in gross materiality may in the end be found

Many spiritually advanced people speak quite rightly of the fact that gross materiality here, with all the riches it bears within itself, is far too precious to serve as a refuge only for people who think in a narrowly material way

From such an attitude one may always recognise the degree of conscious maturity of the people who speak thus

And for this everything is also now made ready on the part of the animistic servants, so that it may gradually become a present reality

It was never willed by the Will of the Creator that human spirits who through their intuitive perception strive honourably and perseveringly for the ascent to the Light should here on Earth suffer want of a material kind

The Earth is a place offering sufficiency and abundance to all human spirits who walk with alert earnestness each day towards new knowledge about the Creator and His work

If these people also strive for an even and healthy movement in materiality, then sooner or later help and blessing will come into their path which will confirm to them that much from the past which would hinder them from advancing has already fallen away and that nothing stands in the way of a material ascent for their honest striving in life

Many will perhaps still refuse blessing and abundance in the supposition that this does not befit spiritual striving, and therefore this abundance will be taken from them, for thereby the partial immaturity still dwelling in them shows itself

In this there will be only the fulfilment of the Law of sowing and harvest

“As you will, so shall it be unto you”, thus it now resounds above men

And thus they alone are the cause of their own paths of privation and want, for the Light demands nothing of the kind from them

The words pointing to the great Law working everywhere in the work of Creation will become reality

For this, however, it is needful for spiritually striving people to advance further in the comprehension of the essence of how life here on Earth is to be ordered, so that one may speak of a fully valid fulfilment of what belongs to the service of God and of what is a part of activity in the gross material world

The liberation from many dogmas still stands before a great host of spiritually striving people

Their guide forward can thereby be the quite simple comprehension that where spiritual liveliness, maturity and patience dwell, there ways will always be found by the Light for man which will lead him forward

The will to act purely and naturally in every moment of one's being is the condition for the path of every man, filled with contentment, to be able to unfold here on Earth as well

Thereby he can also serve the Light ever more

Before the spiritual gaze the high aim of attaining the Light is enduringly to stand, while at the same time a natural existence within the conditions of the earthly world forms the support for the happiness and the abundance which may come to a spiritually striving man

Through childlike pure wishes there is formed, in those people who have already for the greater part been able to free themselves from the threads of the past, all that may then come to them as a tangible expression of the blessing of God

Those who serve the Light through their simple and pure life in lasting spiritual mobility may rejoice in small gifts and in great ones which come to them through the Alphar, the weavers of the threads

If all that must first be laid aside and lived out for the attaining of the maturity of the spirit has been fulfilled, then everyone may look forward to the gift which will come to him in some form

The maturity of the spirit is for man the determiner of the growth of blessing upon all the planes of his being

It cannot be otherwise, for today everything is already set by the Light for this kind of working of the Laws of Creation without the influence of the darkness, which until recently intervened arbitrarily in the fates of nobler people

Many people are also already permitted to experience this upon themselves

Where in the progress of the maturity of the spirit liberation from dogmas and from errors taken over from other people has been attained, there the Laws of Creation immediately release helps for the drawing near of blessing to man in his life

All that was formerly so tightly bound, which stifles and makes movement impossible, is loosened and suddenly enables the spirit to become ever more independent and thereby wholly free for his own decision

If then he is not startled and does not hesitate too long in his decisions to go further, helps and encouragements immediately come into his path through the Light intensified by the Ray of Parzival, even though at first only in the smallest things

Precisely that precious maturity of the spirit can thereby immediately grow stronger together with renewed trust, and thus open new ways leading upward to new vistas

In the future this will be recognised by men ever more distinctly, for they will become still more receptive to it than they are today in the time of the expiring influence of the intellect

Freedom and independence in decision will become for men in the time to come the most precious thing that will be acknowledged among men towards one another

No one will compel another nor press upon other people that they should do this or that, if it has not become their own inner possession

To persuade another man or to force him to submit in some matter, however much benefit it may bring him, never holds within itself such value as when he himself decides upon it out of his own free will

So that all may then hold fast to the helping guiding rope extended from the Light, there will always be examples on Earth through human models embodied in individual spiritually mature people

Not by persuasion, nor even by mental pressure of various kinds in urging men to strive towards the Light, but in the first place through a magnetically radiating natural exemplariness will the path of service to God be fulfilled

All the rest will be provided for by the hands of the animistic weavers of the threads, in which there will now be found ever more power of the Light

Everyone should in the first place look to his own path before he enters as an adviser into the lives of other people in order to press upon them his “valuable advice”, as has hitherto been the ingrained custom

Spiritually mature people work first and foremost through their radiation and through their naturally exemplary life

In this too everyone always has much to improve before this one or that one begins to instruct or to reprove others

Of course something may always be said about various events in the lives of men

This especially when someone is asked about some matter, yet it should never be a ground for creating pressure that the questioner should immediately change his ways of life in that matter, if he himself does not wish it

Knowledge, or perhaps even a warning, may of course be spoken in a noble form, yet if the other man goes his way further and pays no heed to the counsel, then he is to be left in peace

If he does not in some way directly harm other people, does not endanger their health or their life, then a calm and objective attitude is to be maintained towards every possible refusal on his part

Helping the spirit is surely not built upon overcoming another man and compelling him to give up his experiences and his opinions, if he himself does not wish to do so voluntarily out of his fully free decision

The inner power is to be directed towards building and towards seeking ways for the operation of the Wisdom of God, which works in everything through invisible threads that the hands of the Alphar will finally bring to visibility in densification upon this Earth

People who do not wish to listen to anything higher are to be left in peace, for thereby they are handed over in the first place to the effects of the densifying threads, in which there lies the all-surpassing wisdom of the Will of God working through the animistic servants

Many people who consider themselves to be those who know the Truth have not yet acquired at all that patience which one must always hold within oneself when it is in place to allow the working of the hands of the weavers of fate

The weavers will always surely bring the fulfilment of the threads to visibility by the best way

In that moment the spiritually mature man is then to be ready to help, to extend his helping hand and with kindliness to help those who are struck by the fate which along their own threads out of the past had finally to reach them

Beside this, however, it is possible to write and to speak of much, or in the most varied other forms to form vistas for other people upon the incorruptible working of the Laws of Creation

Squabbles and wranglings for a short-lived victory over other people in never-ending conversations do not serve the Light, but as a rule are only proof of the immaturity of the people who take part in such a thing

However much it is held to be a struggle for the Light, it is only a childish self-assertion without any earnest reach of wisdom

Those who hold spiritual enlightenment within themselves are builders

They truly create and form bridges for helping others

They do so in co-operation with the animistic servants, who are able to prepare happenings that always vibrate wholly in the Justice of God, which human volition and thinking attains only very rarely

Rather it may be said that almost always man judges other people unjustly and thereby himself transgresses the Laws of God, when he regards himself as an expert in some matter of which he has not even the slightest awareness how it arose and what radiations of the finest threads enter into it

Therefore it is in place always to be reserved and watchful in one's judgments about other people

From the standpoint of God's Laws the human judgment in some matter is all too often the opposite of how the real All-Wise Justice measures and works

It is then wholly needless when out of such petty human judgments about others threads arise which must then bring to the people convinced of their supposed rightness an experience in which, through a finer intuitive sensing, they are given to comprehend something more of what real Justice is

Those spirits who strive for maturity and who truly are mature therefore always act in the sensing that they may err in their judgments about other people

Therefore they devote themselves chiefly to building up and to pure selfless help, which in others always seeks first that which is good

When this becomes the property of most people, and above all including those who today devote themselves to the so widespread work of journalism or who wish to pronounce upon everything in various places, then in a short time more fullness of peace will reign on Earth, for all the stagnant waters filled with slander and with incitement to rancour or to hatred among men will dry up

Happily we are already drawing near to this time

Its radiance stands close above the Earth, where it vibrates in the Omnipotence of God

Resembling a golden glow above the horizon, this approaching time brings to mankind that spiritual awakening longingly looked for by many
