The time when everything on Earth is being transformed is becoming reality

The outer events of the human world are rushing towards the unravelling of countless threads reaching out of the distant and the recent past

The tangles of dense threads bring unexpected happenings which, in the strengthening of the pressure, compel everything to furnish proofs of the state of the inner being of the human spirit

The threads can no longer be held back on the plane hidden from earthly eyes, but interweave ever more urgently into the actual gross material experiencing of mankind

During the earlier earthly decades that have passed it was woven by the weavers of fate so that it should become a visible happening

And all this will increase still further

Every day brings new tidings which, by their unexpectedness, turn even events only a few days old into faded shadows

Of all this men could have known beforehand

Many an indication concerning it was conveyed

But because a great part of them perceive life only with their day-consciousness, that is, intellectually, everything that takes place on the degree of radiation veiled to earthly sight is necessarily passed by them unnoticed

Yet it is precisely that which is higher above this gross matter that carries within it the most precious gifts and helps for the coming time

For most men, under their intellectual attitude, the greatest recognitions flow through their fingers without their being able to notice them

However much the individual man is surrounded by the most beneficent kinds of help, he himself remains wholly outside their refreshing working in all life on Earth

But as always, in this matter too many rescuing steps were taken from the Light, so that those men who are not yet finally turned aside from the direction leading to the spiritual home may receive strengthening in the moment when they are more awakened by the outer events

For a long time already the Light has laid seeds of recognition into the forms of thought, so that these might germinate in the time of the greatest need

It is just in the time of the spring days of Easter that the first seeds come up as a herald of the great spiritual working on Earth

It is a true resurrection of mankind if it now, in the near time, receives everything it needs for its rebirth, whether this comes as the refreshing and warming strengthening of the rays of the sun, or whether it must blaze up in purifying storms

The human world itself chooses its path, which will inevitably move it forward in a development that cannot be postponed, for this development is part of the following of the great promise of God

And thus on the one side there will be a tossing about in fevers, and on the other side the joyful rousing to a spiritual movement experienced in tears of happiness and of thanks by those who are inwardly open

We can behold it everywhere around us

The splitting of the multitudes in their opinions is an accompanying phenomenon of the increasing pressure of the Light

It goes from thoughts to words and again onward from words to deeds which formerly no one would have expected

In the inner being of many men there burns an angry rashness at the way in which they are unable to control themselves

Thus it swells and rears up to the heavens, showing the emptiness within, so that in many forms of foolish deeds it may live itself out and thereby lose all the false gilding which until now clung to many a human work like a varnish which the earthly intellect, in its deviation from the right path, laid upon it all

We may truly call it a growing crisis which will manifest still more

It will be a time of confusion and of obscurity in men who will have certainty in nothing, for the existing supporting points of the intellect will seriously waver in the coming upheavals

At the same time, however, there is even now being born that new thing which brings help to the sorely aching world

Aside from all the din, in quiet prayers, the activity of the Workshop EFEMERIDIS began a short time ago

In spite of all inconspicuousness and apparent insignificance in comparison with the events of society, the activity of the Workshop EFEMERIDIS is filled with the highest liveliness

Just as all the animistic weaving works, where nine tenths of the work lies in the invisible so that in the end the tenth part brings forth into the light of the earthly world wonderful forms, exactly so is the preparation of the new now being formed in the Workshop EFEMERIDIS

A vibration full of promise accompanies the activity of this workshop, which has set out upon ground hitherto unknown to mankind

It is the path of the conscious co-operation of man with the animistic forces in the universe and in nature

A refreshing blessing streams through everything with which the Workshop EFEMERIDIS occupies itself

There is immeasurably much that is now to be carried forward through an entirely new way of man's approach to the concept of science and of knowledge

Science, as we know it, is in the fine world of the threads of fate a thing of the past, while the present and the future belong to knowledge

Such is the state which is being fulfilled, only men today do not yet know of it

In this lies an incomparable difference

Only when science crosses the boundaries of gross materiality, when it is able to perceive that which is finer substance, that is, that which lies above the earthly visible world of gross matter, and when it then begins to work in accord with the forces holding sway there, only then has it the claim that science shall be transformed into KNOWLEDGE

The Workshop EFEMERIDIS creates and advances forward solely on the basis of KNOWLEDGE

Thereby it stands upon a firm starting foundation which carries within it all the certainties in the attaining of the longed-for results

The aims and the results of the Workshop EFEMERIDIS are in no way small

Nor can they be small, because in the end they contain a change in absolutely everything that concerns life on Earth

In the strongest way it will intervene precisely in the life of men

The direction of human society hitherto, in the way in which a development wrongly entered upon at the beginning was ever more unfolded, had to come to today's opposition to the Harmony of the whole work of Creation, with all the consequences flowing from it

These consequences bring the end of the present material way of life of men

And at the same time as the end of this one stage a thousand years long, as yet only through the fine weaving of the animistic weavers, there begins to unroll the path of a new part of the existence of mankind on Earth

Everything as yet unrolls only on the level of the fine weaving of the animistic weavers, invisible to earthly sight

But it is already overflowing also into gross material, visible and tangible forms

It comes by ways of an entirely simple kind, aside from all the great words to which men are accustomed, for so has the science of hitherto taught them in the case of its discoveries

Yet in this lies precisely that transformation, for the loud glorification of small human reasoning is coming to an end and there dawns the time of the grateful receiving of gifts from the animistic servants, who thereby fulfil their mission, which from the beginning was laid into their consciousness by the Will of the Primordially Eternal God

The new section of existence on this Earth will stand not upon the foundations of earthly science, but upon the foundations of a wider knowledge

Progress in the continual widening of the extent of knowledge is a condition for the activity of the Workshop EFEMERIDIS and is maintained by the highest liveliness in every newly gained recognition

Part of knowledge is the recognition of the working of all that is animistic in Creation

The animistic has a share in all happenings

It prepares and determines the development in that it works over and envelops the forces coming from the finer parts of Creation in such a way that the radiation contained therein can enter into and shape the happenings in all that is of a coarser kind

From the standpoint of human comprehension the animistic works in the direction from the earthly invisible to the visible

The animistic servants – the Alphar are those who bring movement and development into gross materiality

If the earthly science of hitherto passed over their share in all happenings, or better said directly denied it, then it had to separate itself entirely from the primordial essence of all happenings in the materialities

It directed itself only to the coarsest outrunners of the effects of the laws, and out of these it strove to form its own conception of the world, of its origin and of its development

Thereby it set out in an entirely false direction, however sincere the volition of many researchers in their striving for knowledge may have been

But a wrong manner of research was used

This research always supported itself only upon outer indicators which could be measured and counted

The animistic works upon another principle, and the visible and measurable manifestations of physical laws which science makes use of are the outermost outrunners of their many-layered activity

Scientific research had thus to strike against a boundary beyond which it can no longer proceed

Yet precisely beyond this boundary lies the true field of activity of all the animistic ones, for thus the Will of God appointed it for them in the forming of the space for human life in gross materiality

The space of human development was from the beginning to be recognised from the lowest degrees of matter in the direction of the higher, and thereby finer, kinds of radiation above the coarsest world

There, however, men were not able to develop, for they were wholly swallowed up by the possibilities of application in the lowest parts of the materialities

Similarly as children play only with imitations of the real tools of grown-ups, that is, with toys meant for children, so have materially thinking men fastened themselves entirely upon everything of the ground, instead of directing their perceiving higher, to the places to which they should gradually have come as mature and ennobled inhabitants of the work of Creation

They could long ago have received a power of which, because of their smallness, they have to this day no inkling

All this could have come to them had they gone along the right paths, which would have led them to the comprehension of the truly great happenings in Creation

The first thing they would have received as a valuable recognition would have been the knowledge of the High animistic servants of Valhalla

Although in part they knew of these sublime animistic servants, in the end, in comfortableness and under the influence of the intellect, they concentrated their powers, for a great part of their life, only upon the gross material space

The outlooks that had been partly opened had thereby to narrow again for them, and in the end to close entirely

They forgot everything that concerned the powers of these animistic servants

And through this neglect of all that is animistic human research had in the end to come into the blind alley in which we now find ourselves

We are at the very end of the present human course, in which mankind was guided predominantly by the intellect, which can never find the very essence of all happenings in the materialities, for this essence lies higher

One part of the development of men on Earth is now ending in a harsh reaping of consequences, while a new part is beginning to open for those who already today are more receptive and are not content with superficial explanations of the meaning and the content of human life

While the one part collapses and thus calls forth distress in all the customs of men, the other part opens and offers help to all those who at this moment are already ready to advance further

The victorious power of the new age is the Aether

The recognition of the Aether will bring discoveries hitherto undreamed of, which will confirm the connection with all the animistic weaving that takes place whole degrees above the boundary of gross matter

But for a certain time this must still wait

The discoveries that are coming would today still be received only with mistrust and mockery if they were spoken of beforehand

The dogmatic thinking of men today would not accept anything of the kind

The intellect, if it tried to grasp it, would in its learned manner of comprehension quickly become confused and would then strive to designate something so natural as the power of the Aether as ungraspable inventions torn away from the earthly world

It would be designated as far too ungraspable, and the effort to label it somehow would lead to still greater confusion

Already now there are efforts of men dogmatically fettered by the intellect to assign the Aether to esotericism and to unscientific theorising

It is dead cleverness that will wage the greatest struggle over this, which however will only confirm that from the beginning all opposition to everything supra-earthly is anchored in it, that is, opposition to the working of the animistic servants and finally also to the Creator Himself

The working of the animistic servants, as well as the existence of the outgoing radiation of life from God, will remain for dead cleverness only a theory or a philosophical opinion

Like its creator – the human intellect, it too stands helpless before a clear explanation of the beginning of the material world and of the forces which drive it and guide all its development

It is precisely the most essential thing, that which gave the beginning to all the forming of the forces of the universe and to all the life which arose to consciousness on this Earth, that is in its foundation called into doubt by dead cleverness

It will never of itself be able to deal with this, for what was laid into it from the beginning are indeed the experiences of many small human items of knowledge, yet beside these trifles there will always remain sticking in it the opposition to the existence of God

It will always be pushed aside by dead cleverness with the assertion that it is a matter of the personal belief of man and not of reality

Yet everything of which the material components of dead cleverness are composed, just as the earthly body of man is composed, that is, atoms and molecules, could not have arisen in any other way than through the weaving of the Alphar, that is, through the work of the animistic kind, out of which arose all the dust of gross matter and subsequently out of it the forms and shapes which we know as the universe and the world of nature

And part of all this is precisely the Aether

Its power brings everything into movement, and always in the direction from above downwards, that is, from the earthly imperceptible to that which is gradually ever more visible and measurable

The movement of all parts of matter, from the smallest particles of quarks and pre-quarks up to the immense cosmic bodies beside which even the Sun is but an insignificant star, all this is joined together and maintained by the ceaseless movement of the forces of the Aether

But of this nothing is known, for to that end human comprehension would have to cross the boundaries narrowly set by the dogmatic reasoning of the intellect

Just as everything that begins here on Earth, so also the Workshop EFEMERIDIS develops from the smallest steps of its activity, in order to become a pioneer in the recognising and the anchoring of the great knowledge of Truth

It is a knowledge that comes as a help in the greatest need which is setting in

It is not, however, meant for the deaf ears and the blind eyes of those who wish neither to hear nor to see anything that is above their comprehension of hitherto

It is a help which comes at a time when there will be an ever greater calling for the showing of a new path, which is to lead mankind out of the greatest difficulties into which the prevailing material intellect has brought everything

Here there is spoken of eyes and ears of the finer soul-kind and of the spiritual kind

There is spoken of the intuitive perceiving of man as an instrument of receptivity for those things which lie above the gross matter of human earthliness

The existing human course finds itself in a blind alley into which the all-dominating materialism has led it

The starting path for all removal of the difficulties of hitherto rests in the awakening of intuitive perceiving

Thereby the recognition of the great spiritual enlightenment can open for the individual and for the whole of mankind

The days of these Easter festivals are therefore to be experienced as an opportunity for the resurrection of human intuitive perceiving, and thereby of the receptivity for everything that lies above the Earth

May there be the greatest possible number of those who rightly experience this within

They will then be able to be led by their spiritual helpers to the places where they will find the nourishment of the spirit through the knowledge of Truth

They will also be led there where their participation will bring completion in the wholeness of the Harmony which alone makes possible for the human race the ascent to a new direction of life on Earth

And all this is becoming reality in these days
