Out of the heights there flies a ray of glowing Light

It is the will of Mercury which, upon the Divine consent, sent forth the power for the building up of the Subsequent Creation

Upon the entreaties of the primordially created spirits in the planes of the eternal Light the ray descends, that new planes and worlds may be formed, also for the way of the human spirit, who is to walk upon this way in joyful development upwards

The ray flies through the spheres and, tended by the angelic servants of Mercury, penetrates into the planes wherein hitherto there spread out into the distances only a layer of a deeply dark, green hue, forming the outer transitional protection of the Primordial work of Creation in the planes beyond the Divine Realm

At the very upper edge of this sphere, where, still within the belt illumined by the light out of the spiritual planes, there stretch delicate, quietly sounding clouds containing sparks of the spiritual kind, the ray came to a halt and its movement forward began to change into a circling movement

Centrifugal and at the same time centripetal forces begin here to spread out in circles through the hitherto motionless space

In the centre of these circles there comes about a movement which the new vibrations brought

Angelic hands mediate a special protection to this happening, which now unfolds as a mystery, in the continuation of the fulfilling of the goal of the ray

The stream of Light, hitherto having no form, which was a rolling pillar of blinding, glowing radiation, now lets a first form be shaped within itself

The ray contains within itself, as its foundation, the original bright and strong will of the primordially eternal servant Mercury, and this will seeks and also finds its anchoring in the counterpoise of the dark space, resembling a nocturnal ocean gleaming beneath the pale shine of the moon, which until this moment spread out downwards, into immeasurable distances

Two opposing forces collide and seek a balance

The foundation of a new Life coming out of the heights hovers above the hitherto endless surfaces of dark lifelessness and emptiness

Such was the first development of the arising and of the forming of the later annexe of the work of Creation

This happening lasted a long time, for the contrariety of the kinds demanded much creating radiation, which had to descend for strengthening, again and again, in waves out of the heights from Mercury himself

In patience the participating forces laboured, because the will to build up and to create the new was strong, unyielding

At a certain time there joined themselves to the fundamental ray of the will of Mercury also the rays gushing forth from the will of Leilak, from the will of the Lion and also from the will of Od-shi-mat-no-ke

In the union of these descending rays the hands of the angels formed again and again the shape which was to arise to consciousness

Then suddenly there flew through the spheres a new, mighty stream of blessed, love-filled forces of the Light

In its echo there was borne through the space of Creation “Let there be Light also in this new part of the Work!”

It was the living Will of God, Imanuel, Who through Parzival sent forth the strengthening and the blessing of God the Father for the work that was just arising

A flash of Light of the Divine kind shot through the spheres, to kindle the pulsing life in the new starting-point of the great annexe of the dense worlds which were preparing to arise

In that moment, out of the circling space aglow with Light, there arose a servant bearing within himself the union with Mercury, the first servant in the place which was subsequently to become the starting-point of the forces for the new worlds that were awaiting their arising

Out of the kernel of the nebula of the Light blessed by Imanuel there stepped forth, in the consciousness of his task, the ruler of the animistic servants in the new annexe of Creation – Odin

Odin, he who serves faithfully in his ruling over the forces and the laws which pervade him and form the planes and the worlds

Odin, rightly called O-dio-nar, the radiant servant of Parzival, who through the mediation of Mercury, who works in the primordially spiritual Castle of the Grail, faithfully fulfils his task of building and of holding the dense worlds of the Subsequent work of Creation

O-dio-nar – his essence gave the support and the strength for the forming of the luminous castle of all the Alphar and the Aesir, who arose and who with their faculties and gifts animated the circle of the heights of life revolving about the highest hall in Asgard, Valhalla

Like unto a diamond which radiates with countless reflections, O-dio-nar let rays fly forth out of himself, out of which there gradually arose, as a splitting off of his great service, helpers, the shining Alphar and Aesir

O-dio-nar is the diamond of the will of Mercury which, set in the appointed place, spread itself out into the host of the following self-conscious animistic servants, who under the dominion of O-dio-nar work creatively in the laws of the kind of nature, in all the parts of the Subsequent Creation

O-dio-nar is in the halls of Valhalla the highest administrator and fulfiller of the Will of Mercury, which in turn vibrates in complete accord with the working of Parzival

In an unbroken succession, over the bridging and dividing crossways of the luminous radiations, the Will of God flows through the host of the servants into the distances of the Subsequent Creation, that it may find here the ways for anchoring and for creating

Through the working of these faithful helpers there holds good that well-known "as above, so below"

Only the density of the material planes, which arose through the enveloping of the spiritual building particles and through the subsequent glowing through by the helpers of O-dio-nar, is less mobile than are the luminous spiritual worlds, and thereby it bears within itself, in the fulfilling of the effects of the Laws, a retarding and a slowing down

Yet in this also there lies a great grace for man, for the consequences of his deeds do not penetrate to him directly and at once, as is the case in the translucent, spiritual planes, but give him time to change himself, to develop himself, and thereby often to let the manifestation of the reciprocal impact of karma come about only in a symbolic experiencing

This of course holds good if the change in man is directed towards a better, purer striving, because if he remains continually in his weaknesses and his faults, then in the Law of Reciprocal Action the harvest of his sowing will always come to him, in a multiplied measure in the experiencing

The great, just Laws of Creation force their way to fulfilment in the planes of the materialities through the work of the servants, whose original support was formed by the creating forces gushing forth out of O-dio-nar, upon the summit of the annexe of the new division of Creation

O-dio-nar and the faithful ones formed out of him created the original essence of the planes and of the worlds of the materialities

O-dio-nar is their ruler, their protector, their father, for without his presence never would any one of his faithful servants have arisen to consciousness

The shining figure of O-dio-nar stands as a living fixed point upon the summit of the animistic circle of the Subsequent Creation

His fair hair is plaited at the temples into two falling braids and frames with a fabled nobility the elongated, luminous countenance, out of which there stand forth above all the shining blue eyes, which the greater part of the Aesir and of the Alphar inherited from O-dio-nar

A long, brightly shining beard covers a part of the countenance and lets one divine the wisdom which blends with the ancient duration of this servant and ruler in one person

One of his hands rests upon the throne out of which O-dio-nar for the most part works, and his other hand grasps a luminous sceptre – a ringing hammer, which is manifoldly more effective than that which Thonorun uses

This sceptre holds good for the arising, the duration and the passing away of all the planes of the Subsequent Creation and also of all the world parts of the materialities which are found in this division of the Subsequent Creation

O-dio-nar rules over all these parts and makes it possible for the germs of that which is humanly spiritual to descend into their planes for their development

At the bidding of O-dio-nar the Subsequent Creation opens itself for the human spirit like a spread table, inviting him to partake of its glory and of its lastingly bountiful fullness

Like strokes upon a heavenly anvil the will of O-dio-nar rings out, accompanied by the fall of the luminous hammer upon the step of the white slab that spreads out beneath his feet

Mighty, incomprehensibly remote and at the same time maintaining all things in life, is the ruler of Valhalla, O-dio-nar working in the shining light

Above his head the Light undulates, which in a radiant circling forms for him a crown, and the seat upon which he sits is, behind him, in the high back above his head, shaped into the form of the outspread wings of a mighty eagle

This eagle is like unto liquid silver, having a hue from white to a grey-blue lustre, according to the direction and the mission with which the will of O-dio-nar is aimed in a given moment

The eagle is the form which unites Valhalla for ever with Mercury, who out of his will let this place arise

The eagle with outspread wings is the bearer and the protector of all that is animistic in the Subsequent Creation, for he is here as the prolonged ray of Mercury, a part of O-dio-nar himself

The white-silvery lustre of the seat of O-dio-nar itself shines out on every side and unites itself with the translucency of the mighty hall of Valhalla

All here is surrounded by a haze of translucent nebula, through which there penetrates only the sight of the nearest servants of O-dio-nar

Living forces stream through this place and, like unto a gale, they blow every moment through the sacred building and gush out on every side as a roaring light of life, forcing its way forward without cease

Here then, upon this highest place of the hall of Valhalla, O-dio-nar holds his faithful service

His hair and his beard stream in the flowing of the forces, and he, filled with joyful service, welcomes these tides pouring in hither out of the heights from Mercury and transforms them for those who work beneath him, for the fulfilling of the Will of God in the Subsequent Creation

Mighty forces from time to time shake the whole structure of sacred Valhalla, which is like unto a crystal of Life

The radiance and the lustre of the white stone, out of which there rise the mighty pillars bearing the vault of the temple building, holds within itself a mighty pressure, hardly to be endured, wherein all that may draw near thus far bows down, trembling

The place of the dwelling of O-dio-nar leads all life to a humble submission to faithful service

It is not, however, a pressure working from without inwards, but on the contrary, all is led from within to the tension of a glorious service, which heightens even to a blissful summit of consciousness

It is a tension driving all things to awakening and to the giving of themselves into the glorious service wherein all the servants vibrate who arose to consciousness out of the starting-point resting in the existence of O-dio-nar

It is not easy for human thinking to receive the pictures described, for all is living, in transformations of forms, in interblending happenings, so very remote from the dimensions of seeing wherein the intellectual knowledge of earthly man moves, which in the present time influences us in the greatest measure

Only an inner, pure childlikeness makes it possible for those who are capable of it to receive, at least in intimation, the proportion of the greatness of the happening and the power of the aliveness of the glory wherein the animistic working arose, joining itself as a continuing annexe to the spiritual spheres of the Primordial work of Creation itself

In reality, however, only the spirit pervaded by light, who one day returns into the blessed gardens of his home in Paradise, will be permitted really to behold and fully to experience all this

Here upon the Earth man needs at least only to draw near to the awareness that Valhalla and the servants working therein are real, and that the world which we behold about us is the work of their skill and of their ability to master mighty forces

Over these forces there watches, and wisely appoints their direction, he who in the place of exalted Valhalla came to his consciousness as the first of all the servants … the radiant O-dio-nar
