The Creative Forces of the Servants in the Work of Creation

In all the planes, spheres and worlds to be found within the work of Creation, the creative forces of the servants of the Grail work in building, in upholding and in renewing

Nothing comes into being without their part in it

There is nothing that has not arisen and is not upheld through the working of the servants who swing in devoted service to the sacred wellspring of Life in the Grail

Working within the Laws of the Will of God, these servants labour faithfully, unceasingly, in the fulfilment of the mission into which they were born and in which it is given to them to shape the whole harmony of all forms and shapes

They are artists in the highest meaning of the word art

Their work is the masterly skill of a perfect joining of beauty and of purpose in the harmony of the whole of the work of Creation

And these servants themselves also bear always the likeness of perfect forms and shapes, for their very nature is the swinging in the Will of God, which brings forth only glory, strength and exaltedness

In every plane, in every sphere of the worlds, new servants arise, fitted for the corresponding union with that kind of substance which they are to form into the likeness of landscapes, of plants, of buildings, and even of the appearance of the inhabitants of the given sphere themselves

In the planes of the Light they bear for the most part forms of the angelic kind, while in the planes of the materialities they have more varied shapes according to the elements with which they work

The angelic beings work more all-embracingly, for in their power whole landscapes and buildings are formed in the unified joining of the willed result

Their work is always immediately whole, perfect, swinging in the more living and more translucent substance of the spheres of the Light

These angelic beings lie wholly beyond the reach of human volition, they stand high above it, and by his very nature it is not possible for man to unite himself with them, for their service is devoted solely to the Will of God

The beings of those servants who work lower down, in the elements of matter, create step by step, first setting simple basic parts together, out of which in the course of time there finally arises a whole that fits perfectly into itself

All these servants always awakened first to consciousness upon each further step that formed itself ever farther and farther from the starting-point of the Light, the Grail, until at last, from the beginning of the universe, they work here also, in the distances of the materialities

The servants working in the materialities are far closer to the human-spiritual species, and therefore it is made possible for man to unite himself with them and to work together with them

Despite this nearness, these servants too always work and create in accord with the higher streams that descend to them from the Grail, and human volition cannot lastingly deflect them from their glorious, wise activity

Man cannot influence or reverse their swinging in the Laws of Creation without thereby bringing harm upon himself in the reciprocal impact of the effects of these Laws

If we look back, then the very beginning of the work of Creation, at the time when the Grail itself was being formed as the connecting outpost from the Divine towards the work of Creation, was brought about, in fulfilment of the command of God the Father “Let there be Light”, through the faithful service of the mighty Archangels in the Divine realm

Only thereafter were the first guardians and protectors of the Grail permitted to arise to consciousness in the formed spaces of the Grail, the purest servants of Parzival, among whom Mercury himself became conscious of himself, the ruler of the creative servants, who all thereafter became conscious within the mantle of his working

The servants, swinging faithfully with the whole of the work, great and small, of vast dimensions and of insignificant ones, of forms resembling a delicate, tender trembling, create unceasingly within the Laws that bear the Will of God, so that all outward life may ever find certainty and support in their work

The spiritual inhabitants of the work of Creation, among whom belongs also the human-spiritual species, that is man, will always be guests in their homeland, which they form in perfect ordering out of the wellspring of the Power of the Divine Fullness of Grace

The glorious servants working in devoted, faithful service to the Grail draw from the Grail the forces for the refreshing of their work and of their own being

In thanks they raise their gaze upwards and, through those who are ever higher above them, they extol Him Whom they recognise as dwelling upon the summit of the work of Creation, and Whom they name the Giver, the Luminous One, the Mighty One and the Blessing One

They send forth their prayers of thanks to Him Whom the highest servant among them, Mercury, names for ever his Lord and King – Parzival

It is the mighty Mercury who, in gleaming raiment with the radiant winged helmet upon his head, stands unceasingly in the nearness of Parzival, bows before Him, and, drawing the power out of the Grail, directs it through his own kind of working to all the servants who form the worlds and the planes in the work of Creation

Subject to Mercury, and drawing through him their wisdom and their skill for all construction and building, are his followers as the host of his faithful ones

They all work always only in the harmony of the whole, creatively, upholdingly and renewingly

Through the mighty Mercury they revere the Grail and Parzival and His Father, the Holy God

It is out of Mercury's kind that the working of these servants arose, who as a joining choir bear the forces of the Grail for the building and the upholding of the spheres into the remotest planes of the work of Creation

Olympus or Valhalla, and those who from ages past rule over this place with skills and powers unimaginable to man, and who on account of their abilities were formerly called gods, are but faithful servants standing far lower, servants of their leader Mercury, who directs to them the exalted Powers from the heights of the Grail

These forces Parzival blesses – the first and the true, the only administrator and ruler of the work of Creation, entrusted therewith by God the Father

Mercury, as one of the four Primordially Eternal Ones who stepped forth out of the pulsing radiance of the Light in the Grail at the first arising of the work of Creation, in order to work faithfully as supporting pillars for the rule of Parzival downwards into Creation, bears within himself the ability for the building, the upholding and the renewing of all that has arisen as planes in all the strata of the work of Creation

An indescribable glory fills the happening of Mercury's living words: “I am, and I fulfil Thy Will, O Eternal One”

These words of exalted devotion to service rang forth in the moment of his first becoming conscious of himself

Mercury's words bear within them the fulfilment of creating for the planes which unfolded in waves of light spreading ever farther and farther from the starting-point of the Luminous Castle

Might, power, movement, ruggedness, and at the same time beauty of the highest, most perfect delicacy are contained within these words

Like the sound of the most blessed instruments of heavenly resonance, the echo of Mercury's words is borne through Creation, and all the servants swinging in this command form beauty everywhere where the primal substance of matter may unfold, which billows forth out of the divine opening of the blessed forces “Let there be Light and Life”

Mercury's thoughts work in three kinds of forces: in the force that builds the new, in the force that upholds what exists, and in the force that renews what is exhausted

The materiality of this universe too bears its shape, its form and its likeness as a consequence of the lofty happenings fulfilled in the Primal Beginning of the work of Creation

Galaxies, stars, suns, planets, the primal substances of the atoms, the elements, the materials

All of it, in following the command of the wisdom of the Will of God, pressed forward in development towards the perfection of the rhythm of the life of nature

The Earth, the glorious planet that gives room for the life of men, received its likeness and its form precisely and solely through the servants working in the Laws of Creation, for the fulfilment of which a stream resembling shining lightning springs forth from the hands and from the whole figure of Mercury, the primordially eternal hero in the Grail, a proud and exalted appearance, whose perfection and beauty can never be sufficiently portrayed in earthly words

Matter, and nature arisen out of matter, quickened from finer matter, is the work of the glorious skill of the servants subject to the mighty working of Mercury in the halls of the Grail

Whoever among men admires and loves the beauty of nature, he pays unknowing homage and admiration to the servants of Mercury working in these distances of the materialities

In admiring the beauties of nature men extol, suspecting nothing of it, the forces streaming out of the Grail, they extol the Fullness of Grace of God the Father, Who let all this arise to Life

In amazement and with reverence many an earthly man stands before nature, a work that came forth from the faithful labour of the servants of the Grail, who work in the vibrations of Mercury's kind of radiation and who hold always to the harmony with the Will of God, in the greatest things as well as in the smallest

The gigantic bodies of the stars rolling through the space of the universe, as well as the most delicate petals of a tender blossom, the movement of a butterfly's wings, the trembling of a droplet of dew, all this is obedient to the same Laws of the Will of God in Creation

The life which comes forth from the hands of the servants of the Grail bears witness again and again that whatever follows the Will of God presses creatively forward to the gaining of pure glory, of harmony and of happiness

Let us work together with these servants, let us listen to them and seek their wisdom in the further development of life here on Earth

Working together with them we can find only a true life filled with peace-filled creating and with blessing
