In close succession event now follows event downwards, so that the weaving of the animistic servants may soak into the density of Erda and then, along the most varied paths, break outwards into the visible world of gross materiality

The tension of the threads is perceptible to all creatures who still bear within themselves the capacity to experience, at least in part, the working of the Laws of Creation

Most people, however, perceive nothing

It is strange, yet surprisingly it may be said that this can be taken as a graciously temporary protection for those who are still to be helped in the coming time of spiritual enlightenment

It is precisely the fact that people know nothing of all that is now drawing near to its gross material outbreak in the world of nature on Earth which still permits some of them simply to rejoice in life

Pure joy then helps the Vaenen to weave into their fateful band of existence at least small pieces of brighter threads

This concerns above all the smallest children, but also a certain number of adults whose thinking is pure

Alas, the majority of people cannot expect that anything luminous will be woven into their subsequent existence on Earth

Such a thing cannot come about, for mankind is so attuned that most people lack the soil for any possible weaving of luminous threads of help

Therefore that temporary protection concerns only a very narrow number of people

These people, however, are not yet consciously mature enough for a right understanding of the coming events

They have no knowledge of how vast the work of Creation is, and above all they know nothing of the animistic servants who through their activity continually fulfil the Will of God in the Subsequent Creation

Many of them would thus utterly lose heart if they were permitted fully to realise all that is approaching

A great part would fall into complete despair on realising that all the approaching events are not the work of a seeming arbitrariness of natural happening, but that they are solely and only the supremely just answer of the animistic world to all the previous activity of mankind

There is no greater testimony to the failure of men in their original lofty task as mediators of the luminous streams of spiritual forces, which were to flow through the human spirit to the Earth and then, in thanks to the Creator, upwards again to the Light, than that the world of nature now stands sharply against the doings of earthmen

Until now the animistic has had to endure much pain in this fundamental failure of men, for it was so ordained by the Will of God that gross materiality was granted to men as a place in which to learn to know the Laws of Creation

But men failed and departed entirely from the originally appointed direction of development

Thereby it was of necessity the animistic, as that which stands closest to men, that suffered countless wounds from men in their mistaken attitude towards everything which was granted them by these servants on Earth

In all the human plundering of the natural riches of the Earth it was solely and only the world of the animistic which, often without a single stirring of conscience, was turned by men into ruins, torn to pieces and irretrievably destroyed for the overflowing abundance of blessed gifts which it bore within itself

In their ever more visible failure men have bred within themselves the diseased mental notion that the Earth, with all the life upon it, was given them by God to be subdued entirely according to their own wilfulness

Human arbitrariness, together with the skills of the intellect, gradually developed into the complete pillaging of everything in nature that had any value

Unlike the earlier peoples who were bound with the animistic forces, men who always claimed that they believed in God and in His work of Creation formed the notion that the Earth is a treasury out of which, whenever it pleases them, they may steal everything they find within it

Instead of co-operation with the animistic world, whole generations were brought up from childhood in the belief that nature, with all that is found in it, stands as something inferior beneath man, and that no wrong and no pain is done to it when the riches resting upon the material body of the noble animistic Erda are drawn from it with brutal rudeness

It has gone so far that many people carry the conviction that matter and all life apart from human life perceives nothing when anything is brutally taken from it by the hand of man

For a long time men have been set in ruthlessness towards the life of animals and plants whenever the fulfilment of their own wishes is at stake

In all the warfare which they waged among themselves for material wealth and the power bound up with it, it was always precisely a part of the animistic kind to which, in their dullness, men gave the least consideration as to what their conduct was inflicting upon it

Every burst of a shell, every impact of a bomb, every destruction of life beneath the rolling wheels of machines built by men, but likewise every stroke of the point of a pickaxe and every thrust of a spade in which ruthlessness towards the creative work of the animistic servants showed itself, and where the deed was not in harmony and in agreement with those who shape and form God's work of this world, is recorded and will now be accounted for down to the last particle

Beneath the Tree of the knowledge of past, present and future it is preserved

All is caught up by the hands of the three animistic spinners appointed thereto by the Light – Urd, Werdandi and Skuld

Through the fact that everything which arose passed over their skeins, it became a certainty that one day it would be demanded back from men in a reckoning

From there the coming events are now also woven by the hands of the Alphar

All the transgressions of men on Earth against animals and plants roll down from Valhalla and the gardens of Asgard like a menacing storm of animistic hosts

And all this animistic, great and small, has now received from the Judge, Who is close above the Earth, full liberty for the return of all the threads which bear witness to the long departure of men from their original fulfilment appointed by the Creator

From time immemorial two kinds of activity have stood side by side here on Earth

The world of men and the world of the animistic beings

These worlds were meant to interpenetrate in mutual completion and bestowal through the kinds of radiation which are granted separately by God to each of these two worlds

Out of this bestowal the highest blessing for life on Earth was to arise

Earthmen, however, failed in this ever more, until at last for centuries now they have stood directly against the animistic world, above which they set themselves by forming their own path of the material application of technical inventions

Everything that men discovered in technical skills, although in reality it always has its basic origin solely and only in the inspirations of the animistic world from which men may draw, they finally used, under the working of the intellect, not only against one another but precisely also for the merciless subjugation of all animistic life in nature

Thus there are now two streams of happening side by side, which however necessarily proceed from one great weaving of the Alphar

In the one part they are the threads of fate between men themselves, and in the other part they are the threads arising from the insensitive and unbridled tearing of treasures out of the world of nature

There is therefore on the one side the social happening in the human world, and on the other side the happening proceeding from the tension of all the guilt of mankind towards the world of nature accumulated over whole millennia

The two streams flow together into one unified pressure of the Judgment of God upon earthmen

The wise Alphar weave from this the present, which is gradually being fulfilled with the bitter savour of wormwood

And the bitterness will now increase to such a degree that many people will refuse altogether to wish to go on living upon this Earth

Anchored in the earthly coverings of the body, men will have to experience it in their day consciousness with all that will now belong to it

For a great part of mankind it will, as the outcome of their comprehension, be only a despairing awaiting of the end, as the hope for a change for the better collapses, the hope which their brain still expects today in its reliance upon human intellectual cleverness

In this direction all the efforts of those who imagine that the course of events can be halted by human abilities will finally fail

Only a small part of mankind will recognise in it at the last moment the fulfilment of a power higher than the human, and in openness will submit to the development willed by the Will of God, which lies in the great spiritual enlightenment within the inner being of awakened men

Blessed are those who are able to do so

For them a way out containing rescue can still be woven into the threads of fate at the last moment

From those who help men in earthly bodies the admonition has long sounded to halt and to become aware of the true meaning of their life

The pressure of men's hitherto existing manner of thinking is, however, so great that the majority are threatened with closing themselves entirely to every helping call of their spiritual helpers, for in all that now happens to them they seek only a confirmation of an unfavourable fate, or they even regard it as a manifestation of injustice towards themselves

Thereby many only close themselves the more and shape the paths of their existence in such a way that solely and only a still harder blow will have to come to them when the weaving of the Alphar manifests itself in their fulfilment of the Will of God

If men could see all that now stands above them, they would abandon their whole previous way of life and in the highest fervour would beg that out of all the despair in which they find themselves the right path might at last be shown to them

The right path, however, can go by no other kind of development than by a complete adjustment into the vibrations of the Will of God

But this means, among other things, that men will be compelled to accept everything that now returns to them as the discharge of the tension stored up in the threads for all the suffering hitherto inflicted upon the animistic world

It will have to come in some way into the fully conscious intuitive experiencing of every single person, if he wishes still to hope for the living-through of the wrongs and sufferings caused by men to the animistic servants

Until now men have never thought in such a way as to see that the universe, this Earth and its nature are a manifestation of the Will of God

In the arising of this the hand of man never had any share

From time immemorial it is a gift of God, which was granted to mankind through the wonderful work of the animistic servants

When men were permitted to come to the Earth, everything in nature was already finished here

And how men dealt with this gift we can see in history, and also still today

We find only ruthlessness in the enforcing of men's own small will, limited in every kind of outlook

That can in no case be called co-operation, which was always expected by the Creator as an expression of the thanks of the human spirit for being permitted to be here and to develop in order to gain maturity and wisdom

It can only be called a presumptuous wilfulness which enforces the never satisfied cravings for the fulfilment of its own wishes

Therefore for people who reflect with even a little seriousness upon the connections in the fulfilment of the Justice of God nothing else can arise for a single moment than that a reckoning is coming for all the hitherto immature and contemptuous conduct of men towards the gifts of God

A great reckoning

It comes through the threads of the animistic kind in the form of a happening which will surprise mankind by its hardness, by its inflexibility, and also by all the places in which this return of the sowing of ruthless human conduct towards the animistic world will now manifest itself

To this an important knowledge must also be added, in order to forestall questions about justice, as to how it is possible that people on Earth today are to reap something which they themselves perhaps did not directly cause

The explanation lies in two parts

The first is given by the fact that on the one side there are again incarnated here those people who caused much harm to the animistic kind, and who therefore will now be compelled to receive the harvest of some earlier sowing of their own

The second part lies in the fact that there is no one on this Earth today who was not instructed beforehand, in the consciousness of his soul before incarnation, by his helpers about what would happen upon this Earth

Nevertheless, in the longing to live through and to atone for many threads of fate, there have incarnated and still incarnate on Earth human souls which yearn to close much of their past here and thereby to move further onward in their own ascent to the Light

There is therefore no one here who is exposed to the effects of the coming events unjustly in even a single particle

It has never been so, for the All-Wisdom of God does not permit such a thing

Human souls are always made aware, before their incarnation on Earth, of all that can meet them here as part of the great advance of development in the material planes of the universe

That men then remember nothing of it is a matter of the excessive dulling of their cerebral manner of thinking, which is a great obstacle to anything of it being inwardly perceived by them

Thereby many contradictions and questions arise which are inappropriate

It leads to endless philosophical speculations about human destiny, which end either in the entirely false conclusion that nothing in a man's life is certain, or in the dull hopelessness of accepting a fate that has been imposed

This, however, is needless, and for many inwardly wavering people even harmful, for from the very foundation such brooding leads them only to distrust in the Justice of God

Yet in order to find the right answers to questions about what happens to whom and why, an unshakable trust in the omnipresently working Justice of God needs to be laid as the firm foundation

Solely from this firm foundation of the omnipresently working Justice of God is one to proceed further in all seeking of answers to serious questions concerning the whole of human existence

If this were always done, it would quickly become apparent that everything heavy and painful comes only from men themselves in their overlooking of the finer connections, whereupon they quickly insert their own conclusion about chance and injustices which intervene in their life

But it is never so

This holds good also of all the happening which now comes, of which every soul incarnated on Earth today was to a certain degree informed beforehand, and to which above all it consented before its incarnation

Deep within their inner being souls carry the awareness of the time into which they came to birth upon this Earth

The outer world of human opinions, however, goes a way which denies all this and seeks to create the illusion of something entirely different

This confuses many people, in spite of their quiet presentiment which from time to time makes itself heard within them

Therefore the approaching events will one day be looked back upon, by those who pass through it all, as the time of the collapse of false illusions

The disproportionate and never justified overvaluation of this human material world created by the intellect will be torn down

It will be a hard sobering from the intoxicating delusion about the lofty spiritual worth and value of man before God, which in reality had long since to ebb away at the time when men turned aside from the original direction foreordained by the All-Wisdom of God

Nothing of the kind holds good any longer, and therefore the way has also been entirely released by the Judge for the return of all that was inflicted by men upon the animistic servants in the whole of the Subsequent Creation

Despite all that is approaching, much help from the Light still stands ready

These helps, however, are destined only for those who strive with all their strength to become inwardly awakened human beings again

Only for them has the Ray of Parzival in its host luminous servants who accompany it and who stand ready to dry the tears of pain and to hold out the remedy for the healing of wounds to all those people who in the highest striving of their inner being make their spiritual robe white
