Great abilities slumber in man

They make it possible for him to establish peace and to spread blessing lastingly on Earth

Hitherto these abilities have almost never been consciously used

This was because the way of thought passable for a sufficiently great host of people was not set out graspably enough for the fulfilment to be able to come about

Yet complete clarity of knowledge about something such as the inner power in man is the necessary condition for it

However much small offshoots of the knowledge of it are dimly known to people, the true thing which, like a jewel, lies in these abilities has never been fully used

The abilities are conditioned by the awakening of the spiritual essence in man

Alas, precisely in this lies already the first pitfall

For many people have hitherto no inkling at all that they bear within them something so precious as a spark of the spiritual kind

They do not comprehend that this spark, which is a gift of God, is the foundation of their whole being

The knowledge of this gift of God has become for the greatest part of men, on account of the long rigidity of thinking, entirely forgotten

Yet precisely in this lies the beginning of all changes for the better on this Earth

It is therefore fitting to speak to people of their highly precious essence, which is of the spiritual kind

But not through the brain and its ponderous comprehension, only through the full brightening of the spiritual spark in man can there unfold the abilities of which even today people here and there still speak

In the spiritual spark there lies the gift of a certain creativeness, and thereby also in part the possibility of influencing the development of everything to come

A great power lies in the ability to shape that which will come, if there is contained in it the wholeness of the all-embracing volition of good

It is connected with the ancient knowledge of the weavers of the threads

They work up the volition of the human inner being and form out of it everything that will one day come to fulfilment

The Vaenen and the Alphar at their beginning arose at the call of God to conscious activity in the Subsequent Creation for man alone

It was in the times when men were only yet to come into the materialities

Before that their work in the sense of the arising of the threads of fate was not needed, because in the spiritual planes no guilt arises, and thereby there is also no necessity of its atonement

Also in the case of the animistic there is no need of anything of the kind

This is because the animistic servants themselves, who work in the animistic or who share in the development and maintenance of the materialities, do not need these threads, because there is not in them a free will such as man has, and they vibrate in immediate connection with the Primordially Eternal Will of God

The world of nature, just as the whole ordering of the activity of the animistic species, works and creates always only in direct connection with the Laws of Creation

The Laws of Creation act with their effects upon everything animistic at once

In the working of the animistic servants, therefore, the effects of the Will of God work otherwise than is the case in the development of the human spirit, where in his case the threads often stretch on very long together with the path of his ripening, and this according to how the free will applied by him accords with the Laws of Creation, or on the contrary sets itself against them

The accord with the Laws of Creation is a very important condition for man

In it lies the recognition of success in life

A creative, purely attuned volition is a strong equipment of every human spirit in the Subsequent Creation

People are to make this equipment rightly their own, so that they may know how to use it only excellently, in the one creative way

Precisely this is the art which they have lost, for in the time of the unrestricted activity of Lucifer it was long concealed from them through many influences of earthly rulers

It was wholly denied to them in the subjection to thousands of doctrines and dogmas

This has in part already changed, and in the foreseeable time it will disappear entirely

But now back once more to the animistic

It is necessary to describe and to explain everything rightly, for only in clarity lies refreshment and enthusiasm for the further path

The Vaenen and the Alphar were not here from the beginning of the arising of the Subsequent Creation

In the time of the working of Valhalla and of Asgard everything in the animistic was ordered in perfect harmony, and thereby in accord with the Laws of Creation

Here it is also necessary to recall that the animistic in itself has no need of the materialities, although it was precisely for the materialities that these servants were formed

The animistic with its original plane stands above the materialities

Only with the arising of the material parts of the Subsequent Creation did the animistic begin with its working to immerse itself into the density of the worlds, in which, fulfilling under the pressure of the creating Will of God and of Its All-Wisdom, it found the ways of development for the arising of all forms in imitation of the higher worlds

In their work there was, and today still is, the shaping of everything living and lifeless in nature, so that the development may move forward continually

It was, and still is, not so easily graspable for man in what manner the Will of God is fulfilled through the Laws of Creation

The animistic acquitted itself in an admirable manner, in the densities of matter, of the task of forming a reflection of the splendour of Primordial Creation

There arose stars, planets and upon them then landscapes and nature, according to the conditions in which it was possible to form them with the skilful hands of the animistic servants

And when the greatest part of it had already been formed, only then could the spiritual flow into the dense parts of the Subsequent Creation for its development

At that time there came the turn of the activity of the weavers of the threads of fate, who, following the Laws of Creation, shape in the most just manner the fulfilment of the paths for every human spirit

Today, because the knowledge of these connections is not here, ninety-nine people out of a hundred act wrongly with their lives towards the living Laws, whereby they cause difficulties and harm to themselves and to other people, and finally also to everything animistic, which was destined by the Wisdom of God to be at hand to the human spirit on his paths

In the great spiritual enlightenment which is drawing near there are to be found all the answers as to how man is to live, so that he may prosper in all his striving and at the same time may not cause with his volition harm to the rest of life in the Subsequent Creation

Even before the enlightenment wholly surrounds the Earth, it is thereby possible already today to begin in advance with a new volition to work in accord with the Laws of Creation

Individual people can at once be fully participant in it

A significant support to man in all this is the awareness that the Circles of the Peaceful have already been brought to life

This independent great chapter of the development on Earth is very helpful in the present ferment, which is a part of the rebirth from the old into the new

The Circles of the Peaceful are to arise, to develop and to bring strengthening, with their starting-point in the following of the archetypes which incline down from the heights as forms radiating in advance of a possible co-operation of men, in which everything needed for it is fulfilled

In the Circles of the Peaceful the freedom of the spirit naturally takes part, and thereby the full awareness of one's own abilities and skills

Only thereby can the consciousness of one's own responsibility be strengthened, and thus also the immensely precious maturity of every individual person be unfolded, in proportion to the powers and abilities used by him

At the same time there is present in the Circles of the Peaceful the awareness of the necessary reverence and of the constant ennobling of oneself

In the Circles of the Peaceful there is also to reign an attunement of enthusiasm for unfolding and for creating in all directions of human activity

All parts of human activity are now to be elevated to the highest art of the spirit

It is all the same whether it be a craft, the recognition of new discoveries and their development, art, or the abilities of writing and of speaking to others

Above all then everywhere where it is a matter of co-operation with the animistic servants, because in a healthy sense it is needed by both sides

In the first place the human spirit is thereby to learn to master his brain and his intellect, which conceals itself in many forms of moods and of thinking

Since here on Earth the rank intellect reigns, we may say that the activity of thought which lastingly bears within it the volition of all-embracing good is wholly neglected

With the majority of people the flow of thoughts resembles the wild world of a jungle, where at a given moment a certain strongest impulse prevails over everything, however much it may be a wholly contemptible kind of thought-attunement

The attunement of thought can today very quickly turn in an ugly direction

This applies also to people who otherwise, for the greater part of the day, are purer in their thoughts

The ignorance of the need of an all-embracing attunement of good weakens in man the foundation which under all circumstances should blaze as a radiant guardian fire that permits no shadows from without to draw near

Alas, however, in this almost no one among men succeeds

The attention in thinking is poured over from one point to another, and thereby the mind of man suffers harm through fragmentation, out of which there further unfolds an instability of the attunement of the nerves, and thereby also a turbulence of the radiation of the blood

The picture of the blood is disturbed, and out of this again in reciprocal action there arises in the brain an unrest, which thereafter is unable for any longer time to hold clear and pure thoughts

This is because in the use of the ability of the brain those gifts are not fully utilised in which lie the receiving of inspirations from the heights and also the maintaining of the power of those thought-forms which belong to a pure perceiving, irradiated with good, of the world and of all fellow-men

The said gifts can be fully utilised only through the inner liveliness of the spiritual spark

Only the spiritual spark can experience the power of the conviction of good volition, and thereby pour an unswerving direction into the forming of thoughts

The thoughts of the people of today are weak, because they do not bear within them sufficient certainty in the volition of good

The majority of the thoughts of people today lack the conviction of the result, which is to be precisely and for ever the victory of the Light in all the world-parts of the Subsequent Creation

This victory of the Light can be for man a conviction in which an insuperable forming power works

Thus only such a conviction, if there is in it a living mobility filled by the spirit which rightly recognises the power of the application of the Light and of Harmony in all working, has the ability to change the path of life of every person for the better

This conviction also has within it, as a concurrent happening, the enabling to set the Aether in motion in a manner as yet unknown to men

In this lies that upbuilding which is at the disposal of everyone who only approaches it rightly

Only the spiritual part in man is capable of something of the kind

This, however, is not known, and therefore it has hitherto not been used with conscious conviction in the fullness which belongs to it

The kindling power of the purely blazing spiritual spark is an ability which is not recognised, and thereby lies aside unused

Without the kindling power of the spirit, however, the Aether cannot serve man as it could

Yet the Aether can help in a far-reaching manner towards a literal transformation of the world for an altogether better development

This is because the Aether, spiritualised by human volition and set in motion, carries its flowing into all the parts of the activity of the animistic servants

Thereby the Alphar, as the weavers of the threads for the arising of happenings and forms in all kinds of the materialities, can draw from the Aether set in motion for their work

Finally, with the reinforcement of the Aether set in motion, they can bring even into the gross materiality here happenings which would otherwise need for their realisation a much longer time and space

Thereby much happening can be accelerated

There can be brought to life immense Earth-wide events which would otherwise need whole ages for their becoming visible, their experiencing and their laying aside

Hitherto nothing of this has been used for the support and the ascent of individuals, nor for the fulfilled harmonious happiness of the whole world

Yet it lies as an ability in every person

It can be used at once with an effect which will correspond to the maturity and the purity of the state of the soul of man

There is no need to fear misuse, for evil volition can no longer be used as has hitherto been the case

Evil volition grows ever weaker, and in the reciprocal working of the threads of fate it will now strike the originator more swiftly, instead of harming those to whom it is deliberately sent

In this respect the Just fulfilment of the Ray of Parzival is already now beginning to work

Therefore everyone who nourishes and maintains within himself a pure thinking of the all-embracing kind may be at peace, for the victory is on his side

In other words, he is with his attunement on the side of the victorious Light, which inclines down to the Earth through the Ray of Parzival

In every respect we stand at the beginning of all changes for the better

A great part of people, however, will experience it only through tangible happenings which will come after the period in which the old, inert forms still temporarily meet with the newborn forms of the new outlook

In this period there will still for some time belong to the everyday life of people the running out of much that stretches on from the old, which will thereby crumble before their eyes

Those who are more knowing in this should not be in any way disquieted by it, but on the contrary all the more should there come alive in them the will to the full use of all the abilities of the spiritual kind

These abilities always bring beneficence and ascent, if everything is experienced by man in full purity and in trust towards the Laws of God, in whose effects there is to be found the perfect All-Wisdom of God
