With every day the effective happening of the Light grows stronger around the Earth and directly upon the Earth

The weaving of threads of an unprecedented kind, going forth from the hands of the Alphar as a result which by law must also become reality in gross materiality itself, appears as one unbroken band of events bearing within them great opportunities for ascent

At the same time many an experiencing may also shake the certainty of those souls who even today, under the existing conditions, still deem themselves firmly standing and inwardly unassailable

Free will still remains in force for man

Therefore volition can still be formed by man which remains within the vibrations of the old cast of thinking and acting

The will of individuals and of nations can still strive to attain ignoble aims born of the most varied grasping and selfish desires pressed forward at the expense of other men

Thereby, however, there arises self-actingly a continual knotting on of threads

And in the present time these threads are beginning to return already after describing a very short circling course

They do not ripen and wait patiently in the kindly hands of the Alphar, in which until recently there was still contained the Love of God, which held in view that the human spirit in his ripening often does not know what he does, and therefore everything was shaped by them at a sufficient remove

Now this patience gives way before the pressure which has come, through the Ray of Parzival, for the settling of all that now stands, and which without delay demands a new stage of development for all the happening in the world-part of Ephesus

The term granted for the reaching of a certain degree of maturity has been completed, and now a shift must come in the knowledge of the human spirit

This holds also for the degree of maturity of the day-consciousness, where, owing to the rankness of the intellect, almost everything is spiritually unbelievably far behind

Now for every man the return of the threads woven out of his own volition will quicken as never before

It is thus willed from the Light, so that therein there may be recognised the working of a hitherto overlooked power of a higher kind, which men will at last, with a start of fright, begin to grasp as the visible exercise of the Will of God over mankind

In the manner of their life many men are heading towards an unexpected collision

That is why it is so very important to speak of what an immeasurably precious kind of attunement it is to hold within one's inner being in the present time a full spiritual wakefulness

The wakefulness of the spirit is bound up with a pure, joyful and courageous radiation of man in every moment of the day

Only such a kind of attunement makes it possible to face all that now comes

The keeping of inner harmony and peacefulness is immeasurably beneficial for the spirit, and it is also to look towards the coming days with a joyful trust in God, for only thus can the gift of the Power of God reach it

But this is something which has grown quite remote from the men of today, and there are only a few who are able to hold such an attunement within themselves for long

It is needful to speak of it again and again

It is fitting to make mention with urgency, over and over, of this kind of attunement, which alone offers a way out in the present time, so that a certain part of mankind may yet grasp it as their rescue amid the present collapse of the imagined certainties of the existing world

This attunement is a childlike, simple and at the same time unshakeable trust in the help of God in every moment of the day

In the end it will become the one great and noble kind of swinging in man, which will be supported and also protected by all the helpers of the Light

It is nothing that should be taken as weakness or as a flight from the world into seclusion

Trust in the Light of the help of God is on the contrary a sign of a high spiritual advance in man

Therefore it will prove the most precious thing to which men can now cleave

The animistic has now the command gradually to cease protecting all other radiation of a lukewarm kind

Thereby access will be opened for all outward influences of thought, from which the promptings of mistrust, of weakness and of a general faintheartedness may then come more easily to man

And the servants of Valhalla have also already brought close to mankind many experiencings which will now begin to manifest as unprecedented events

It will literally burst into the world of men, to shake and to rattle the hardened souls which in the course of millennia have laid themselves down to an indolent sleep

The opposite of this drowsy immobility is a livingly fervent cleaving to the experiencing of all that is beautiful and pure, wherein man may find the knowledge of the great helps from the Light

This happens strikingly often when one dwells in nature

Also in work of some effective kind which gives man meaning and at the same time brings joy to other men, in that it holds within it a pure giving

What a gift of liberation, and also what a possibility of cleansing for man, lies therein, only very few recognise

Work bound up with the animistic servants in nature, work with animals and with plants, or work with material coming from nature, these are activities in which there now lies the soil leading to the spiritual awakening and growth of man

Most precious of all, however, is voluntary activity in support of other men who are in need of help and of strengthening

But not there alone; in many places it can be permanently present in the nearness of individual men, though upon the condition that through their striving they attain that inner attunement in which they carry a complete connection with the Power of God

It may accompany them as one unbroken stream of a new kind of savouring of life blessed by the Light, in which their spiritual volition, become luminous, is mirrored in every moment

Upon this all those are now to concentrate fully who seek the way to prepare themselves effectively for the approaching time of great events

All else is to stand aside as of secondary rank, as that which merely enters the ear and comes before the eye of man

It is to be borne in mind that precisely that to which attention is given grows strong and increases out of the radiance of his own human spiritual spark

Therefore only that is to be nourished and cultivated with full strength which is noble and creative, and which thus, in union with the great Harmony of the work of Creation, fulfils the Will of God in the most natural manner, the only manner that is to be proper to the spiritual origin of man

Therein there then opens within the inner being of man the way for an unbroken attunement to the Power of God

Without this Power of God, without its presence in the inner being, men cannot now stand the test in the happening which is at hand

They cannot stand the test without difficulties of the strangest kind forcing their way into their nearness

With everyone these are of a different origin, exactly as his own cast of soul and of thought determines

The approaching happening, called forth by the power of the nearness of the Ray of Parzival, will draw everything in man up to the surface to be made visible, and thereby to be judged

It will bring a tossing about amid many events

That is why there is now the time of so many increasing manifestations of unexpected conduct among men who are not anchored in a pure and good volition

Alongside this, however, there will go the permanently open help of the Light, which in the most natural working can enter at once into everyone who opens himself to it through his attunement

Men today still greatly underestimate the attunement of the volition of their soul and the direction of their thoughts

Without suspecting it they thereby expose themselves to the influences of the Furies and the Harpies, which have a hundredfold strength to seize the tracks of their thinking and turn them in a direction leading far from Harmony

Wakefulness in the inner attunement and in the thoughts is therefore something very important, to which every man is to give more awareness

Now, in all earnestness, an end needs to be made of all the irresponsible trifling in low cravings and thoughts that has gone on until now

Such a thing is possible only in this way, that men place themselves wholly into a trustful attunement towards the helping Wisdom of God, and that in their thinking they become again entirely childlike and simple

For many a one there rests in this the only rescue, which will gradually lead him to the attaining of inner peace and harmony, which is the needed foundation for opening himself to the Power of God, which his spirit needs immeasurably

Yet many men pass such a thing by as a naive condition, which in their intellectuality they despise

In the cast of mind which stretches back through many earthly lives, men disdain to become childlike, simple and pure again

They take it as a sign of retreat from the rankness of the thinking activity of the brain which they have attained

There also arises at once in man the question that he would then surely be an easily vulnerable target for all those who remain within the persisting intellectual manner of cunning

So far has it come that mankind fears that kind of attunement which should always have been its very own foundation for all experiencing

That which is to uplift the human spirit and to awaken in him the joy that from time to time he can still reach such a state, of that he is ashamed

He fears it as a weakness which puts him at a disadvantage in the present world

Therefore it is possible to speak of a collision, for the existing pride of the intellect, which casts doubt upon all pure and guileless conduct, is nearing the boundary set for mankind by the Will of God

With great swiftness the moment approaches when there will be no other way onward than through a return to a childlike, simple trustfulness in the Wisdom of God

The threads woven by the hands of the Alphar are already made ready, only mankind still wishes to know nothing of it

All words depicting the happening which draws near are held by men who succumb to the influence of the intellect to be idle prophesying, or even an unseemly and wholly unfounded spreading of fear

And this although everyone can already observe today all that is changing with a swiftness never seen before

Everyone can see, both in the happening of nature and already in the world of men itself, how within the span not of years but only of months and of weeks there grows a convergence of events which shake the hitherto course of this earthly world

The increase of events which have never been here in such a form and on such a scale is nevertheless still doubted by most, and it is even striking with what effort everything is ascribed to a thousand causes, only not to the one serious cause in this time of upheaval, which is the complete re-setting within oneself of the wrong direction held until now, which must now bind itself anew to the living work of the spiritual essence of man

Through all the happening there runs as a single feature the call that mankind should swiftly forsake all the wrong paths and with all its strength enter upon the direction of a spiritual knowledge of the true meaning of human existence on Earth

The unwillingness, and also the immaturity, of a great part of those who are just now in bodies upon Earth is however the reason why the most important thing, which it is urgently needful to change, is entirely passed over

A voluntary cleaving to a pure attunement of the inner being and of the thoughts is for most men something of secondary importance

That which alone bears within it the way out for the individual and for the whole world sounds to men like a laughable summons to something that does not fit into today's world at all

"Only men wholly cut off from the present can call for anything so foolish as an attuning to the pure and childlike, simple receiving of the Power of God and of the help of God in such a time as this"

Thus sounds, through the world of thought of the present cast of mind of most men, the answer to the call which alone bears within it the way out

There are only very few men who truly occupy themselves with it

To them great recognition is due, and to them alone can protection and help from the Light now flow, for they are the ones who keep their lamps pure

Most wish to set right the world around them, without admitting to themselves that the foundation for all that they expect as a change for the better in others rests within themselves

They do not wish to step out of the manner of life held until now

That, however, is still the exercise of the old cast of mind

For this cast of mind an end has been appointed, and it is being fulfilled

Therefore most men are drawing swiftly and inexorably towards the collision

The collision draws near, and most still suspect nothing of it

With every man it will take a different form of experiencing

It will come through the strengthening of the effect of the returning threads, which always correspond exactly to the strongest kind of volition in man

If we look at the world of men today, we can expect in advance what will come – the shaking and the gradual collapse of all the visible material forms to which a vast part of mankind clings beyond all measure

To the visible there belongs also the earthly body of man with all that men expect of it

Whether it be bodily or mental health, all this will now be subjected to the effects of the heightened radiation of the Ray of Parzival, which brings about the quickened return of the strongest threads of fate

Those who are already at least in part aware of it are therefore to prepare themselves within and upon themselves

Within themselves, in the spirit and in all its coverings, everything disturbing which leads away from the capacity to sense Harmony intuitively is now to be cleansed out and removed

To Harmony all volition is to be subordinated which takes the forms of the most varied burning cravings and unfulfilled desires

All of this needs to be worked through and overcome with all speed

To this there belong very many seeming trifles which cling fast to human notions of life, and which millions of men cannot even imagine giving up for the preserving of the great Harmony

That is why the said collision will come

These trifles must be left standing aside together with all that is marked as old, and thereby as disturbing until now, in the ethereal planes of matter surrounding mankind on Earth

In this mankind will have to submit to the hitherto unrecognised working of a power higher than its own volition

This higher power is the Will of God, which, strengthened by the presence of the Ray of Parzival above the Earth, has for some time now been permeating everything so as to judge it with quickened speed, in that the pure is ever more sharply separated from the impure, the ripe from the unripe, the peaceful and creative from the harmful

For all this mankind has been prepared for thousands of years

No one should therefore be taken by surprise when it enters into his nearness

Through the intercession of the Son of God Jesus with the Father after the ending of His wandering upon this Earth, far more time for preparation was granted than men even today suspect

And this term, extended by the Graciousness of God, had at last to run out, and therefore the turning point in all the happening draws near with the inexorability of a fulfilment which the hands of the animistic servants, the Alphar, will bring about

Whoever is sufficiently awake can perceive it in every hour and in every second in all that is around him
