Only Accord With the Harmony of the Work of Creation Creates Peace

For the human spirit, if it longs to go on living in this glorious work of Creation, there now opens only one possibility

This possibility is complete accord with the great harmony working in the work of Creation

Harmony is that so often mentioned Will of God

The Will of God always brings only harmony for all life

This Will of God surrounds man completely and forms for him the conditions for life in the present time and for all subsequent existence

Thus earthman too will be led to draw near at last, in his use of free will, to that which the great harmony permeating the whole work of Creation demands of him

It is high time for him to change and to fit himself into the task prepared for him by the Light from the beginning

Otherwise the Laws of Creation, which form that great harmony, will bring him in the blows of the reciprocal action the lamentable harvest of his own sowing

Under the pressure of the Laws of Creation working out of the Will of God he will have to accept with all speed that for which he gave cause through his life hitherto, so that at the last moment he may recognise where he belongs and how he is to live in order to escape his own annihilation

And from these Laws none of the human spirits in the Subsequent Creation can now evade, indeed quite the contrary, all men upon this Earth too are now ever more strongly exposed to these effects of the Laws

All are at this time under the intensifying pressure of the Light, and it is given to no one to step out of this pressure

For no one is it possible to step out of the effects of the Will of the Creator and to go his own way which eludes the Laws of Creation

Something such is not possible, because it would mean a stepping out of the framework of the work of Creation

But that, carried to its end, would bring only immediate destruction, for in no creature living in Creation is there an independent power enabling it to live independently outside the work of Creation of God

The existence of an own independent being belongs only to God Himself in His unsubstantiate eternity of being

Man as a spiritual being needs for his conscious existence the necessary surrounding of space and time, which is formed precisely by the living Light issuing from the Divine radiation of the Life-giving Power for all the other life that is forever created dependently out of this power

The space of the work of Creation meanwhile in its inexhaustibility gives to every creature everything it needs for the full unfolding of its abilities up to the degree of the highest experiencing of the spirit's maturity and of the state of enduring happiness bound up with it

Through his highest maturity man can partake of the splendour and the blissful happiness which penetrates all parts of Creation

In order therefore that the human spirit may be a joyful co-worker in the great and enduringly gladdening harmony of the work of Creation, it needs to know as well as it possibly can the meaning of its task in Creation

In this lies for it the condition that it too may be granted the experiencing of enduring fulfilment and happiness

But this means for all men to occupy themselves seriously with this condition, because that accord with the harmony of the work of Creation is not yet grasped by the majority of the men dwelling here as it rightly ought already to be

The majority still lack a sufficient understanding of that knowledge that the fervent endeavour for harmony, with all that this brings them, is now for them a vitally important foundation for their further remaining in Creation, and that in this alone also lies the enduringly abiding peace so much sought after by men

This cannot be passed over, as has been the case until the present day, for in it lies at the same time the key to the sorting out of mankind

Men themselves divide into those who are still able at the last moment to fit themselves into the great harmony of Creation and those who through their own guilt separate themselves forever

The separating, or otherwise the expelling of the humanly spiritual, will never be effected otherwise than by the Just Judgment of God, whereupon the animistic forces bring the one concerned to the complete loss of spiritual consciousness

It is therefore a wholly self-acting happening whose essence lies in the free decision of the spirit

But the greatest part of men today never seriously concerned themselves with the needed knowledge, which brings a sufficiency of information for the spirit to be able to decide rightly in its seeking of accord with the harmony of the work of Creation

Now it is high time for the recognition of the knowledge of the work of Creation, of the Creator and of all that is contained in the knowledge of the Truth given in the Grail Message

Every further day plays a grave part in this, for the shift of development upon the path of the human spirit happens with increasing swiftness either upwards or downwards

It is no longer possible to stand in one place in the supposition that everything will merely blow over, as was hitherto the case in the calmer flowing of the threads of fate

To carry within one's inner being peace and inner spiritual greatness, that is now the fundamental and also the most important degree of radiance to which the human spirit needs to kindle itself

But it is something very difficult, because a soberly examining look into one's own inner being has become for the majority of men no easy matter, indeed for some already wholly impossible

To find thus in the inner being and in the thoughts all that on the part of the individual man disturbs peace and is thus at variance with the living Will of God, which works in a determining manner for all his threads of fate, requires today such great courage and such great self-mastery that in the case of many it appears almost impossible

Above all it means the penetrating through of falsely established conceptions about oneself and also a becoming luminous in the recognition of the true meaning of human life upon Earth

Yet it holds good that the path which in a plain and simple manner leads to the victorious goal is still here for everyone who still dwells as a self-conscious being in Creation

The path lies in complete inner peace, which needs to be fully recognised and experienced as something that levels the steps for an ever clearer recognition of the manner of life which alone leads to a future upon this Earth

To have peace within oneself means to live in all the moments of life the pictures given by Jesus in the words of the beatitudes spoken by Him

Where this is not experienced by the inner being of man as a vital need equal to the necessity of breathing in and out, there the uncertainty of stumbling and of falling always threatens

And to live the beatitudes with one's life means to live in the plainest manner of fulfilling accord with that great harmony of the work of Creation, that is, with the Will of God

The human spirit needs to raise itself higher above all the hitherto adopted ways which still hold within themselves the principle of struggle in nature

Man upon Earth has not yet freed himself from this kind of struggle, but on the contrary he remains stuck in it, however much he has outwardly remodelled the forms of this struggle so that they look like a seemingly right path

With the smallest of exceptions, however, men have not freed themselves from this manner of life founded upon struggle, but on the contrary they stick fast in it further, bringing up to it their children also and the children of their children

Men have named struggle contest, competition or combat, or also the natural selection of the best from the host of contenders for victory

Thereby, however, they changed only the outward forms, but they never changed the essence whose foundation is struggle, that is, the compulsive longing to be, for one's own satisfaction, under all circumstances the strongest, the best and the most successful

Only the outer shell was changed, but the foundation remained always the same – struggle

The principle of struggle, taken over by the human spirit at a certain degree of maturity from the animistic kind, which received this struggle for its working in the materialities, has hitherto never been raised, transformed and irradiated upon Earth into mutual help and support in the spiritual ascent to the Light

Struggle penetrated into the human world and became its driving force, although it was gradually to have been completely overcome by the spiritual degree of loving-kindness slumbering in the human inner being

Struggle, however, ungrasped by men and therefore wrongly used, gradually penetrated into everything and settled in all the endeavours of man in asserting himself upon Earth

Indeed today it not seldom holds good that precisely among the spiritual movements and religions which ought to lead to loving-kindness and thereby bring peace and exaltation upon Earth, struggle and rivalry for the complete mastery over everything else blaze through the men working in these religions

It is a sign of the desperate decline of every such spiritual endeavour which inwardly builds its advance in human society upon the need to hoist itself highest to the determining first place

Where there is a struggle for supremacy and primacy instead of a spiritually pure will to help and to support one's fellow men, there everywhere we may seek all manner of things, but not a true spiritual goal

A genuine spiritual movement will lead mankind by its example towards mutual support and healthy strengthening for the attaining of the goal of a peace-filled living together

This can unfold only upon the ground of nobility of character and of patient wisdom

Something such, however, cannot do without the true experiencing of spiritual loving-kindness towards one's fellow men

And this support of mutual helping demands in reality far more spiritual strength than is the case with struggle and rivalry for success before others

The burning longing to be successful, or even the most successful, ought long since to have changed into the longing to vibrate fully with the harmony of the whole work of Creation

That means, with the full exertion of one's strength, to work as a supporter of everything pure, everything exalting, everything creating for the Light, and it does not matter who is the bearer or the mediator of it

A share in the general ascent always brings strengthening to every individual who gives of his strength for the common goals

The giving of these forces, however, brings back to the human spirit a many times greater benefit in its ascent than struggle holds within itself, struggle which never ends, for there is always found a stronger rival than the one who is temporarily permitted to stand at the summit

Struggle is in Creation laid upon the animistic in the Subsequent Creation, for out of it the animistic is permitted to draw for itself the right portion of blessing for the maintaining of a pure and healthy vibrating in the materialities

Nowhere else in Creation shall we find a struggle having the same manifestations as these show themselves here, in the densest materialities of the Subsequent Creation

The human spirit, however, by its nature stands above these materialities, and therefore, despite the gross materiality of its earthly covering of the body, it is always to strive to attain the fulfilment of its actual task in the work of Creation

This task is help and support for everything weaker that stands lower in development than it does itself

Only in this principle may the human spirit find an ever higher meaning in the fulfilment of its happiness, when in the place of struggle it sets co-operation and mutual supporting in ascent

For this the Will of God will always stand at its side in its pure endeavour, as the determiner of the paths for the prosperous development of all life

It is very important that men should learn to listen to the genuine guidance of the Will of God, which brings to all life an all-embracing support towards accord with the great harmony of the work of Creation

Man needs to advance higher, so as to take up the true place appointed for him for his path here in the Subsequent Creation

In this lies also the exchange of all spiritual and material forces, out of which unprecedentedly great reinforcement and refreshment is then granted to everyone who partakes in this giving

The seeking of ways for helping the weaker demands the same effort as does struggle, for obstacles lying upon the path to maturity must often be overcome, and these then not seldom cause an unconscious violation of harmony

And precisely the setting right of this violation of harmony requires self-mastery for the inner struggle with weaknesses and immaturity, and this makes strengthening and ripening possible, which, however, instead of the forces laid into an outward struggle for primacy and dominion, brings back to the spirit a great influx of peace-filled, blessed power from the heights of Creation

It also brings self-command in patience, for sometimes real help to other men lies in waiting until all those weaknesses are laid aside which would only harm any nobler co-operation and drag it down through their own immaturity and impurity that is not yet laid aside

But all this is a summons for every man to change himself first and to prove it in a long-sustained endeavour of his spirit

It is therefore not a combat and a struggle for primacy in the earthly world in its brevity, but it is an endeavour of the spirit which gradually leads it towards an overall ennobling that is proved by enduring manifestations of accord with the harmony of the work of Creation

Through ennobling inwardly and outwardly the spirit surely strives towards accord with the Will of God, because any becoming luminous of the threads of volition around a man necessarily brings him closer to the fulfilment of his true task in Creation

Men need to grasp that what they call the struggle in nature, which as a principle of working is entrusted into the hands of the animistic, is always impersonal

The animistic is always impersonal, for the highest, most faithful and unswerving service to the Will of God is permanently to vibrate through it

Where in the animistic the service shifts towards the more personal, there failure occurs, and such animistic ones must be struck by the reciprocal recoil of the Laws of Creation as having deviated from the essence of their animistic kind

Man, however, unlike the animistic, is always personal, for thus is his spiritual foundation formed, which lies in the radiation of the spiritual spark that irradiates everything with its personal participation

Therefore the endeavour of men to imitate the animistic struggle must lead in them to personal involvement, and thereby in their hands the principle of struggle becomes a strongly, personally glowing force in their volition

It is a misunderstanding of the task of the human spirit upon Earth, which unlike the animistic kind can never wage a struggle impersonally and disinterestedly without threads at once issuing from such a struggle demanding a reciprocal atonement, because such a struggle in the human world always brings in some form suffering instead of strengthening

The human spirit is not equipped for struggle in the way it has hitherto taken over from the animistic as its own

It is to strive to be pure and just under all circumstances, for purity and justice can issue from it only out of the fullness of peace and the greatness of the spirit

Where struggle is concerned, there in the case of man we can speak only of arising karmic threads whenever suffering is caused

Even the mere excessive glowing of combativeness in the spirit shows itself at once as newly woven threads of volition which subsequently lead it onto side paths other than the right spiritual direction, which lies in the endeavour for pure and upbuilding help to the weaker

That is the task of the humanly spiritual kind in the work of Creation

A glowing through with a pure and mature longing to help all who need help

That is the path ever more clearly leading the human spirit to the attaining of the goal that lies in the entry into the gardens of the spiritual home

The spirit is thus led ever more strongly upwards, because the will to strengthen all life in the work of Creation, just as the helping of one's fellow men, cannot come about without the needed glowing through with man's intuitive perception, and precisely this warm intuitive perception of help at the same time carries him self-actingly to the Light

And now we are at that degree at which mankind is to move higher in its maturity as a whole, when for its maturity it needs precisely to engage intuitive perception far more strongly in its conduct

It needs therefore to abandon the long-used principles of struggle as the driving motor of all human conduct and to advance, in the recognition of the high meaning of its task in Creation, to the helping principle which contains spiritual enlightenment

The mutual service in individual matters among men is to unite into an all-embracing service to the Light

Only thus will peace and blessing arise upon this Earth among all men

This transformation cannot be brought about otherwise than from the foundation, which lies in the work of the individual man upon himself

And this too is now being enforced by the effects of the blows of the Ray of Parzival with an unconditional demand upon every human spirit to accept it and to glow it through into life

It needs to accept this with the highest emphasis and without further hesitation, for otherwise it is threatened that the pressure of the Light will cast it aside as a creature which cannot advance into the next developmental degree of life upon Earth

A grave demand from the Light hovers above the whole of earthly mankind

It annuls all the hitherto conceptions of national pride, which was built upon the false conception of an immature endeavour for the strongest and most powerful nation

This has now become the past, and into the coming time only those nations will be preserved which in the endeavour for mutual co-operation will be givers of peace

The same will befall all the doings of men upon this Earth

Blessing and support will now come from the Light only there where human endeavour leads to the unfolding of the spiritual forces of men

That, however, does not mean once again an endeavour to excel, but it brings above all pure humility as a confirmation of the new endeavour for the upbuilding of life upon Earth

Where a burning volition to excel before others blazes in the inner being of the spirit, there everywhere shaking and failure will now be manifested from the Light

It will bring a plunging down into the dust instead of the glorification and veneration hitherto always looked for by men

Only there, where a pure will to serve God lives, and that in the form of helping others to ascend in the common building of a peace-filled life, only there will reverence and ascent in the social life upon Earth be permitted to come

Everything else is already the past, and this will also soon show itself upon all levels among men

It only requires patience until the threads of fate tighten, so that the balancing of his genuine inner volition may be permitted to come to the individual human spirit

Blessedness is on the side of those who in this always remain filled with peace, without the burning of an inner volition to excel above others for their own supremacy and glory

To something such there is now an end upon this Earth

It will bring the impact of the actual demand upon man as to how he is to deal with others in life, so that by the Will of God he may be called a creature beneficial to Creation

All that is false, which men have formed within themselves as conceptions of their own worth, will have no significance unless it is also found to be so from the Light

It will now collapse as a consequence of the threads which were around man and in which the effects, now reinforced by the Light, have laid bare the actual essence of his volition

Only the pure volition to live in accord with the harmony of the whole work of Creation will find strengthening and reinforcement

Everything else will be struck by the increased power which now comes to the Earth from the radiation of Parzival into the universe

Struggle, which hitherto works so disastrously upon the ascent of the human spirit upon this Earth, is henceforth to remain only in the hands of animistic creating

Even here, however, progress and ascent are to be attained under the influx of the refreshing radiation of the human spirit, which is to become the bearer of the crown of blessedness in helping all that is weaker

In this the animistic can receive that gladdening for which it has hitherto waited so long on the part of the humanly spiritual kind

The influx of the spiritualised working of human accord with the harmony of the work of Creation is now to bring strengthening into the animistic kind, so that all the species of the unconsciously animistic, which hitherto in a necessary fulfilling had to dwell here as bearers of diseases and as troublesome insects, may be transformed into wholly new species which will manifest themselves in a more strengthening and, for all life, more gladdening manner

The animistic herdsmen are already prepared, so that after the last great cleansing manifestation of all the returning threads of fate their higher working may be permitted to show itself in a new, more blessed kind of activity

The Love of God, manifested among men through their endeavour to help one another and above all in the strengthening of all that is weaker, will bring wholly new tasks for these exalted animistic servants of the race of the Alphar

In this lies the fulfilment of the miracle which may descend to this Earth if men fulfil their task of the spiritual kind

And for this men need at last to detach their path from the principle of struggle, which in its pure manner belongs only to the animistic kind here in the Subsequent Creation

Only when mankind takes the said step higher will there then begin to unfold in the animistic working also a happening which hitherto could never be here in that power and measure which would rightly correspond to the maturity that should already have been attained by mankind in its spiritual progress

The crossing over from the principle of struggle to the principle of the helping radiation of pure loving-kindness

This is nothing weak, as it might seem to men who reflect superficially, but it is an endeavour which is irradiated solely by the most courageous spiritual movement, so that everything vibrating in this principle may maintain itself in enduring harmony with the Laws of the work of Creation

None of men is able to form a right picture of it, because mankind as a whole has hitherto not even come near to it

This principle always remained only in the hands of solitary individuals who recognised the blessing that lies in it

With these this recognition became their own development of maturity in defending such a path before the surrounding world of men

Only here and there did it become the concern of several men, but always only on a small scale in relation to the whole earthly world, and often only for the short time of one generation

Although it ought already to have been something self-evident, men never attained it in such a way that it became something long-lasting, which may be lived as experience handed down from generation to generation

For hitherto the true and whole knowledge was lacking here of life upon Earth as a place where the human spirit may learn to be in accord with other men who are not wholly homogeneous with it, and that for the purpose of a common seeking of harmony upon the principle of mutually supporting one another in spiritual ascent

Spiritual ascent lies in the ennobling of oneself for accord with other men, with nature, indeed for accord with absolutely everything that surrounds man upon his path to the Light

And that is that stumbling block which still remains here, because the majority of mankind lack the right understanding of the meaning of life

Because the majority grope and in their weaknesses succumb to the influence of the darkness, there are formed ever the same circles of threads of fate returning to individual men and to whole nations

Then no end can ever be found in the complete living out and laying aside of previous faults

Therefore there still prevails upon Earth an understanding of life which is still built upon a false understanding of the principle of struggle in nature, although this principle was never to have become a permanent part of the human kind upon Earth

It was only a transitional state out of which mankind was gradually to develop higher, so as to become a truly worthy participant in the life in this part of the Subsequent Creation

The principle of struggle was to remain in pure use henceforth only to the animistic

Mankind, however, was to advance higher and to fulfil the legacy given by the Son of God Jesus in the beatitudes and also by the Son of Man in the bestowed description of the connections of the whole knowledge contained in the Grail Message

And it is precisely upon the failure to understand the Grail Message and upon the failure to understand the Words of Jesus that the greatest part of men will come to grief today, because with their lives they never fulfilled the essence of the said indications of Jesus and of the Son of Man, so as to move further and to become truly spiritual in their lifetime here upon Earth

Now comes the long-announced boundary mark which will permit no one to advance further unless he becomes demonstrably one who lives the beatitudes in his attitude towards life

Without this condition no one will pass further, however much he thinks that the heavens will have mercy upon him and will understand his weaknesses and faults

That would be possible if we did not stand in the time of the highest dividing line of all the ages of maturity in this part of the Subsequent Creation

There is no longer time for further postponements and delays

Only either, or holds good

Nothing else comes into consideration, for the happening has advanced far too far beyond all the terms granted to the human spirit in the materialities of the world-part of Ephesus

Whoever reflects upon this genuinely and with the highest gravity in his inner being must see that there is no longer any room for further waiting and lingering

For those who do not wish to realise it, the announcement of that grave cry races through the universe: “Too late!”
