And again it is here

Again in these days those men who profess Christianity return to their accustomed traditions, in which they seek a depth of wisdom, so as to do justice to what was told them by their parents or by those who led them into the faith

Yet they seek depth where either it is not at all, or where it is other than they expect

But this troubles men very little, for today for the most part everything is experienced only outwardly, in endlessly repeated forms

Without any real grasp of what is at stake, men think and act mechanically, in the supposition that it suffices so

A more comprehensive understanding of the happenings in the work of Creation is lacking

Most of the traditions concerning Christianity are understandably bound up with the coming and the earthly death of Christ

In these traditions there lies an effort to preserve one's own exceptional standing, for in them it is repeatedly stressed how important earthman is, that for his sake God separated a part of Himself in order to come to earth and through redemption to save the little human souls

Everyone who occupies himself with the question of the relation between man and the Creator will come upon this false supposition in the doctrines of faith

But the Son of God Jesus did not come into the depths of the materialities for the sake of men alone

He came to Creation as the personification of the all-helping Love of the Holy God the Father, for the rescue of the whole of Subsequent Creation

Jesus therefore came not only for the rescue of the human spiritual, as is generally held in the Christian doctrines of faith, but He came for the strengthening of "all" the servants in Creation

For a right understanding of Jesus' saving work in relation to earthmen it holds true that it was precisely the human spiritual species which, compared with everything else, found itself in the most desperate state, and this, sadly, predominantly through its own guilt

It is needful to set aside in this that human pride, still showing itself in everything, in the supposed pre-eminence of man over the other inhabitants of this universe, and in humility to accept the word "all"

Believers think that in the eyes of the Creator they alone count as of value, and that all the helping work proceeding from Him takes place for their sake alone

Their interpretations hitherto of the writings and books about God, among which the Bible also belongs, shape for them in this a deceptive picture which does not in the least correspond to the reality prevailing in the work of Creation

The human spiritual species is by no means so exceptional and unique in the work of Creation as has hitherto been held among men on earth, and as is also asserted in the broad ranks of believers as an unquestionable opinion

The stage of the human spiritual species arose to its self-awareness out of the radiation of God's Light only much later, as that which merely follows the already finished work of the image of God, which is found in the purely spiritual and which is much stronger and also never had to develop towards maturity, as is the case precisely with man, who wanders the ways of Subsequent Creation and in doing so often errs immeasurably

The awareness alone of how often men err should be a great warning against any pride in the exceptional standing of the human spirit and in its direct nearness to anything Divine

There stands the earnest question how it can be said in the case of man that a direct image of God is to be found within him, in whose likeness according to the interpretations of the doctrines of faith he was created, if he stumbles so easily and stoops to unlovely deeds of various kinds towards other men and towards nature

Before everyone who occupies himself with this more earnestly there must arise the contradiction that lies between the unchanging perfection of God on the one side and men with their countless weaknesses on the other

The answer lies in a knowledge which for most men is to become, in a short time already, an entirely newly discovered vista upon the Creator and upon His All-Wise Will, manifesting in the life-giving lawfulness of God's radiation, out of which the work of Creation was formed and by which it is further upheld

In this lawfulness there are no gaps

Nor are there to be found in it any inexplicable mysteries

This holds also for everything that is created in the image of God

The said image of God is borne within them solely by those inhabitants of the work of Creation who are purely spiritual, or, said otherwise, primordially spiritual, who developed fully at the very beginning, directly at the coming into being of the work of Creation, and who also never err, for they bear within them a higher kind of pure spirituality which links them lastingly with the vibrations of the Harmony of God

The human spiritual species has its beginning only in the further splittings-off of God's radiation, which arose through the growing distance from the point of origin

The longing of the human spiritual sparks for their own self-awareness also needed first a glowing through, which came to them from the inspiring, magnetically attracting example of the first purely spiritual inhabitants of the work of Creation, who had been at work long before them

Men are therefore spiritually far weaker inhabitants of the work of Creation than has become customary in the comprehension of thought hitherto

Yet for a new step forward there is still lacking that necessary part of knowledge which would at last set man's feet upon the ground

Only spiritual enlightenment will bring the knowledge of how great a distance truly prevails between men and their Creator, and can bring the first foundation for a right understanding of that of which all doctrines of faith speak

All the more swiftly then would the false supposition have to vanish that there is something of the divine directly within man

This again only confirms how superficially and how carelessly earthmen generally think about all that issued from the creative radiation of the Love of God, whereby out of the unsubstantiate radiation of the Principle of Life the great and glorious work of Creation, with all its light-illumined parts and planes, could take shape and be formed

Men's knowledge of God and of His work of Creation has narrowed into a very meagre picture, which is upheld by the long-continued recalling of accustomed traditions or by the empty repetition of precepts

To be an adherent of some confession, or even to undergo consecration through the sacrament of baptism, means nothing at all if at the same time the inner spiritual core in man does not come alive to that highest degree of alertness which is needed for the recognising of the creative work of Creation

Spiritual alertness is yet always easily recognised in this, that such a man, one who is truly alive in his thinking and who examines everything in a childlike way, goes the way of his own recognising of the work of Creation, which can be fulfilled only through an intuitive penetration into things and through the subsequent experiencing of whether this stands in accord with the complete and perfect harmony

Only thus is the Truth sought and found

Only this also brings the human spirit nearer to God, and only such men, who continually grow more luminous and more noble in the use of their intuitive perceiving, draw near to fulfilling the designation "children of God"

This holds for all religions and confessions on earth, however many of them we may find here

No less does it then hold for all who know the work of the Grail Message and are even sealed to the Light, and this through the immensely earnest and grace-filled act mediated to mankind by the Son of Man

This act of sealing is the longed-for new covenant between the Creator and the men awakened through the Grail Message that was brought, in which the living Truth is to be found

Here too that highest alertness of spiritual comprehension is to be shown, without which everything, under the Laws of Creation, comes at last to a weakening, to a growing lukewarm to such a degree that the act of sealing itself can no longer be maintained in force, on account of the lukewarmness and the love of ease of the human spirit

He who strives to be alert in Creation goes courageously forward and recognises ever more, down into the finer particles of the radiation, all the happenings in which there lie always a thousandfold connections bearing within them the confirmation of the perfection of the Truth

Only the bringing of an ever-widening knowledge of the Truth into man's own life may we call conviction

Men who are inwardly alert can also, through intuitive feeling within themselves, recognise ever more clearly how all-embracing was the happening bound up with the coming of the Son of God to this earth two thousand years ago

He came not only for the support of the human spirits, but also for the strengthening of all the animistic servants, who are more closely bound to the planes of materiality and who, under the repeated stumbling and failing of mankind, were forced to suffer with them, in that according to the state of men's radiation harsher conditions arose for their own work

Therefore to them also Jesus brought a part of the radiation which dwelt within Him through the Ray of the Love of God

And they, unlike earthly mankind, received this gift of the loving Power of God with full gratitude

That the men of that time, and even mankind of today, know nothing of such a thing changes nothing in the fact that it was so

In the new knowledge of the coming spiritual enlightenment we as men could discover again and again how everything that comes from the heights of the Light always works all-embracingly as help and as strengthening for all life

The concept "all life" embraces within it as a matter of course not only the spiritual, but the animistic as well

The said happening of the inflow of the loving Power of God is repeated unfailingly at every Festival of the Radiant Star

From its inflow not only men may draw, but all that is animistic as well

Thus the time when men pass on to one another the well-known blessing of the Three Kings, bound up with the tidings that long ago the Son of God was born on earth, is to count as an exchange between men and all the other creatures who are also dear to God, for otherwise they would not be a part of His great work of Creation

In the passing on of the joyful awareness of the inflow of the Love of God the animistic servants who are close to men are also to share, such as for example the Aglami, who work in close proximity to men

If men knew this rightly and also acted accordingly, then much blessing, small and great, would arise for them from it

In the first place it would join them more ardently with all the working of the animistic species around them

Thereby there would come about the renewal of a co-operation which was broken off so violently by the rough hand of intellectuality that men of today have only a scornful smile for the work of the animistic as it proceeds

Intellectual men smile at such a thing in the endeavour thereby to display their knowledge of the world, which they have formed out of the progress of scientific research

In reality, however, this is only a feeble patch over the blank spaces of ignorance which shows itself in a thousand moments of their everyday life

Men call these blank spaces coincidences, unexpected occurrences, incalculable events which enter unexpectedly into their lives

They also grow indignant when these happenings suddenly change their plans entirely, and many not seldom rail at the ill will of fate when something unexpected befalls them which in its effect cuts across the plans they had prepared in advance

Although men are constantly surrounded by this, it almost never leads them to occupy themselves more closely with these inexplicable trifles

Were it so, then they would gradually have to admit that there is always something around man which shapes a seemingly invisible movement, one that nevertheless has a wholly clear direction and a lawful order

This order pursues other goals than the narrowly material striving in the earthly world which men give precedence to

It leads man to experiences which are of benefit to him above all spiritually, towards his awakening and towards an understanding of the greater wholeness of life, in which the animistic servants have a wholly fundamental task

They are co-creators of life in gross materiality, and this in many places of which the man of today has not the least notion

Through the activity of the animistic servants earthly life is shaped, and this as the best of what is possible while the conditions are fulfilled that earthman may live here in gross matter and exercise his volition

Without the support that arises from the work of the animistic servants, nothing would come about through the will of earthman alone

It would not be possible to rest upon the laws which science calls physical or cosmic, which unceasingly ensure that here, in the finest attunement of all the smallest things, the life of men, of animals, of plants and of many further particles of life can unfold, of which men today have not yet even the slightest knowledge

And it is precisely the becoming aware of this constant connection with those great and small servants, who unceasingly hold the world so that it can continue to work in a viable manner as it does, which would at last open for human consciousness that degree of humility which is still lacking here

There would come the awareness that the concept "all" life embraces infinitely more degrees of active forces weaving and forming the visible world that lies all around us

Only when this penetration into the hitherto seemingly invisible weaving, which is therefore inexplicable to the material intellect, has come about will there arise as a great discovery the understanding of how long a time men found themselves in complete ignorance of the world that lies around them

May this be so as soon as possible, that men may awaken in this and thereby also recognise their own task here on earth

The animistic beings would then protect them for it and would help them at the level of that highest living connection which can unfold between these two species in Creation, and of which men today can sadly not form even the smallest pictures in their thoughts

It would be a living and healthy exchange of forces between the spiritual and the animistic, which is so greatly lacking here and which was always meant to be here as the self-evident completion of a harmonious whole

Therein would be fulfilled the words that God the Father has in every single place hosts of His faithful servants, who guide the steps of individual men if these care for such a thing, which the human spirit can show only through a pure glorifying of the Creator

Men who genuinely long to find a connection with the animistic servants in their admirable work with the material planes are now to occupy themselves with this in a living manner, so that at last the joining of these parts, hitherto so unnaturally severed, may come about

From this severance it is above all the world of men that suffers, however unwilling most of them are today, on account of their intellectuality, to admit it

But that will soon change

It will truly be soon, for there is no more time left for remaining in the old attunement

Everything around the earth drives the threads of fate of men into movement, for that alone will compel in the individual man and in communal life a reason to bestir himself towards a higher degree of spiritual knowledge

In this men will no longer be left in peace

It will go on from one degree to the next in a gradual intensification, until at last co-operation between men and the animistic servants will be the only way out of all confusion and distress

Therefore in this time the call goes out again to those who are open to spiritual enlightenment, that they may become the joyful vanguard in all that is now to enter this earth as the victorious proclamation of the Light

Whoever longs with his whole heart for a connection with the animistic servants in co-operation may in this very time form for himself an attunement that will lead him to share with them the recent experiencing of the Festival of the Radiant Star

In common connection with the way the longing for the great service to the Light lives within a spiritually open man, this can be expressed by marking such a home with the number of the year in conjunction with the symbol of the Cross of Truth

The animistic servants will for their part keep such a deed of the human species alive in the form of protection of the places where spiritually alert men live

If men keep this attunement equally alive, then such places will be able to prosper strikingly

Heightened power will stream to such places, so that without delay it may be fully used for activity in work of both a spiritual and a material kind

If men wish to move further forward inwardly, then it is precisely the time following the Festival of the Radiant Star which, through the radiation filled with the Love of God, is the most blessed time for this

Let the inflow of the streaming radiation be fully used for the creative work of the spirit

This inflow, which was permitted to draw near in the time of the exalted Festival of the Grail, is not simply to be forgotten

In the present time of great changes in the universe and on earth this Festival was a channel for the drawing near of the radiation of the Ray of Parzival

Just as the Son of God, Jesus, came into the depths of Subsequent Creation for its strengthening, and thereby for its rescue just before the fall of the material part of the world into destruction, so now the Ray of Parzival makes possible its complete liberation from everything base and evil that still remains here

Strengthened by this radiation, everything in the hosts of the animistic now works for the joyful use of the immediate nearness of Parzival for the weaving, the tightening and the loosening of all the threads which bind mankind to its past motives and deeds

The knowledge of all this is to be a spur for the straining of human powers in the new year, still only beginning, which bears the vibrations of the numbers 2025

This year makes it possible to carry much of the striving significantly forward, in the fulfilment of the promise to all men who ardently long for purity and for good

It is a year in which much that until now still had to wait for the coming of an entirely definite radiation will be set free and will wholly begin its great ascent towards the Light

May this succeed for as great a number of human spirits as possible
