Herfeline – as yet many men know nothing of this glorious animistic servant who in Valhalla works faithfully under her superior, the animistic Herferide

Herfeline brings strengthening and healing in all the illnesses of men and of animals, as many of them as we may find upon earth

The gravity of the illness is not decisive for her, but something else is for her the condition for healing

She needs to find in the entreaties of men a pure, guileless, humble trust in the help of God

Herfeline always sends forth healing strengthening to the man who inwardly entreats for healing

This strengthening, however, can enter into him only along the connecting thread of childlike purity which wholly trusts in the healing help from God

It must therefore be man himself who first of all wins for himself within this pure trust, which needs to bear within itself like vibrations to those of a small child in sickness that wholly trusts its mother who cares for it with love

Trust in the help of God is moreover today something which in men has been sorely shaken by their intellectuality

The intellect and its scientific bent in earthly things has become a great hindrance in man to his trust in the invisible world, to which for the mankind of today belongs all that is not to be recorded with gross material instruments

It is rather possible to speak of the present time as of a time of the greatest mistrust of men towards anything that lies above the graspableness of the earthly world

Thus there is often to be found in man a deep contradiction between his inner longing for help, which would grasp at every helping way, and at the same time his own setting of thought going against this entreaty, for the intellect through the thoughts weakens the trust in the help coming from higher planes

But precisely in the time to come men will at last open themselves, under the pressure of many experiences, to this trust in the help of God

They will learn anew to seek trust in higher connections reaching above this world

They will also have within them, through many experiences, all pride hewn away which was built upon the supposition that they have no need of a connection with the working of God in Creation

Gone too will be that reproach crying to heaven, with which many men bear within themselves, silently and aloud, the question – wherewith have I deserved this illness, for what am I to bear it – and thereby there will be loosened for many the dam holding back the channel of the forces leading to a swifter and less painful healing than is mostly the case today

Even as it was mentioned in the previous descriptions of the other animistic servants, so today we may mention that the exalted Herfeline also holds in readiness, for purely opened men in the time to come here on earth, gifts of great helps

Whereas hitherto she could draw near and appear only to truly single individuals and above all to children, the greater purity of men will make it possible that in the experiences of illness, in dreams, and also in a more waking state Herfeline may appear as a shining picture which will bring tidings of a healing herb, of water, or of something else which will shortly bring healing to the one concerned

Not seldom will it be so that the mere experiencing of the nearness of the radiation of Herfeline itself will forthwith bring the healing of the sick man

Herfeline was always in readiness to help men, yet they would not invite her into their nearness, nay, they held her to be a phantom or a delirium if anyone was permitted to behold her

It was she also who appeared more than once at the healing springs known as Lourdes, La Salette, Banneux and many others, in order to proclaim to simpler men, or, as we have already mentioned, precisely to children, that thanks to her radiation a healing power had poured into the spring

Her delicate glory the men of that time mistook for the spiritual figure of Mary, the earthly mother of Jesus the Son of God

This was because those who beheld her belonged to the believers in God and in their purity were permitted to open themselves inwardly to the pictures of Herfeline, without suspecting anything of this servant

Their receiving was pure and simple, and they explained it to themselves as far as their conscious comprehension sufficed for it

Only later was it needful for the churches to place the picture of the shining female being into the expositions of doctrine, so that it might have at least a partly coherent explanation

Purposefully was this picture furthered, that it might fit into the framework of the doctrines, without anyone honestly examining what was told of it by the many who directly experienced the presence of the delicate shining female figure

No one asked why precisely the earthly mother of Jesus, who during her earthly life healed no one, should suddenly appear in the places of the healing springs which brought the possibility of healing to men in great throngs

No one concerned himself with the fact that the healing springs upon earth belong to the administration of the animistic servants

Moreover it was known among many peoples that like pictures of a shining being, who pointed out to this or that sick man a spring or a herb, had come to pass long before the mother of Jesus lived upon earth

All this did not suffice to prevent the original picture from being at last distorted into expositions which were to lead to the accepting of the faith and thereby to bring new throngs of believers into the bosom of the church

Gradually there was cultivated upon earth the Marian cult for everything that bore within itself a semblance of the miraculous, whether it were a healing or a help in need and in peril

That these were for the greatest part pictures of the exalted figures of Valhalla was either purposely kept silent, or men in their comprehension of the supra-earthly knew not what to make of it, and later no one examined anything of it any more, nor was there any will to occupy oneself with it

In Valhalla, however, there is a whole host of glorious servants who from time to time incline themselves to opened earthly men, in order to help them in their need and in their protection, because it is thus given them in their task

Men either do not perceive their doings, or they explain them to themselves precisely in a distorted way, according to what classification is fitting for it in the given time

Thus there may appear, for example, the picture of the shining Haetheine as the protectress of individuals and of families, or even of whole cities and peoples against hostile hordes and armies

Men may also in some trembling behold in a flood of light Herferide herself, who from time to time brings a wise solution in the most varied difficult situations

The exalted Siphe comes to counsel many honestly striving men concerning the harvest, its protection and its provision for times of need

Hestia then draws near to women, in order to bring them counsel for pure motives in their motherly task, in the family and in society

Yet more examples could be given that it is often precisely the exalted servants of Valhalla who bring to earthly man counsel and help

It is also a matter of course that from time to time it may also be someone truly from still higher planes of Creation who draws near, for here there are whole hosts of luminous helpers who incline themselves from the heights to this small earth

For the most part, however, they are the servants of Valhalla, men and women, who show themselves in pictures in the most varied matters, for they stand permanently nearest to earthly men

And precisely in matters of healing it is Herfeline who comes to earthly men, in order to mediate the radiation which in some form brings the opportunity for the bettering of the state of the earthly shell of man

It was therefore she who appeared at the mentioned springs and at other healing places

In doing so she always recalled that it is solely the grace of God out of which she is permitted thus to work in the helping of men, and she called upon men to give thanks for the help to the Father of all

Today, however, her effective help is wholly set aside, for men are too closed to open themselves, in an entreaty for the grace of God, to her radiation which she is permitted to send down to them at the bidding of the spiritual helpers

Although she could help many a one even today, her sphere of working is limited, because men have not set within themselves a sufficient measure of trust towards the healing radiation which can come to them from her

Therefore her blessed working will be able to come to men only after they have passed through the cleansing of their thinking, so as to free themselves from mistrust and from the criticism of the intellect, which hitherto has always worked unfailingly as a bar, permitting no connection with Herfeline in men of such a mind

When, however, the change comes about in this direction, then men will accept as a wholly natural and simple happening that there may come to pass the spontaneous healing of men who will thereby describe the experience that in their nearness, during the healing, there stood an exalted being of virginal beauty, out of whom there streamed rays of Light endowed with healing power

Much of that which today torments mankind in illnesses will, thanks to the nearness of the working of the exalted helper Herfeline, become the past

Illnesses of the gravest kind, which today torment mankind and which in their unfolding are still held to lead to an unavoidable end, will swiftly be in retreat, until at last they well-nigh vanish

Men will call it a healing of God through the mediation of the exalted Herfeline

That will be the gift of Herfeline to those men who after the great changes will be able to remain here on earth, in order to live in a creative, joyful fellowship with other men and also with the animistic servants

In truth, however, it will always be only a gift of God, for in the fulfilling of the promises coming from the luminous heights nothing happens without accord with the Will of God

From this view all the gifts granted to man by the faithful servants of God are always in reality solely and only gifts of God, a blessing of God which thus falls to him

This is because all that is went forth in its original, radiant form solely from Holy God Himself, as the consequence of His all-embracing Love

In the time which is yet to dawn upon this earth, the knowledge of God and of His helping ordering of the Laws working in Creation will become something wholly a matter of course among men, and something which will also be experienced in lasting thanks as a part of the glorious way of the human spirit on his ascent to the spiritual home
