THE WAY OF THE GRAIL – SUPPLEMENTARY TEXTS – December 5, 2022

A superficial view of the course of the world today conceals from most people the possibility of becoming aware of what is really happening now

Immersed in their thousandfold trifles, men have no inkling at all that around them, and also upon each one of them individually, the Holy Judgment of God is being fulfilled

The Judgment spreads over all things and already permeates all the thinking and acting of every single man on this Earth

This is brought about by the fact that a Ray of Divine origin has drawn near to the Earth, which with its all-overpowering power compels all the threads that lie among men to be lived out, so that the result may be the liberation and the purification of the life which stands firm in the Judgment

This Ray of the Divine kind is the often described Ray of Parzival

Men know nothing of its nearness, and above all they do not know its effect of the Holy fulfilment of the Judgment of God over this Earth

For the majority it remains veiled, because in its ponderous and predominantly materialistic thinking mankind has placed itself voluntarily within narrow bounds of perceiving, marked out by the hostile grip of the darkness

The darkness lies over all the thinking of men like a dense, stupefying haze and does not allow anything higher to well up out of the inner being of man with sufficient power above the world here

The haze stifles and holds back all that is still alive in men under its long-standing dominion, which denies such a thing as the inner, free-minded clarity of the spirit's perceiving

Yet through this very haze there now penetrates the sharp whistling of the lances of luminous riders in knightly armour, who accompany the Ray of Parzival for the fulfilment of all the promises

It seems to be something wholly unexpected

The darkness itself is also gravely surprised by it now, for it had already supposed that more than eight decades ago it had succeeded, through a deliberate stroke, in halting the fulfilment of the victory of the Light at that time by forcing out the radiant Ray of Parzival

It expected that with this one stroke it had also succeeded in severing the already established radiation of the Holy Spirit Imanuel with the earthly body, which thus afforded a direct anchoring of the Light from the Source of God into the gross material plane of life for the release of the Judgment of God and the purification of the Earth

It therefore supposed that after this successful assault of its own upon the happening of the Light this Earth would until the end of all days be subject solely to its dominion, which consists in the greatest possible application of the principle of temptation, whereby it brings to nought all the striving of human spirits on the path to the spiritual home

In the exertion of all its powers to force the Ray of the executor of the Judgment of God out of the earthly plane, the darkness formed for itself the false assumption that the luminous happening was thus at an end and that the Earth, together with all that is upon it, would henceforth belong solely to the further development of the cold intellect, in which many human souls would become stuck fast and would thus sink only lower in the Laws of Creation, even to their inevitable damnation

Reckoning that the Holy Judgment would never again be fulfilled on Earth as it had been ordained by the Wisdom of God, the darkness and the tempter himself gradually succumbed to the lulling assumption that the Light had abandoned this wretched Earth to the darkness

According to the tempter's plan the humanly spiritual on this Earth was, for all its remaining time, to belong solely into the hands of the darkness, and thereby at last, in the complete and unavoidable perishing of the planet, to plunge into destruction together with the gross material part of Ephesus here

Everything also pointed to this for a long time, and the darkness celebrated the results of its treacherous campaign above the material planes connected with the Earth

It celebrated its triumph and persuaded itself that the deliberate stroke against the Light had brought about the complete shattering of all the further activity on this Earth guided by God

There was no longer to be any power on this Earth that could turn the established direction of the darkness towards a different development

Alas, in part this actually came about, for to the plans of the darkness the immature human spirit was nothing other than an easily won victim, for whom it had already marked out in advance the path of decline which leads to the final forgetting of all that is higher, purer and more noble

Wherever men of good will took up the struggle with the darkness on their own, everywhere they ended up, through their ignorance of the Laws of Creation, only entangling themselves in the threads of their fate

Only exceptions succeeded in moving thereby a little further towards the attainment of a higher spiritual purity

For the most part human souls fell into the snares of the darkness with a surprisingly easy defencelessness, and many even contributed of their own accord, with great willingness, to the devising of the most ingenious nooses woven for the whole spiritually lukewarm and unknowing mankind

In the eyes of the tempter, although he had already been overcome, there was reflected the success that lay in his plan for the enslavement of mankind, which was still advancing

Even though he was already bound, his voice went on calling from the depths to those who served him

Convinced that men in their decline and complete spiritual exhaustion belonged to him as proof of his victory in rebelling against God and against the patient Loving-Kindness of the Light, the fettered Lucifer did not notice that the Divine Ray, in its raising upwards, had halted only a short way above the material worlds of Subsequent Creation

God's All-Wisdom, already in the first moments of the loosing of the Ray of Parzival and of the Holy Spirit Imanuel from the earthly shell of the Lord, which until then had afforded shelter to the direct connection with the Light of God, appointed new paths for the deliverance of the Earth and of the pure spirits to be found upon it

The Justice of God was to be satisfied through new paths of development fulfilling themselves in the Laws of Creation

Only a short time was given for preparation to those who in the luminous planes came forward again, or entirely anew, for a great share in the prospect of the liberation of the world part of Ephesus

Many also who had previously failed longed fervently to make amends for their earlier wavering

Those too who had earlier been luminous leaders of the called from the spiritual planes begged to join themselves still more closely to the new prospect of God's guidance of all the paths of fulfilment, and asked for the possibility of drawing near to the materialities of Ephesus

Very quickly, therefore, many had to prepare themselves for new incarnations on Earth, but also to take up places above these incarnated ones for their protection and for their help

Everything had to be prepared in the swift advance of the new development

And so, scarcely had the new paths been hurriedly prepared, the host from the Light, in a manifold increased number of spiritual and animistic servants, set out back towards the depths of the material planes of Ephesus

The manifoldly strengthened ranks of all the luminous knighthood drew downwards towards the material planes in Ephesus

Reckoned in earthly years it lasted one generation, which also passed swiftly on Earth

For the ripening of everything much preparation was needed

Measured in the earthly way, however, time pared away the years all too swiftly, and to many souls sunk into a material body the earthly fulfilment of God's rescue appeared ever more hopeless

Under the dominion of the intellect and of the darkness the Earth became in their eyes ever more entangled in the returning threads of the guilt of many souls

The earthly years flowed by in a strange waiting for what was to come

Although history unrolled, no one found in it the answer to the oppressive questions of where God is

But then the trumpet sounded and from the Light the call went out for the awakening of many

Hosts of spiritual helpers sent by the Light drew near to the Earth in order to awaken all those who had hitherto sought in ignorance the answers to the questions about knowing the meaning of their life on Earth

The awakening drew near

History on Earth stirred with an unexpected break, and after the preceding long decades of frozen time the relations between states and nations suddenly changed

A brief quickening set in, and the certain seeking for something new that arose in mankind created the impression that the time of a better world had come

In this condition the anchoring of the Light formed itself with acceleration in the inner beings of the awakening spirits who had been sent to help

Meanwhile earthly years passed again, and the quickening mentioned, which created the impression of progress in human society, showed itself in the true Light

It showed itself, quite to the contrary, that under the influence of the darkness the world, for the most part torn away from all nobler intuitive perceiving, had sunk still further down

The Will of God, however, in its All-Wisdom had long before set a boundary limit beyond which the Earth will never pass, so that it may not be drawn into the vortex of destruction

And so now, in swift advance, the Ray of Parzival has again drawn near to the Earth, that it may be purified and the darkness cast down into the depths together with all that has hitherto held the Earth unfree through its occupation of all the continents

Thus Parzival has now returned, as the King of Creation and Judge given by God the Father, present in the brightly radiating Ray which leads and directs the fulfilment of God's rescue for all creatures who deserve it through their purity and inner liveliness

Working in the clouds above the Earth he brings the victory of the Light over all that is base and over the enslaving influence of the dark

Lucifer's darkness is being struck in all places

In its surprise this brings it to unrest, for it was no longer prepared for the return of the King of the Grail to these distant places

Writhing and twisting are the serpents of all the forms of human cunning intrigue and treachery which the intellect has multiplied on Earth, so that, carried even into the smallest follies, it might drain the strength of all and thus drag further human spirits down under its dominion

That wild thrashing about, however, is only the preliminary stage of the fury which will soon set in for a short time, and in which one may behold the horror in the despair and hopelessness of the darkness, which always hides solely behind the rank intellectuality and craftiness of the souls subjected to it

There is grinding and rumbling as the blows resound which come to all places from the animistic and spiritual hosts of the Light, that again and again fall valiantly upon the hastily mustering servants of the darkness

The preponderance of the Light, however, makes the radiant hosts above the Earth invincible

This time everything will be carried through to the very end, which draws near

The Angel of Ephesus bows down and in deep emotion extols Holy God, from whom come rescue and blessing for all pure life

In exaltedness there stands above the Earth the victorious, golden-radiating band of luminous happening

It is not yet visible to earthly eyes, because these are afflicted with the excessive weight of the blindfold of the merely gross material perceiving of those who bear them

The impossibility of seeing the Light causes in many people a failure to understand many events which must now inevitably discharge themselves, through the effect of reciprocal adjustment, in the experiencing of whole stretches of happenings coming upon the Earth

As always, it is only misunderstanding, and thereby also a naive opposition, that is born in the thoughts of otherwise kindly people who in their ignorance see in the events around them only a denial of the existence of the Love of God in Creation

Instead of putting forth the strongest effort in the endeavour to recognise and comprehend all this rightly, the greater part of mankind places itself ever more in the role of opponents of God, for out of the fulfilment of the return of the threads of their own thoughts and deeds they seek in barren superficiality to accuse Him Himself of it all, as the Creator, who permits it all

But even many who hold the Word of Truth in their hands are not yet able to find in all this the clear working of the power of the Ray of Parzival, and thus they waver in the supposition that the darkness is still victorious whenever this or that result of the manifestations on Earth shows itself

Thereby there is only confirmed that long since foretold “confusion of the nations”, which had to come as part of the violent pouring of the radiation of the Light into the entangled fates of individuals and of whole lands and continents

And it will not remain at that, for the pressure will grow yet further, until it is unbearable

Only to those who in pure trustfulness open themselves inwardly to the perceiving of the Love of God will stilling and peace be able to come into their torn world of thoughts

Part of the happening is the necessity of laying aside that excessive thought-activity of the earthly intellect

And therefore even those who otherwise have great aptitude will remain entangled in it and fettered by their intellect, although their spirit already reaches out for what is more luminous above the Earth

Because the intellect is the too rankly grown consequence of the over-cultivated frontal brain, every man who bears an earthly body needs to come to terms with this hereditary sin

No one is exempted from it, and all men who wish to go on working on this Earth will have to pass through it

This means that in this matter too a return into the vibrations of the Will of God is to be expected

This, however, is possible only through a pure calming and turning inward in man, so that the intellect is no longer used more than is needful

More than is needful – that is something which almost none of the people on Earth is even now able to picture rightly

The balance of intuitive perception and intellect in that harmony which is required of man by the Will of God, so that there may again be talk of a return to the pure accord of human activity on Earth with the whole of Creation, is as yet very far off for a great part of mankind

It shows itself daily in everything that goes out from men in their speaking, writing, in their acting, and at the very outset in the whole manner of their thinking, perceiving and receiving of the world happening around them

As a foundation there is lacking the confidence in God's Just adjustment of all the threads which are as yet living and not laid aside

Along with this there goes at once also the judging of one's fellow men or even their condemnation, without anyone seeing what all lies around these fellow men in the living threads of their being

Thus hardly does anything happen today but the intellect at once hastens to judge, coming forward beforehand with a ready-made indignation, with condemnation and in the end also with disagreement with others and with the inner conviction that it is they who are mistaken, and thereupon it has ready also anger and hatred towards all who take a different view of the matter

Such conduct is considered natural, and not for a moment is the cause of it sought in the malice of the darkness which has laid itself upon all human thinking in this world

Such is today the world of a mankind which has become wholly entangled in the claws of the intellect and has thereby become completely enslaved under the dominion of the darkness

But it is precisely this that now comes up to be dealt with, as the calamitous result of millennia of human frivolity and superficiality in the manner of thinking and acting in life on Earth

It will not be easy to free oneself from it, for it has already for some time been strengthened in men, and yet as yet no one wants to see it in himself

Always the cause is sought in the outer world and in other people

Also in God Himself, who according to the notions of deluded unfortunates who misuse their intellect is, as the Creator of all things, to bear the responsibility even for all the evil-doing of men on this Earth

And yet for some time already many texts here have pointed to the unexpected development beginning in all the happening that is coming

More than three years ago there was published on the pages of THE WAY OF THE GRAIL this text, which pointed to all that was coming

Since the times of ancient human generations on Earth the point of the great turning in the happening of the worlds has been awaited, a change in the universe here is awaited, a change in the life here on Earth

In the intimation of something extraordinary drawing near, many of the more receptive people experience unrest, oppression and fear, yet at the same time many feel an influx of hope, of free breathing, for in that approaching turning there is contained for them the promise of a multiplying of the pure Light for which their spirit has longed throughout the millennia of its wandering on Earth and in the beyond

In many places men await the break of dawn after the long-lasting and paralysing night of the spirit's sleep

And that moment is here

The call from the Grail has reached this Earth and has been working among men for some time, like the sieve of Holy fulfilment which Parzival holds in his hands, and in which the grain is incorruptibly separated from the dust, the chaff and the tares

The nearness of the Light, the nearness of Him who is coming, calls forth an unconscious irritability in many who have hitherto slept a deep sleep and still resist awakening

Such, however, will soon be torn out of the languid flow of their repeated lives enduring through millennia

Whoever sees more than earthly sight allows is permitted to behold how through the heavy clouds of the paralysis of thought, which caused all that is spiritual in man to be forgotten, one ray after another penetrates, to advance victoriously through the gloom and illumine the inner being of every one of the people

Parzival, the king of the Grail consecrated by the Light, He to whom the upholding of all Life in Creation was entrusted by God the Father into Holy stewardship, is coming

He is so near to this world that to some men it is given, in part already earthly, here and there to catch the voice of the trombones of the exalted angels who accompany him

The sun announces the coming Ruler and Steward of Creation with its shining in the sky more and more each day

The radiance issuing from his figure is blinding, the gleam of his crown compels one to sink to one's knees

The sword which his hand grasps judges immediately all that it touches

His other arm raises the sacred scales, across which the Light streams to all creatures, that it may find them in their purity as those who may endure further in their being, or as those who, remaining in an impure robe, do not stand firm

Whoever, in the streaming Light that springs from the scales in the hand of Parzival, is found too far removed from the humanly spiritual luminosity of goodness and purity will be struck by His sword, in which incorruptible severity works in conjunction with the Primordially Eternal Justice of God the Father

The Judge standing in the clouds is followed by hosts of luminous ones who have whitened their robes and bear in their hands the little lights of intercession for many, for these luminous ones were permitted on their paths to meet fellow men who are even now still in material bodies on Earth

Their intercessions work as help and rescue, yet only with those who have heard in their inner being the call rousing them urgently through conscience to a change for the better

Many a man on Earth has crossed the paths of his fellow men, many a one carries within himself the imprint of ill conduct and the stains of pain caused to other people

Whoever wishes to stand firm in what is coming needs to direct his whole will towards a good and pure existence

In doing so he cannot look at those who stand beside him, for their path is not his path, and the apparent earthly equality plays no part whatever in a judgment of the spiritual kind

Each one needs to watch what shortcomings stand upon his own path

The judging sword is directed straight at the threads of fate of the individual man, it is a healing touch or a blow according to what the result is upon the scales in the hand of Parzival

Parzival, in union with the power of Imanuel, the Holy Spirit, works mightily into the threads of all happening

The ray flashing forth from him flies to mankind, that the volition and the deeds gathered since the beginning of the paths of every single man may be directed towards the result which is now to come in the judgment

He who was announced millennia ago, He who out of his mercy bestowed so much upon human spirits for their liberation, He who for a certain time seemed to be so far away … is coming

In the blinding radiance of the Light he stands close above the materiality of the world here and fulfils all the promises of his coming

Luminous streams of power roll forward about Him like mighty waves of the sea, and behind them work all those who were called to help in the purification of this material universe

Whoever among men still hesitates and waits for the climax of all the happening in earthly manifestations only draws nearer to missing the gracious span of time for his betterment and for the pure raising of his spiritual inner being above the boundary where all that is base must, under the blows of the fulfilling happening, sink irretrievably down into the depths of lifelessness

Unexpected will be the awakening of many who suppose that their notions about the course of the world still hold good as hitherto, like a fortification on Earth proved through millennia against Him who is above them, against Him who in Holy calling by God the Father is the king of the Grail

He who holds the threads of fate of all that exists, in order to sort and separate them in the fulfilment of the highest Justice of God, is mightier than all human striving to resist the fulfilment of the Holy Will

Parzival, from the beginning born in his origin of the Will of His Father, Holy God, has now drawn near to the Earth, and in his radiance, as an exalted hero, the king of the Grail, accompanied by hosts of luminous knighthood, he brings the Great Turning in the happening of this universe

In the coming time the ray of His Light will come to every one of the people, to enter his inner being and to judge all that is gathered in this inner being for repayment to the last farthing

As each one is found, so will the new threads of his path immediately be formed

Blessed are those who perceive this time as the possibility of their great awakening to true, pure humanity

For such, He who is coming, Parzival, is the sacred bearer of the balm that heals the wounds of the suffering, he is the liberator of souls from the fetters of rigidity, he is the bearer of the dawn of a new day of the spirit in the great cycle of the ages

May the Light now penetrate to all men on Earth, for He who was announced as one who would come one day to complete the great circle of the development of the spirit is coming

And so we may now say that the first blows of the Coming Emissary of God are here and fall upon mankind with increased power

In their result the blows bring to all life on Earth a release from the consequences of long-lasting rigidity, and also from the groundless intuitive yielding of what is pure in men to all darkness and to its dominion by means of a rank intellectuality, which with most shows itself in a concentration only upon a ponderous, earthbound manner of living and at the same time upon a cunning deception, always carefully devised by the intellect, which leads all the trusting astray from the path to the Light

In all this today's mankind is sinking, and of itself, without the help of the Light, it cannot raise itself above the constricting enslavement of the cycle of material life

Therefore the Light intervenes in all forms, in all the rigid manifestations which brought about the forgetting of anything higher in the inner being of man

The shaking of these forms cannot come about without touching everyone who bears in himself even a fragment of the hitherto learned intellectual approach to life

Everywhere there, in some manifestation, the existing order of things will come to collapse and disintegration

Whoever does not come alive in this in a new manner of spiritual awakening will go on being struck for as long as his earthly conditions and also his own earthly bodily covering endure it

For all the apparent harshness that lies in it, there is nothing in it other than the loving activity of the Light which brings liberation to this Earth and to all life to be found upon it

In the working of the Love of God it always holds good that every movement of the spirit, even were it but the smallest vibration, in its pure striving for good and harmony is counted as a ground for thousandfold help in all the difficulties of man

This help of God's Loving-Kind protection is constantly near to those who are of a pure inner being and in their volition seek strengthening for the right direction upwards towards the spiritual home

But beside this help there now also intervenes in the happening on Earth the sieve of the Justice of God, which sorts the living spiritual from the lifeless, from that which is inwardly dead

Many people still let themselves be deceived by the seemingly visible unconnectedness of all the events

Individual events stand for them on their own and still have, for their comprehension, no evident beginning and end in the single origin of the Power of God in the Ray of Parzival

But this will now change

With the coming time, closely bound up with the separation of the Ray of God from the earthly bodily shell of the Lord decades ago, everything is at a certain moment to begin to join together visibly

Yes, it will be this date which will bring the beginning of the fulfilment of all the promises of the Light for this earthly world of men, who are to recognise in it the Judgment of God

Thus we stand before an entirely new ordering of all God's promises, which have drawn near so that their fulfilment may come about in this time on Earth

The Hermetis here – the universe of Ephesus, is surrounded by a wall of Light

And this Light penetrates further into the materialities, so that on all planes it may become visible and also at last comprehensible even to all the spirits stuck fast in the density of matter

The animistic servants now have it as their task to bring everything to visibility in the drawing near of the Judgment of God, and also to the glorification of their Lord and King of the Grail

And so it will also now come to pass
