April 18, 2021 – the Victorious Influx of Light Upon the Earth

THE WAY OF THE GRAIL – SUPPLEMENTARY TEXTS – April 17, 2021

For those who strive for a pure manner of their being, for them the present happening is to be the fulfilment of the long-announced promise of the deliverance of the human spirit out of the clutches of the darkness

Of that darkness which until now has sought to seize this whole earthly world under its rule

And in this time, when in the earthly world the birth of the rescuer Parzival, the Son of Man, Imanuel, who 146 years ago entered upon this gross material earth in a human body, is again remembered, now at this time there comes among mankind an intensifying stroke of the Ray of Light

The victorious fulfilment of God's promise is coming

Mankind stands at the very turning point of the old and the new

Yet precisely for this time the heaviest struggle was proclaimed, through which every man must pass alone

Blessed are they who are now found pure in their inner being and in their thoughts

Pure, however, according to the Laws of the Will of God, which draws near to the earth in the intensified Ray of Parzival

It does not hold, therefore, that he is pure who considers himself to be such, if it is not found so at the same time also by the Justice of God

The Will of God penetrates into the deepest inner being of man and there beholds also that which many a man does not wish to see in himself, or where he does indeed see his faults but expects that he will be able to stand firm, despite the fact that these same faults irritate him in his fellow-men, to whom he himself wishes to forgive nothing of them

In this too we may behold the strengthening effects of the pressure which now comes to mankind in the Judgment of God

He who is more mature and balanced in his inner being does not collide so sharply with the faults of others as does the man who in his homogeneity has something in common with the shortcomings of other people, who provoke him to coarseness and ugliness in words and in conduct

Man will change nothing in this proof when these faults are indulgently called by men personal traits of character and given many other labels

Yet it ought precisely to lead men to an inward examination of why this or that in their fellow-men irritates them

If they reflected rightly and perceived it fully with intuition, they would find that in the first place it is something in themselves which is to be improved towards a higher purity and also towards humility in the conduct concerned

Thereby they would turn the present time to account in the best possible way, for thus at the last moment they could still turn away from themselves the heavy impact of the threads of fate

This effort would also bring them the liberation of the spirit, and together with this liberation there would enter into the space of their being the so greatly longed-for harmony and fullness of peace

A mature spirit filled with peace does indeed recognise the faults of others, but is able to accept them objectively and always seeks effective means for progress forward in dealing with others

Where, however, a likeness in the same ugly manners of conduct dwells, there the meeting of the homogeneous often works between individual people like the touch of a high voltage

Likeness in what is not good brings about a short circuit, a clouding of the radiation of the blood, malice and finally the impulse to a clash issuing in coarse behaviour

Pure and mature spirits, however, will never make use of coarseness, of aggressiveness and of calculated dishonourable conduct

A truly mature spirit will always act in accord with the pure radiation of his inner being

In the cleansing of the inner being of man lies also the only way to free oneself from everything dark, which with mighty power grips a great multitude of people on earth

Therefore the call now goes out to all to cleanse themselves, for otherwise heavy clashes with other people threaten them in the discharging of what is not good upon one another

Let him who is already at least in part pure keep the highest vigilance in his intuitive perception, so that he does not slip back into the bad ways of thinking and of conduct

And whoever is still stained within himself by impurity is now to direct all his strength within to the struggle for himself

He is not to lose precious time for even a moment in observing and judging other people

It is for him the highest time to free his spirit from everything impure that still clings to the covering of his raiment of soul

To this work all the powers are to be devoted, towards the becoming luminous and the kindheartedness of the inner being, for precisely that will in the end bring a general improvement of all relations among men

In everything there is to come an ennobling, a cleansing and thereby the liberation of the spirit

The hours in which men give themselves up to indignation over the conditions of the world, and in which also, ratiocinating in endless deliberations, they squander their powers upon judging all that other people do wrongly, all these hours are now marked by the Light as lost time which will be bitterly lacking for the work upon their own cleansing

Such an attitude of thought in men may be called a complete squandering and missing of these most precious days of the present time on earth

If a man judges others and supposes that he still has for it his human right of free will, such a one is already losing his spiritual eternal existence, however convinced he may be that he is here firmly anchored in the body, self-assured in the intellect and in his mockery seemingly beyond the reach of the Judgment of God

A thousand times rather should he strive to redeem all that wherein hitherto, according to his earthly conceptions, he supposed himself to be in the right

He should bow down upon his knees and beg forgiveness of all whom he has ever harmed, to whom through his wilfulness he has caused pain and suffering on the earthly, the soul and the spiritual plane

The time for the possibility of redeeming all that has been caused upon the paths of the development of the spirit here in the world-part of Ephesus has grown short, and there remains only a tiny portion of the last piece for the completion of the threads in the many-coloured carpet of fate

The Ray of the Judgment of God penetrates everything and strikes that which is living and which still remains unredeemed by man, that is, unlived through

And there is much of it, very much in everyone

So very much that men cannot picture it, because they do not remember the times of their past paths, when they were often those who decided over others and more than once erred gravely therein through their pride, their vanity, or even in the perversities of their wishes, in every case always when the dullness of their intuitive inner being was at work in it

The path of the liberation of the spirit does not, however, run in such a way that the striving man will wish in a backward search to go through the particulars of his past times when he harmed this or that person, or perhaps even whole hosts of fellow-men

The only possible course in this time, which allows one to draw strengthening and quickening out of the Light of the Ray of Parzival, is the all-embracing taking up of a permanently resolute benevolence and humility towards every man at all hours of the day

That means the taking up of a complete awakening of living intuitive perceiving in everything, even there where men suppose themselves to be strong

In the human world, which appears to them as their home ground, they are often implacable judges of others who perhaps do things differently from what they would wish

The Ray has drawn near to the earth, and everything around it rings: “There is an end of the conceited world of the intellect as it has been, in which one man deals another blows with his thoughts and with the burning flashes of evil impulses of his inner being”

All this is already at its very end, and this time of April 18 brings the beginning of the closing of all the terms graciously granted by the patience of God the Father for the turning of human souls from evil to good

All the terms have already run out, and whoever remains in his old, spiritually sleeping attitude cannot expect that a new extension will once more be graciously granted to him for his indolent hesitation to step forth towards good volition

Now it has ended, and there remains only the short running out of all that has hitherto been open in its present flowing

It will also begin to fulfil itself when the hitherto existing plans of men begin to collapse, that they may forever become the past like everything belonging to the old, reprehensible manner of life on earth, which is coming to an end

Do not look thereby upon others, who in their earthly designs will seem to you just as cunning as ever and in this cunning perhaps also successful, for their earthly time will one day be fulfilled and then they will stand before an open chasm leading into the depths of their spiritual end

The earthly time of individual people is also being fulfilled ever more swiftly, and what is experienced as the unexpected changes now showing themselves is all only the beginning of the great severing of human destinies in the seemingly tranquil course of things

Today man is in an earthly body upon this earth, and in a short time his body may already be wholly incapable of holding soul and spirit to itself through its radiation

Often it comes literally overnight and without any serious previous warning

Let everyone therefore be on his guard and use all the time which is still granted to him out of the Light for the liveliest expression of an all-embracing volition towards good and towards the Light

Whoever supposes that something of the said happening may perhaps pass him by, that he is perhaps protected by earthly means, has no inkling of how the present power of the Ray of the judging sword of Parzival manifests itself

The Ray penetrates all happening, the greatest as well as the smallest, which is wholly hidden from earthly eyes

In everything this Ray works victoriously in the fulfilment of the promise of the liberation of the pure spirits

In earthly terms the steps of this fulfilment take place singly and are for the present ungraspable by the intellect

Earthman, who is part of the gross material happening, is not able to survey all the connections in a single moment, and thereby distrust, unrest, fear, malice and discontent increase in him in the experiencing of the present collapse of the securities he has had until now

He feels himself deprived of his claims and looks upon those who outwardly bring it about as upon his enemies

All this, however, is only the blossom of the shoots of the intellect, and soon these blossoms will bring fruits with all their bitterness and inedibility for the whole of mankind

The whole great happening of the Light is in movement

The strengthening of the help of God, penetrating out of the original stream which belongs to the Ray of Parzival, permeates everything and strikes all the conduct of men, so that they may undergo the proving of their purity

This working of God brings the constricting of a great part of human free will in the manner in which men have hitherto used it

Free will was never rightly used by men, for its gift is conditioned by purity and by responsibility for one's volition

How greatly men fail in this no one is yet able to recognise, for there is still a portion of space in which the intellect can regard itself as the leading power of man

That precisely this is the most dreadful thing for man, in that in the delusion of his hitherto manner of thinking and acting he easily closes to himself forever the way forward through the superficiality of the intellect, men will behold only at a certain time, when it will no longer be possible for them to move anywhere else than under the mighty pressure of the Judgment of God

If only men would occupy themselves more with what is invisible to earthly eyes, then with a start they would recognise that everything existing is ending and that the new demands a wholly different setting of their approach to life

Light surrounds the earth, and in it stand the ranks of servants who come together with Parzival to complete the Judgment on all planes of the materialities

Here is the host of animistically quickened bodies of the former warriors and heroes from Valhalla

It is possible to behold the flashing of the armour of the spiritual knights who joyfully follow their Lord to the earth, in order here to sever all the weakened and unfirm connections of men with the threads into the higher, brighter ethereal substances, if these men are now marked in the Judgment as permanently belonging to the planes of the darkness

Everything is fulfilling itself exactly according to the promises which were given to human souls more than once for their awakening as a warning before the final reckoning in these parts of the worlds

And men stand in it unknowing and entangled in their deliberations of thought, which draw away from them all the powers for the great struggle for their very selves

Everything with which the present thinking of men is saturated is to be laid aside, in which a multitude of powers is devoted to indignation over which of other people is causing the present hardships on earth and what interests he has in it

Again there emerge strong conceptions of mysterious powerful people who wish to gain mastery over this world and either subjugate it or even destroy it altogether

This state repeatedly calls forth fears and unrest leading to heavy gloom, in which a great part of those who think thus lose all their trust in the Light

Linked to this fear are the most varied constructions of thought, in which there emerge again the pictures of past millennia, when men formed similar conceptions of a threatening slavery, of the dominion of terror and of darkness, for at that time the rule of the fallen Lucifer was here

The fallen one, however, is now bound

Let it therefore be said here once and for all that whoever strives for pure volition in his life will never again be delivered up by the Light to the dominion of the darkness

On earth there is no spirit which escapes the intensifying effects of God's Laws under the strokes of the Ray of Parzival

No one is now left in peace, and no one can escape God's Judgment either

Thereby the mask of the darkness is taken off, which even today is still used to intimidate men

That time is past, and the Judgment of God works among men like an unstoppable, rolling wheel which leaves no one aside

Those who perhaps even today appear as rulers, who bear themselves as the mighty and who still visibly influence outwardly the course of the earthly world, are under ever higher pressure, which will bring them sleepless nights and finally cause an upheaval which they themselves do not expect

All this will come and will happen at the right time, when everything has ripened to the point at which it is to be fulfilled

Every inwardly pure man who is truly free within and does not succumb to the fear which is nourished by the furies and demons raging today among men is also an ally of the Light and can be a real helper in its liberating effect

Everyone who awakens in his spirit will be connected with the high streaming of the helping effects of the Light

And thus the same power which presses one down into the depths will bear another high upwards in the fulfilment of that highest justice which comes to the earth as the fulfilment of God's promise, whereby the earth is to be delivered together with all those who in calm walking can pass through the gearwork of God's Judgment

The power which is in the nearness of the earth streams out of the Ray in which Parzival is united with Imanuel, in which God the Father himself now works

Thus in this too there comes the fulfilment that it will be God the Father himself who at the close of all happening will bring the Judgment to the hosts of the malevolent and rescue to the few pure spirits

God the Father works in Imanuel's Ray of Light above the earth

At the same time there is present in this Ray Parzival's primordially spiritual part, for it is he who at the right time will appear to many people as “the One who comes in the flashes of the Light of God, accompanied by angels announcing with their trumpets the close of the Judgment over mankind”

Thus everything now moves towards the settling of even the very last parts of the Judgment, when at the close the whole structure of the intellect on earth will collapse with unexpected swiftness, out of which was born the present order that upholds the running of all human institutions and agreements, which manifest themselves as the pernicious growths of the darkness that has grown through the whole of human society

And because these unhealthily false forms shaped by the intellect have become part of the life of all men, it is self-evident that the collapse will touch harshly everyone who now lives upon this earth, because everyone is bound up with it all in the same way as a sea creature is dependent upon the element of the sea in which it developed and in which it lives

But because the waters of this sea must for their healing be cleansed in storms and high waves, so likewise man here on earth cannot expect that, even though he himself is already prepared for the new, he can pass over into the new without hardship, for the sea around him stands at the beginning of great storms

Whoever, however, is prepared in his inner being will in the end easily do without all that the storms must swallow up, because therein lies the healing for the whole

Indeed, an earthman already thus awakened may in his inward liberation even perceive it as bringing strengthening, although much will change and collapse in order that at the same time room may be made for the new building up of a pure life

Which of earthmen, however, is so far advanced in his spirit as to experience it thus in a clear, joyful view

Most are at once seized with fear and anxiety for their accustomed habits, which have become for them an ingrained part of the tranquil flowing of the days they have had until now

But if the cleansing of the Judgment of God carries within it the condition of everything new, then it is not possible that men should at the same time continue to experience their life as a calm flowing of their days

Anything of the kind is excluded, and everyone who is bound by a thousand threads with what is designated by God as false and in reality never belonging to this earth will surely be swiftly led out of his conceptions of his own calm passage into the new time

Let men striving for good therefore be filled with trust that even in the stormiest time, when much will change in the collapse of the old, the helping strength of the helpers out of the Light remains with them, who lead them by the gentlest paths forward into the new time of the Kingdom of God on earth

Let no one cling to anything which he regards here on earth as his own, for much can change swiftly and a single day will bring a change which carries away all to which he clung, so that after a time it may bring something new, many times more joyful, which will already grow out of a healthy, blessed foundation

This April time brings the true beginning of changes which will not halt and will not wait upon the ripening of men who will awaken only under harsh blows to the recognition that the ancient promises were not merely words uttered by proclaimers in pious rapture, but that for the most part they were the illumination of blessed spirits who were permitted to behold beforehand the happening which was still only in the course of the preparations of the great working of the Light immersing itself into the density of the material planes of the Subsequent Creation

What was formerly announced, however, is all now here

It will therefore not come in tens or even hundreds of years, as many would wish in the conception that, once they are no longer here in their earthly body, any upheaval whatsoever may then come upon the earth

The happening is here and works as, in the first strokes, the power of the Light penetrates into everything human which is now exposed here without protection to God's judging pressure

Nothing of human doing will remain hidden, and those who now suppose that it does not concern them will soon be surprised by the swiftness which will bring to them the release of their own threads of fate

It is therefore not needful to observe today in indignation whether the happening still passes someone by, although he acts wrongly or even in evil volition

Already in his threads too there run the powers bringing the reckoning in a manner which the human mind can never foreordain, for in this working of the power there is contained the highest Wise Justice of God

Everything will be balanced to the last farthing

Blessed are they who are smitten in the earthly world, for to them a chance is given for awakening and for redemption

For those who appear to be at ease, the reckoning flows towards the moment when they suddenly depart from this world and there rings out to meet them: “This is a human spirit which through its own volition hastens to perdition”

Which of men is able to form conceptions of it without these conceptions swerving into rash judgments over against the perfect Justice which the Will of God measures out in the reckoning of the smallest stirrings of every human spirit

No one is therefore to judge others, but is to make his own with all his strength the capacity of forgiveness towards everyone whom he meets

Forgiveness is a necessary help for everyone who longs now, in the time of the Judgment, to be truly free in his spiritual being

Only through forgiveness can the threads be untied which would otherwise cripple the spirit in the time of the cleansing storms, when it will be greatly needful to stand at every moment loose and free

Whoever longs in the coming happening to pass through into the new time, let him make his own the genuineness of inward forgiveness towards his fellow-men

If he is able to do so, he will be armed with the best virtues of spiritual greatness and wisdom for a time in which there will no longer be much room for long deliberation whether another is to be forgiven or not

Such hesitation will only lead to an ever greater impossibility of the real liberation of the spirit

And the impossibility of liberation means almost the same as to be dragged down by the knots of fate which the spirit did not manage to untie

It is the same as having a rope tied to one's foot, at whose other end there is a weight which under the influence of the upheavals suddenly falls from its hitherto tranquil place down into the depths

Such is the picture which likens in reality the effect of all the threads of fate which have not yet been laid aside by man and in which therefore something vividly binding remains

Where anything of the kind is to be found, there is always also the danger of being dragged into a greater depth, where the struggle of the spirit is always only harder and more painful

Whoever is able to develop out of himself the will to forgiveness and to the loose, free leaving behind of everything past has surely within him enough benevolence, purity and above all maturity for the Light to unite with him for the strengthening of his ascent upwards

And precisely the eighteenth of April is an earnest reminder of the words of Imanuel to the human spirits, when all were warned in advance, before the coming of the Judgment of God, to strive with all their strength to cleanse and thereby to free their spirit

Those who took it to heart and do so at every moment of their life can await the coming time of the culmination of all happening with calm trust in the grace-filled guidance of their paths by God

Let the human spirit hesitate no longer for a moment and set out upon the path of a fervent, pure walking through life

Only thus can all the helps for which he longs be set in place for him, so that he may be led through everything with love and care which will enable him to experience as little pain, despair and bitterness as possible in the time of the culmination of the Holy Judgment of God on earth

He will already see before him in advance the rising gleam of the new time and will be able to hasten with joy to the place where that longed-for morning of resurrection vibrates, of the promised beginning of a time full of peace on earth, when in the whole work of Creation for all creatures there will reign only a time of joyful co-creating
