Jesus and the Grail

Jesus, as the Son of God, knows the Grail from the very essence of His origin

Jesus knows everything about the happening that fulfils itself in the Grail

He knows this place that links Creation at its highest point, where the Grail forms the lasting, connecting bridge between the Kingdom of God, with the forecourts of the throne of God the Father, and that which was formed thereafter as the realm of spiritual kind, promised to eternal duration

Through the place of the Grail Jesus passed in fulfilment of the task given Him by His Father: to bring, in Love, the Light and the knowledge of the Truth into the far-off planes of matter in the lowest part of the work of Creation, where in repeated lives human beings develop, so that one day, mature in their spiritual kind, they may be permitted to draw near to the true home in the translucent, spiritual planes of Creation, and to enter through one of the gates into the places of golden-shining streets in lasting bliss

Jesus spoke of the Grail with His disciples, and in the symbolism of the Last Supper, which He prepared for these closest ones shortly before His capture and crucifixion, He showed them that in the right, inward experiencing of the sacred meal they too, in their spirit, may share in the splendour with which the work of Creation is endowed by the renewing, Life-giving power from the Divine, which in its inexhaustibility pours itself again and again into Creation

Thus even here on earth, through the simple words with which Jesus brought the great happening in the Grail near to His disciples, knowledge was mediated of the holy fulfilment that takes place high up in the halls of the Grail, for ever flooded with Light

And it was precisely at the time of the gracious immersion of the power from the Divine Light into the vessel of the Grail that Jesus, welcomed by the hosts of the blessed, ascended through the planes of Creation, passed through the blissful spaces of the mighty Grail, and returned into the home of His Father through the gate formed of Divine radiance, standing in the hall with the sacred vessel

Until this hour of the filling of the Grail with the Life-giving power from the Divine, Jesus, even after freeing Himself from His martyred earthly body, still remained for a certain time in the nearness of His disciples, and through His finer covering spoke with some of them

At the time when, in the heights, Parzival was again blessing the newly bestowed power in the Grail, Jesus, through His nearness, helped the disciples to an experience full of grace, through which they were inwardly uplifted to the Light, and in the places where they had gathered, with open hearts, to remember their Master, Jesus, they were then permitted to experience the great gift of an inflow of power from the Grail

In that hour higher spiritual flames were added to some of them, and their task of apostolic working among men began

Jesus, then, has known from all time the Steward and Guardian of the Holy Grail, Parzival, whom He also promised to His followers as the one who is called the Son of Man, and who will one day come to bring mankind liberation in the Truth, and at the same time as the one who will come, as the executor of the Justice of His Father, Holy God, to bring the sifting of the human spirits, who through the nearness of His Light – in the recognition of His call – will be divided automatically, through the Law of Creation, into the spiritually alive – the blessed, and the spiritually indolent – the disinherited of Creation

More than this Jesus could not say about the great happening in the heights of the Light and in the whole work of Creation, for the souls of the listeners were not prepared to absorb and understand it all rightly

Jesus saw that the soil for receiving the great knowledge of the human spirit would first have to come

In His Word, out of Divine Wisdom and Love, He gave to those who listened the most fundamental things that were needed in the time of His dwelling on earth, so that in fulfilling His simple counsels men might walk slowly upwards towards the Light

The knowledge that Parzival is the real King of Creation and, issuing in His origin from the Holy Spirit, Imanuel, is Jesus' brother in the Divine, the knowledge that Parzival, in the halls of the Grail, is for ever the outstretched executive arm of the Divine Trinity for this Creation, thus had to remain for millennia a knowledge far from mankind

From the heights of the Grail Parzival was also permitted to behold the earthly pilgrimage of the Son of God, Jesus, and His suffering, caused Him by the human narrowness, rampant conceit and hatred prevailing on earth

In the great cycle of happening, mankind was, through Parzival, accused and condemned for the persecution and crucifixion of Jesus, for it was given to every human being to recognise the Truth in Jesus' words and to follow it, if only they had striven for this with earnestness of spirit

Jesus brought the Truth and the Word as the way out and the liberation for mankind, straying without escape in the depths of the material world after, in its lukewarmness and self-absorption, it had lost the way to the spiritual home

From the heights of the Grail, Jesus' path through Creation was accompanied by hosts of angels, of spirits blessed by the Light, of serving beings, who in sacred joy accompanied the steps of the Son of God down to the far-lying planes of matter

Here on earth, however, Jesus was recognised by none but a small number of inwardly open listeners, of whom only a few then became His disciples and apostles

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!” – these were the words that were borne upwards through the planes and passed through the halls of the Grail as an intercession, springing from the very essence of the Love of the Son of God shortly before His last breath in earthly existence

On the ground of Jesus' intercession, the fulfilling Justice of Parzival will penetrate human hearts like the edge of a sword, striking only those who even at the last hour do not recognise Jesus in the right way and do not accept the greatness of the happening bound up with His real task – the recognition of the Word He brought, and the living of it

The great help of Jesus to mankind did not lie in sacrificing Himself and going to His death for the supposed redemption of human sins, as human thinking has distorted it, but always and only in the right recognition of the Word of Truth He brought, and in following Him in our daily life

Only with the recognition of the Grail will mankind receive the true understanding of the glorious task of the Son of God, Jesus, here on earth, as it was appointed by God the Father from the beginning and as it also remains for ever

God the Father sent His Son to help the human spirits through the Truth, in which Jesus illumined the real meaning and goal of human existence, so that one day they might attain the bliss of the spiritual home in the planes of the Light

Parzival, then, is for ever the promised King of the human spirits and of all inhabitants of the work of Creation, the Son set apart by God the Father for the protection and maintenance of life in the work of Creation

The Justice and All-Wisdom of Parzival, with which he supports the lives of all creatures and beings in Creation, is inseparably united with the Love of the Son of God, Jesus, who from time to time bends down towards the Grail out of the far-off, dazzling splendour of the Kingdom of God, in which He dwells together with His God and Father
